Recently i noticed that from my account balance amount of Rs. 20 is deducted on 06 Jan 2021 09.57 am for DMW9VDEO on your Vi number for no reason i have Netflix and Amazon prime membership for goodness sake why would I need to download a paid video when called the customer care they told me that I downloaded something of a paid videos and funny part is i don't even received a deduction notification message for it until i called them 🤣 it's funny and frustrating 😅 im kind frustrated for those work from home customer care executive who disconnect me after they hear my problem or they just pick up the and put me on the hold damm it thats just rude don't you think 🤔
