Vodafone Idea Limited — Not receipt of SIM against payment made

On Sunday 8th Oct I had ordered new SIM for prepaid connection from VI and paid INR 299 in full using online payment service. After payment made, I got sms from company confirming payment receipt and ensuring delivery of new SIM within 12 to 24 hours then. SIM delivery was expected by 9th Oct by 7 PM. Today it is 12th Oct and till date I am not in receipt of SIM. I tried getting support from company by calling their official customer support number but not getting any satisfactory response.
