Vlebazaar.in — Wrong product with lower price delivered

I placed the order and made payment for Brother HL-L2351DW printer through order ID #1418874. However, wrong printer model i.e. HL-L2321D is delivered. It is a lower version printer and much cheaper. I want to return the product and want my refund. I have placed my return request on the same day of delivery. I raised the complaint on their website and through mail on Feb 18, 20222. Their customer number never connects. Still no resolution or response. It is really a fraud website. Please ask the authority to fine and close them.

They picked up the printer for return around a month 25 days back. However, they are yet to refund my money. They never answer the phone. Now, the printer is returned due to complaining on this consumer site. Thanks for it. But when will I receive the refund? No communication from vlebazaar.com
