Vodafone Idea India — deduction of rupees 35 out of my knowledge | |||||
I had a previous recharge of my vodafone sim [protected] on 20 may 2020 of ₹ 39. If i check my history on my vodafone app, i find that my ₹ 4.10 has been deducted so then why is my main balance showing ₹ 0. When i complained this to vodafone service email [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, as vodafone costumers care no. 199 or 198 had no option of costomer care executive. They have replied that some nazara service has been activated to my number and ₹35 has been deducted to my no. Without any massage or pre/post information. I can't find nazara service on myvodafone app activated service list or service deactivation no. 155223. They're saying that they can't refund my money as my balance deducted as per my usage but i do not find any evidence that i have applied for activation of the nazara service even by mistake.
