I want to bring to your notice that my post and complaints are being deleted from the portal.
They cheated heavily and now threatening, unnecessary putting allegations... I don't know whether I am their client or are they mine. I am sharing my original post here -

Let me share my journey with one of the most bogus company of India. My case id : 106029.
In Feb 2018 I got to know about this spurious firm based in New Delhi. I got a call from one the sales agent who influenced me by her fancy words of immigration services to Canada and Australia. I said I’ll think about it and would come to visit their office for more information. And that was my biggest mistake in life. Anyways, I dumped more than Rs.70, 000 in two instalments. I submitted the required documents to put my file under SINP. The second installment I paid in next 2 months.

Since then, you guys can’t imagine, they never picked my phone until I call them 20-30 times, drop them e-mail and then they give one call or not even that. I have proof of all the e-mail. My case was handled by Monika, then came, Agnes, then Prakash, then Nidhi, then Abhishek and the number goes on. When they don’t have answer they simple say that they will assign your case to another senior guy, but actually there is no senior. They all are crooks who are just running illegal business with fake names.

Let me continue my story – almost 8 months passed and when I got to know their real face, I finally asked them to refund. First 15-20 days they tried ignoring me. I kept visiting their office on daily basis. When they got to know I’ll not leave like this, then a guy name – Mehek (not sure about his identity even, may be a fake name) finally told me come next week and collect your cheque. I got a little relief, but OMG he is such a dummy guy who lies so confidently. I kept calling him every second day and he said give some more days, give some days. Anyways I said its OK, take your time but finalize. After almost a month or so, I called and asked for the status he said to come and collect tomorrow after 2pm. The next day I went directly and asked, he said just wait, accounts team will handover. After 15 minutes he came back and said, please come tomorrow I forgot to bring and it is lying at Faridabad Office. Again I said –OK.

The next day I again called to collect, then he said why don’t you come and collect from Faridabad office. I said okay, no problem. I left home and was about to reach Office then got a call from him and he said I am coming that side (Nehru Place) meet me there and collect. I took a U turn again, waited there for another 2-3 hours and you know what happened. His Phone off. From the next day he stopped picking my call.
I approached their office and explained the entire story of last 2 months. They said – We don’t know anything about it and we haven’t issued any cheque. What a Joke ? I asked to call him and put this guy in front of me. But they are not ready to do so. Since then he disappeared. When I visit office either he hides or some staff tells that he in on leave or not in this branch. I again anyhow requested to refund my money and close the matter.

Kulmit Sobti (Shelly) and their Owner again promised me to give refund after hearing the entire matter. She said give a week or 10 days time. I again waited however again the same story. No one is ready to initiate my refund.

Today I’m writing here and they will only revert me back with same pre-formatted e-mail that – this is an official email and we are very ethical company…we are real company…. out of 1000, 100 will be unhappy, and if 100 signs up 10 will be unhappy, we do this, we do that .. the same copy paste lines..and they also call and ask to remove the post from here…

The crux of the story is that – All the staff is involved in making big money by making people fool who are not aware about immigration. They also deliberately make you eligible even if you are not, just to take out money from you.

I want to make ALERT by saying again everyone to please please contact me at my email id : [protected]@gmail.com or at my phone number – [protected]. I’ll provide all the proofs about their company and reference of around 200 people who got cheated in last few months. I bet their success is ratio is less than 2 percent. Not even 2 out of 100. The reason why I’m saying because – They only have one option left – Ask people for PNP (Saskatchewan PNP and Quebec) There are few more PNP options but there is extremely limited quota and people across the world apply for PNP program. Saskatchewan hardly opens 4-5 draws in an year with just 500-1000 invites. And there are more than thousand companies which files the case under PNP program, so you yourself can imagine, if V make files 100-200 cases then only one candidate hardly qualifies. So there is no point filing a case because nothing is in their hand. And If they can prove, then let me know.

If you want to immigrate Canada, file your case by yourself, it’s very easy and transparent. Again I’m reiterating DO NOT fall for this company, before signing up, do give a call or e-mail me. I have also a group of more than 35000 people at Facebook who are helping each other and getting settled in Canada without any cost.

ATTENTION : They will send you lucrative e-mail with subject line : Canada requires HR Managers
Also they mention amount you will be earning…. PLEASE don’t fall under the trap. Nothing will happen like that, it is just to attract your mind and get signed up with them.

Yes It's True, Vmake Visas is the biggest fraud in Delhi NCR, Especially the owner of the organization Ankit Kappor working as a Deepak his Wife Shibiya Kappor working as a Anu in the organization.

They don't know anything about immigration it's specially some of the good staff they got some visas.

They cheat people with job offers, arranging sponsors in canada charging lakhs of rupees to the clients and they don't return that money.

Entire Family is engaged in the cheating business, they have looted lots of people informing them that they will arrange job offer in singapore and canada.

Dear VMake Visa Team, I see your punctuality. As expected you are replying after 6 MONTHS TIME from my complaint date (this is how you guys work). However I am shocked that you guys have opened your eyes on my complaint and well tried to play smartly and safely.

