High mobile bill . Often i see a mysterious happening in my hand set . Its dialling to a number Std code 002 some times foreign number .It starts dialing to the unknown numbers of its own. After that some it registers in the call log of the mobile phone, sometimes not ? what to do? this is the number every where ? please help me...

Recently i noticed that from my account balance amount of Rs. 20 is deducted on 06 Jan 2021 09.57 am for DMW9VDEO on your Vi number for no reason i have Netflix and Amazon prime membership for goodness sake why would I need to download a paid video when called the customer care they told me that I downloaded something of a paid videos and funny part is i don't even received a deduction notification message for it until i called them 🤣...

I had a previous recharge of my vodafone sim [protected] on 20 may 2020 of ₹ 39. If i check my history on my vodafone app, i find that my ₹ 4.10 has been deducted so then why is my main balance showing ₹ 0.
