I have been charged Rs. 10 twice for some Telsync games that I have never opted for. Kindly stop deducting money from my account....

An amount of Rs 49/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS for choosing to access mydelights powered deal. Please note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.

There is Rs. 49 charge for accessing mydala powered deal. I have no idea what is this deal. I get spam calls often. I delete some of them without opening, and some after opening.

This must be a rip-off by VI. They should make money by providing service, and not like this. Please investigate and tell them to credit this Rs. 49 to my account.

My SIM card (Idea) was recently (08/10/2020) upgraded to Vodafone-Idea, but after inserting the new SIM, automatic and repeated calls to 59059 are being made. None of these calls connect. My phone's battery is being drained, heated, and I still can't use the "upgraded" SIM. My previous SIM was working fine until I decided to listen to the SIM expiry message and got my SIM upgraded.

Please resolve this issue before my phone...
