Subject: fault in service and no customer support

I have ordered a mobile accessories on 3 december 2015 from VK Best TV and got it on 9 december 2015 . But the ordered items are in damaged condition so I replaced it and raised demand for the cash back of rupees 1498 Rs and courrier charges too that is of 100 Rs. I courrier it on 9 january2016 and place an email with attachement of courrier reciept to the company. but i did not get any supportive response till now. my order no 1005740
