Vodafone Idea Ltd — refund payment not received | |||
I had a long relationship with vodafone (Relationship number[protected] but for some reason, i have now ported out to other service provider. Before porting out, i had made advance payment in excess to vodafone for a smooth porting process. Though i had received refund notification mail from team vodafone on 24th september 2018, that the refund cheque will be delivered in 10 working days but the same has not been delivered till date. Details of the refund as communicated to me are: Cheque number: 660962 Cheque amount: 992.67 Cheque date: 19-sept-2018 Drawn on: citi bank The mail says 'this is system generated email, kindly do not reply' and the contact numbers given do not help take the grievance. I have ever since visited nearby vodafone store three times to get the issue resolved but all in vain. Can some please help me to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
