VLCC Institute — Fees Refund

I was interested in doing health and nutrition course, I paid the fees and then there was no proper response. Before taking the fees I was called multiple times from different phone numbers to enroll. After enrollment there was no proper response or instructions when will the class start. I moved to Kolkata rented a flat to stay, and i stayed for one month and after a month I got frustrated and went to the institute. They just gave me the book when I went. And i was told classes will start soon. Before admission I told them that I won't be doing online classes at any cost And they all agreed. After admission they are like its the option only now this and that and i asked for refund, Now they are saying it's not possible.They are saying You can join the class in a year's time. Its been arnd 4 months. Now they aren't replying me after multiple Messages. I am going through some financial issues because of lockdown, I am requesting them that now I won't be able to stay in Kolkata as well.And its been 4 months now. The course hasn't been started yet and it's late, soo the coordinator told me that don't worry we'll complete the course in 21 days. Is vlcc joking around??? 6 months course in 21 days. Seriously!!!
Please help me with the refund as I need it.
I Know I have paid but this are the tough time and people should help each other neither make fool and take advantages. Please look into the matter.
