[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — xe850 headset

I had visited this authorises service center in bo 339 first floor, m. T. H. Road ambattur chennai 600053. To claim headset xe860, my earphones volume was too low to hear and they said it has a physical damage, but there is no damage and my left earphones was different than right side and i have a proof, the left part was different than right part, so i was unable to exchange earphones, kindly get me we earphones xe860 or i ll apply consumer case

Not a worth buying product. I purchased it before 5 months ago and already faced a problem with motherboard. Really worst product. Instead go for Redmi Note 5 Pro if you care for your money.
