Manger named Swagata of kolkata, sec v, branch, is vry cunning n rough lady always forces for packages aftr transfering the amount through online in Aug, 2020 she starts refusing the appointments accordingly we wanted n also on her basis of inspiration givn bfr joining that one session would b aftr 15 days interval which she did not maintain n always ignored giving appointments to us .but from Durga puja she totally refused giving slots for facials saying all r booked bcz of puja Dec, new yr they have rush as if I m asking for free treatment and now when my has got opened as u all know I requested her to compete my 3sessions left plz giv me the appoints she said till 31st march all r bkd and then again when I requested to complete it's bcmng difficult n wts d use of paying money so advance for this package she replied ur package has expired again pay money...n that is also without any notice calls or msg for this expiry date where as 1yr also not completed n she herself not givn the dates again n gain and also whenever I am asking for the receipts she is not giving showing the excuses of covid and saying don't worry I m here ., Only through wtsap and also not giving any company's no nor emai to contact this is totally cheating business she is doing where as two customers I hv givn they are also having same worst experienc e n left going there ...we have to earn money ...kindly cooperate and do the needful please .
