Vodafone Idea — Non refund of 719 rs deducted on 21st august for [protected] @11:03 am

I had recharged for [protected]on 21st august @ 11:03am.The money got deducted from my bank account but the recharge was unsuccessful.I was told by their customer care executives they the money would be credited to my bank account within 7 days .I have sent numerous emails to them regarding this issue .It has been more than 2 months to this issue but no resolution from Vodafone.They tried to blame the bank but I enquired with the bank .They clearly told me that Vodafone has received the money successfully.I provided Vodafone with every detail they asked for like bank account statement.Vodafone screenshot which clearly mentions that Vodafone has received the money, transaction id details .Even after more than 2 months, they are not refunding my money Please help me get my money back from this cheat and fraud called Vodafone.
