I have ordered computer printer on 15/2/22, order number 1411533 and price Rs.11499. They did not delivered. i had requested for refund but did not refund and did not answer the email, phone. Kindly help me to refund the amount. their address and contact number is below.

this company is fraud. I dont know how is it running openly, even google is recommending for this scam. I ordered a computer PSU for 3349rs. They will no respond you after payment.

I have placed an order having Order I'd 1875051 Mantra MFS100 on 25 November 2022 but didn't deliver. That's why I have given many time phonic information, emails, create tickets to refund my money but they give many time of refunding but didn't refund. First time refund date was 20/12/2022 and 2nd time 12/01/2023. But not refunded till date
