Vodafone-idea — SIM activation after upgrade

My SIM card (Idea) was recently (08/10/2020) upgraded to Vodafone-Idea, but after inserting the new SIM, automatic and repeated calls to 59059 are being made. None of these calls connect. My phone's battery is being drained, heated, and I still can't use the "upgraded" SIM. My previous SIM was working fine until I decided to listen to the SIM expiry message and got my SIM upgraded.

Please resolve this issue before my phone is ruined.