You gave three reasons for Changing of Case managers :
a) When our case managers have left the organization.
b) When they are under emergency or sick leave or they met any accident.
c) The client is not satisfied with the services

I am wondering, all of these three circumstances are in my case. I called at-least 25 times to you office; first time your case manage had left you organization, second time again your case manage has changed don’t know why, then after your new case manager was being sick for more than 2 months and finally when I was not happy with third case manager (Payal) then you again replace her with Mr.Narendra ‘The most straight forward person of this planet’. After all these [censored]s I met your so called top management team and your director Mr. Ankit Kapoor as well. But nobody was ready to resolve my issue. I wasted my most precious 12 months with you guys. Nobody was there to answer my call or my email. If you want I would have attach the mail trail here.

Now come to the money matter, you guys asked me to share my credit card credentials for the payment and I refused to do so. Give me reason why did you asked my credential rather than giving me another option for payment. Being legal experts tell me which act is applicable for it.

On the top of it, after 12 months when nothing been happened then I met with Mr. Ankit Kapoor and asked him to return my money back. Then I told by Mr.Director that if I remove this complaint from the website then he will return my Money. I explained him that I can’t remove this thread because no such option is available on the website but after resolving the issue I can flag it as resolved. I have written proof for the same tell me if you want me to send all those mail trails to you.

Now again you guys are threatening me publically that you will take legal action against me if I don’t remove this thread. Tell me is this professionalism and way of running your business. I would suggest you guys rather than replying on all negative threads, creating fake positive comments and threatening people stop doing fake commitments and focus on your services. These negativity will automatically stop.

Now you tell me when you will return my money.

They make people their pray with their sweet talks, and once you have made whole payment they treat you as slave, they will make you run like anything. They are Big time cheaters, as they have by crook means made you eligible for the process, they make all the arrangement that your file is rejected by Canada Immigration office (making their situation comfortable not to Refund any money)

Interesting part is once you have signed the contract you can not withdraw from the process because they have put a clause "If you withdraw from the process they will forfeit whole fees paid.

These allegations of yours are baseless, if you would have taken our services you would have known that we treat our clients as priority and make efforts on their cases. From the start till the end we provide our customers with the best of our knowledge and assistance.

I would like to say here that commenting on others on the basis o[censored]ntrue facts and guessed statements is totally unethical on your part and for the same we can take a strict legal action against you under the defamation law and drag you to the court for disturbing our name without any true proof. Vmake Visas is dealing with a legal business here; we have certified agents and lawyers in house. We have never done and never will do such a hideous crime of making any individual eligible for a visa program when he is not qualified enough by fake methods. We properly go through all the documents of our client and bring the best possible means to get them through the process but that doesn’t mean we make them what they are not. Such a crime cannot be committed as if we would have done that; we couldn’t have a company running right now with more than thousands satisfied clients. We never mishandle client’s file to make a case rejected instead we make our best efforts and go beyond the limit to help our clients. And haven’t you thought for a while about this? Which company would do that, who would want a rejected case in their list? The allegations you have provided on this portal are baseless and untrue.

Every organization have their own set of terms and condition and when we take up a case we provide our client with an agreement having all our terms and conditions to read and decide. Now if anyone is not happy with the same they have the freedom to not take our services, we never have forced our services on anyone.
And last but not the least Mr. Abhay Dhanki Let me answer your allegations in order it is placed:

1) Do not trust this company Vmake Visas, they Cheat lots of clients,
Do you have the list of those clients which our company has cheated according to you? If yes then contact them and ask their case and the go through the agreement they have signed. You will get to know the reality or else you are more than welcome to our doorstep and share the same list with us and we will show you the other face of the mirror. Of course, we believe our clients are satisfied with our services and have successfully migrated abroad and those who didn’t due to some reasons are left to comment on our name.

This allegation has no existence at all. We never make fake commitments for any document clearance as your case approval is not in our hand and totally depended on the government authorities. This statement is also mentioned on the Client agreement itself.

3) they charge amount to pay then they start process.
We agree on the same, we charge our registration fee before starting the process and then are liable for providing the decided services. This is universal market rule that before accessing any service from any private company you first need to pay a sum of amount for the same, at least for signing up or else how can we trust that you will not take our services and vanish.

We assign a case manager to our client on initiation of their process to handle the case further. In any person designated to be your case manager fell sick or gets hospitalized or resigns from his duties what we are supposed to do? Close your case and do not care about your problems or should assign you a new case manager and let your process continue in a smooth flow.

5) after all one year get complete of your case, they will send you email as closer of agreement.
As per companies rule the agreement signed between the client and our organization is valid till the period of 1 year (mentioned in the agreement, signed by client) after which we request the client to renew their agreement and reopen their case with us. If anyone does not accept this clause they are free to not register with us. So commenting on this after signing the agreement is of no point. We never force anyone to get register with us or to accept the agreement. It is the client who itself agrees to obey the rules and start their process with us.

6) Please be aware of this company Vmake Visas. (they want only to mislead you and cheat with you)

This company is big time fraud. I have visited Pune site. Once you invest your money your case manager will keep changing for any reason like we have fired her, her mom is sick, she is on business tour. this people act very professional and will confuse by using all the legal terms. I have my personal experience with vmake visa. that's why m posting this.
