VLCC Institute — not provide certificate after course complete

I am writing this mail with full of disappointment, i am chasing last one year your team for pending certificate of ms sanjeeta mehra,
Of course skin advance, at your kriti nagar institute year 2013, i'd cbk/in2002/14/00190 & cbk/in2002/14/00232
I made many visit and phone calls in your institute but yet not get any satisfactory answer?

Sanjeeta also attend test for the same and not any fee balance from our side,

Please confirm when we get her pending certificate.
