On 8th Oct, 2023 I requested new prepaid connection using Vodafone Idea official website and made complete payment through online mode. In response to that company had shared sms confirming receipt of payment and ensuring delivery of new SIM within 24 hours which completed on 9th Oct, Monday at 7 PM.
Since 10th Oct, 2023 I am continuously following up with company official customer support team on phone but not getting any support. Was this information helpful? |
