[Resolved] VLCC — stop loan against service which I have not availed

I am Neha from malviyanagar, Delhi. I regular costumer of Vlcc malviyanagar. I almost spent more than 3 lacs for services but this time I am cheated. I consulted regarding cool sculpting with the head of the department Mrs. Madhu and told her let me think over the session. She swiped my card with and taken amount of 12k and said she will forward for bajaj finance loan. But I didn’t confirm her as I had other personal problem. She said she will confirm once she will get full amount approval c already had all my documents as I had taken earlier loan. I told her to stop the loan as I won’t be able to pay but c had already processed it without my permission I requested her to solve this issue but c didn’t listen to me. I even didn’t avail the service I don’t even have the bill with me. I need strict action against this. Or else I have to file an Fir regarding this.

Updated by Nehaa Dwivedi My complain is still pending and resolved yet I think have to file a FIR against fraud . You used my documents fir loan process without my permission.

Updated by Nehaa Dwivedi I haven’t received any call from your company regarding the issue. I think only police can solve this issue. Will post FIR next time
