Vlebazaar — Delivered Wrong product and neither replacing nor refunding

I ordered for desktop ram, package label is also same, but inside it is ram for laptop. They sent wrong item (order id[protected]. The order was delivered on 24th May and due to wrong product I placed return request on their site but they didn't took any action then I tried to contact them through calling. Even After 4-5 time repeated calls they are not picking up my product.
I request the Vlebazaar to please pick up my order and replace it or do refund of that otherwise I will take legal action against you.
Wrost shopping site and wrost experience.. I don't recommend anyone to purchase even 1 rupee item from this fraud site.
