Dear sir,

Greetings of the day!

My name is sandip patil, my idea postpaid mobile no. [protected].

I have chosen to downgrade plan rental from nirvana 649 to nirvana 499 on 20/may/2020, my accumulated carry forward data balance 185 gb has been lapse. I was written mail also regarding reverse lapse data or refund paid ammount my account to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com dated 21 may 20. But idea team not agree on the same.

However both plan 649 and 499 idea provided facility data carry forward upto 200gb. So in this case how can my paid data was lapse... Becouse both plan facility is same.

Kindly request you to please raise the complaint against the idea.

    Dear sir,

    I have been receiving emails from vodafone idea limited about pending payment for the following number registered on my name. This number is registered in mumbai where as i am from a different state. I have sent number of emails to customer service and the accountable personnel about this issue but all in vain. They keep sending me emails on pending payment.

    I am worried if my details are being misused by vodafone and suspect it might be even used for any illegal activities or any not in favor of our nation. Just wanted to report it or if you could kindly please let me know to whom i can raise this issue would appreciate it. The mobile number is [protected] for which i being asked for pending payment.

      I am using Idea since 1 year but I can't use it regularly because there is one to two signal bar. I can't make calls neither on 4G or 2G. Even if call gets connected then other party can't hear my voice . Even if I switch to 2G network in which i get full network bar the call quality is same. I can't use data service as internet does not work. I have complained them many times but company didn't solve my problem. They always lied that my problem is solved. Please help me with this

        I had ported out my mobile number [protected] from airtel, i want to port it to vodafone but somehow the executive port it out in idea. I clearly told mr. Sumit at that time there is network problem of idea at n block, mohan garden, uttam nagar and also i already ported one of my idea number to jio, but that guy told me that this is a new sim and you will get the vodafone network and if you face the problem, i will convert it back into airtel the very same day. He also told me that plan of rs 399 will be given to me for rs 199 after discount. On 24th september my number was ported and facing the network issue since then. I immediately called up that guy and tell him to resolve this issue, he told me that he will call me back with in 10 mins but since then he is not picking up my phone. This is the professionalism of idea/vodafone.

        Issues :

        1.) why the network issue not resolved. Each time i have to come out from my house to speak to someone on phone.

        2.) why the plan which was to be billed at rs 199 has been billed to me at rs 399??

        I have sent the email to customer care on 25.09.2019 and the request no. Was : c[protected]. I have exchanged three - four emails and each time after 2-3 days i got a email that this request no. Is closed. But where is the solution??

        If they had any rental issue then why they have not replied to my email dated 25.09.2019 (The next day of my number was ported out). Now idea executives ring me up and asking for call recordings or any written proof. I was not aware about the unethical and unprofessional practices of idea. Now the bill due date is 30.10.2019 but still i have not received any revised bill. Even in the email to their customer care i have mentioned the name and mobile number of their executive but still they need call recordings from the customer.

        Hope for the resolution!!

          We are having 5 Vodafone postpaid connection, we have converted this number in one group plan which is called RED plan with primayr number [protected] but only 4 numbers are added in this plan benefits of this plan is that if 4 numbers are there then we will get 20% discount on total bill and if 5 numbers are added then discount will be 30%. i revert to request to add my 5th number [protected] in this plan at the same time with others but when bill comes to be it was not added. I paid the bill and again request for it and revert to sms for joining in RED plan. but again it was not added in same bill. when i have spoken with customer care executive she has no answer she ask me to visit to Vodafone gallery which was i have already tried again i visited to gallery they ask me to contact customer support. company has all records of my out going message and i also have it.
          now my concern add this number on last bill account and apply 30% discount on overall bill.

            I have taken Mobile insurance under RED SHIELD. before a few days my mobile was damaged and I have raised claim with the all documents as per the list but somehow they are rejected my claim as your declaration form & aadharcard not given, as per the mail there are only pan card required which already attached.. again I have attached declaration form and aadharcard scan copy.

              After repeated complaints vas charges levied from mobile service provider in every billing cycle from last 3-4 months.
              Service provider claimed o[censored]sing such download those are charged as vas but mobile data service not activated on this particular number. Initailly 1-2 months they refunded the amount but from last two billing cycles they are denied the same & also they are not stop the vas service.

              After repeated complaints Value Added Service(VAS) charges levied from Vodafone Idea Limited mobile service provider from Jan-2019 to April-2019 billing cycles.
              Service provider claimed o[censored]sing such download charged as VAS but mobile data service not activated on respective number, so from where these charges were claimed? 2 months billing cycles they refunded the amount but from last one i.e.April-2019 of amount ₹289.10/-billing cycle they are denied the same.
              Kindly insist service provide to refund said amount.

              Please REFUND my money into my talktime account as balance deducted by you is ARBITRARY at NO fault of MINE. I have neither applied for or given my consent to nor otherwise, and have NOT been using Internet. Moreover, the handset I am using is NOT having features of Android version.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am informed about my deduction by your customer care executive, Suguna, when contacted and the complaint docket number is 4-32171046763 dated 14/06/19

              When contacted your executive again on 15/06/19 to know the status of the above-mentioned complaint, Mr. Manoj Kumar, your supervisor, who does not have communication skills, LEVELLED me that "I am a time pass customer" and told me no refund will be made as I applied for it which is a baseless allegation. When asked for evidence/proof of the same, he could not satisfy me. However, BLOCKED my call.

              Do you encourage and support these kind of practices? Is this the SERVICES VodafoneIdea is rendering to its customers?

              I would therefore request your goodself to enquire and investigate what went wrong and REFUND my money back to my account as this falls under DEFICIENCY rendering SERVICE at no fault of the customer.

              Awaiting your positive response on this at the earliest convenience.

                This is ronald and one of the your idea customer. Before i'm used the airtel network but i changed idea network. Now currently using network is idea.

                My reason for releave from airtel is very worst signal problem. But my location is 500m near on signal tower.

                But now i'm very angry to idea network because this network very very worst network compare to airtel network.

                2g signal no coverage, 4g signal no coverage in my location

                This my location 10.315110, 78.012750

                I'm just waiting in two days your are not solve my problem, i just changing my network. My number is [protected]
