Vodafone-idea — Amount getting deducted after every recharge without opting for any plans

An amount of Rs 49/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS for choosing to access mydelights powered deal. Please note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company.
This is the third time the amount is being cut.
