I'm Vikash Thakur,
I purchased Redmi Book 15 on 16th of August, (ordered on August 7th and
on 16th of August it received to me) from VLE Bazaar, the order id - 1705256, Office 2019 was free with this laptop, actually Xiaomi is giving Office free with its all laptops! - it's just for your kind information. The office didn't activated by me, hence I contacted the Microsoft people
After working a lot and escalating this matter they told me and e-mailed me
also that the office provided was already redeemed before my purchased date
with some outlook's id!
There're a lot of things can be said but I don't want to stretch this matter,
I just want my Office - 2019 back to me! it's my first purchase from VLE Bazaar
don't make it a bad experience!
