[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — vivo v7 plus/no music app continue runs and stops automatically

Purchased this mobile a month ago and since a week i'm facing the problem which is major.
While running saavn, wynk or any other music app, it stops itself as i've tried to remove the cache, data and also modified all the settings.

I'm damn sure that this problem belongs to this phone series, not with the app.

Please sort it out at the earliest.

When i m buying this phone VIVO V7 no one will tell me that this phone doesn't support direct video call from JIO sim.

i came to this thread when searching for the same issue.
I am using Samsung before and recently my daughter got my samsung in exchange for her Vivo7.
I notice that any app i am using to listen to music when running stops after around 10mins, whether the music is in the sd card or internal storage. What is the problem here vivo team.
