[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — volte not supporting | |||
I have vivo v5 plus mobile after updating system update pd1624f_ex_a_3.11.0 mobile stopped working video calling through volte even from jio call app. When i am video calling from jio call app message display "your phone volte support" and its go normal dial pad. I have contact to customer and they told before video calling facility was temporary and now its was stopped for this mobile handset v5 plus model. And some software update working is going by the team. But when i have visited the service center regarding the issue they told that there will no further update will be available for this model handset. How the mobile company stopping the the function by providing the update and making the customer to purchase new mobile. Do the need full.
