VLCC Institute — fee structure and staffs behaviour

The fees structure of each students were different. Instalment fecility also different. They are not provide original bills with taxes and student registration no, full teaching staff is not available in institute and staff change very frequently, i sent complaint by mail in main branch but situation is same, they are not take action against branch, we feel that we are cheated after spending 2 lacks for the course, the staffs mentally harrasing me for asking about their fee structure.
