I Have placed an order on 16 MAY 2021 in www.vlebazaar.in. My Order ID Is 697275. My Order Details are
Lenovo IdeaPad S145 Intel Core i3 7th Gen 15.6" FHD Thin & Light Laptop
Amount Rs.?25, 999.00. i have made online payment through my SBI NET BANKING. I have waited for 1 week but i did not receive my laptop. so i called to the customer care number more than 10 times daily but they did not responded. One day they received my call i asked them to cancel my order they told it will take 10-15 days but today date is 20/07/2021But Till now i have not received my Refund Amount.I have Requested for Refund On JUNE 5th 2021 05/06/2021. Till today i have not received my Refund amount for the Cancelled Order. Please i request you to take serious action on VLE BAZAAR. I have been calling Daily. But They are not at all responding to my phone call.
In this complaint i am uploading my call history, Order History and Status of my order history.

In the status of my Order History it is Showing Refund is in PROGRESS Since 16/05/2021 BUT TILL TODAY MY AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT and i am calling daily to the customer care but they are not at all responding to my call. Today i have called 10 Times But also they are not receiving my call Please take serious action on www.vlebazaar.in and Please Help in Refunding My Money. I Will Suggest all the Customers Not to Buy any products or shop anything on Vlebazaar. They don't send any products even i[censored] wait for one month also and they wont receive any calls of the customers. They wont Refund the Amount also even after 2 months completed i have ordered 2 months before only on 16/05/2021 but today date is 20/07/2021. Sir/Madam Please take a serious Action on Vlebazaar and help me in Refunding my Money ?25, 999.00.I am uploading my call history and Order History please take a serious and severe action on www.vlebazaar.in
