This is to inform u that, recently i have purchased the Samsung Guru Mobile Phone from Online Site vlebazaar.in, i recd used and non operational phone,
i have received the phone on 14th of Feb-2022, and i have already raised the return request since 15th of Feb-2022, but didn't get any positive response from vle team, i m helpless,

I placed an order for Google Chromecast on 14/01/2022. Product was to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. So far the product has not been shipped. When I call the customer care they repeat it will be delivered.
Sometimes they hang up.They are not giving any proper reply
On seeing reviews on Google, it seems the company is a scam and fraudster conpany. Pl help ne recover my money.

I called them three time and each time the response was that they will send next day which still did not happened. This company is a fraud... Dont buy anything from them..

Myself Jayant Kumar.I ordered MI 30000 mah powerbank on 03 October 2021
My order id is:1040973
.The next day I noticed there is no update on the order status and even the dispatch date is not showing.I saw the reviews of the people on YouTube and understood I have done a mistake by ordering from this site.I called the customer care to cancel my product and initiate my refund.At first they refused to cancel.I told them more than 10times.Then they cancelled the order and told refund is under process, The date was 04 October 2021.They told me to wait for 1 day and the money will be credited to your account.I waited but nothing happens.Then I called them the next day, they said the payment may take 5-6 days due to technical issues, kindly wait till 10th October.I again waited but no actions taken by them.I again called them on 10th of October.They gave me a new date of 15 th October.I again waited and called them, they again given me a new date i.e. 20 th October.I again waited and called.Then again gave me new date of refunding money on 25th October.I again called on 25th October and got a new date 27th October.Again I contacted them and got date of 29th October.
I have mailed them multiple times but in return got no replies.
Sir I am attaching the screenshots of order details and the call history and email sent to them.
Their call recordings are still safe in my phone but practically its not possible to upload all those recordings here.
The month is going to end and still the status is showing under process.
Sir, simply they don't want to refund and lying continuously and cheating the customers.
Please take necessary actions against them.
And make them refund my money and the other customers to whom they have cheated and not refunded.

I have ordered Seagate backup plus hub 4Tb drive from vlebazaar.in, an online shopping site
My Order Number is : 1068957, and I ordered this hard drive on 17th Oct 2021
Payment done to their razorpay via upi.
But they sent me a wrong product instead,
the original product dimensions should be : 22cm*23cm*7cm weight: 1.06kg,
and i got half of the original sized box with dimensions written on the box as : 12*15*6 cm, weight : 0.20kg.
out of suspicion I haven't opened it as it was a very small box as compared to the box that should had been delivered, as i already have such one old drive before, so i knew. I talked to their customer care and explained the situation to a guy named Nitin Sharma on call, and he asked me to apply for return option from the site itself to get refund. and he said they will pick the product from my house in next 20 hours and when after the product will reach to their hub they will initiate the refund.
As discussed with the customer care person, I applied for return and asked for refund in it with details and pics of box and uploaded, i also mailed on their mentioned email addresses such as
[protected]@vlebazaar.in & [protected]@vlebazaar.in respectively.
I took all the possible screenshots while placing the order, while doing the payment, and also while applying for return, now what i see after some time, they have deleted my login details like email id and contact number through which I could see my order and return information, now when i login from the same email id it says they don't have any such email id in their records, I tried by OTP option on the site by entering the contact details, it also shows the same error message, even forgot password option doesn't work now. this is clearly an open public fraud kindly help me in this, I need my refund. Please help me in this.

Complaint marked as Resolved I first called their Director Himanshu Aggarwal, Got the number from this site https://www.complaintlists.com/?s=vlebazaar, somewhere in some complaint registered, then he arranged some calls from his employee Jitendra Yadav may be he's the manager or something, he called me with this number : 8595898357, but I kept calling their customer care number too as it was delaying and they sometime don't pickup the calls, Then some guy named Shivam Upadhyay called me and arranged for the product pickup from my home on 24 oct and refunded on 26 Oct, apart from this I also kept mailing them regularly on their [email protected] / [email protected] mail id's.

This is to bring to your kind attention that an online portal in the name of
selling new products is selling old and used products. I paid the amount in full for my purchase and raised the issue with them. Unfortunately, they have stopped responding to any of my correspondence. I had ordered a new
headphone, but they shipped me an old product. What was even more strange was that the package had an old Flipkart purchase bill which shows that someone had used it to the fullest and shipped it to me as a brand new product.
Finally, after repeated mail, they have deactivated my logging credentials and stopped replying to my mail.

Refund not initiated for long long time
Order id is 959288.several times email sent and contacted to customercare. But not respond from their side. I am purchased mi 30w wireless charger in august 22nd. August 28th order cqncelled. Because order not confirmed in that timeline and not shipped. Completely fraud company. Amount is 1724 rupees. I want my refund. I will register a complaint in consumer court

Ordered a phone on vlebazaar.in after making due enquiry of availability of the item on 23/06/21. However after almost waiting for 8-10 days but the product not getting dispatched and after making multiple phone calls to confirm, i had to cancel the order on 02/07/2021. Promised refund within 5-7 days but still not received.The website shows that refund will be complete by 12th and until now no progress. They are not even picking call. When they pick they will say they will finish refund by 7pm of that day and the same story repeats.

I cancelled and requested refund for the above mentioned order on December 3, 2020 since the company was not shipping my order. They promised refund within a week. I called their their customer care so many times and every time they promised quick action related to refund of the order. I doesn't received refund till today. The amount of order is Rs. 619. I Ordered Lapcare 19V 3.16Amp 60 W Laptop Adapter with order no : 431470 on November 19, 2020 and paid the order amount on their site online. After my order was in "Processing" status for long time. After complaining to their customer care the changed order status from "Processing" to "Priority" promising that your order will be shipped today on November 26, 2020. but they doesn't shipped the order and again on November 27, 2020 the updated the order status to "Priority". They promised shipping so many times via customer care but they are not shipping the order.

On 02/09/2020, i tried to purchase a samsung galaxy j5 (Gold, 8 gb) refurbished from an online shopping site (www.vlebazaar.in). during the transaction the payment was failed, but already deducted the amount from my debit card. Normally in similar cases the refund process to original payment method will be completed within 24hours. Unfortunately my refund not yet received. I tried to contact them several times, they didn't attended my call and they did not responded to my e-mails. I may remain thankful to you if you resolve my case.
