customer care, appellate and ceo office
Customer care employees misbehave with us and insult us.All 3, that is customer care, appellate and CEO office does not answer emails. 99% call back promises are false and the 1% call backs we receive too, are from very junior levels which cannot resolve the problem. They lie to us and misbehave/insult us.
I am asking for a call back from CEO office for a very long time, but i haven't received any. Once sana maam from CEO office called, but did not resolve any issue and promised me that everything i mail to CEO, i will get a call back from CEO office. But inspire of sending over 50 emails, i haven't received a single call yet.
Complaints are closed without contacting us. Appellate is completely unsupportive. They can do so, because CEO office neither replies emails, nor calls.
Call backs come from numbers we cannot call back on, so that they can disconnect whenever they want, and then report that a call back was made.
We do not have any alternate number, not 1, inspite of asking repeatedly.and emails are not replied to. So the insulting and abusing can continue from them.
Also, customer is kept out of the loop and not informed anything about the action taken against an employee. This policy helps them to not take any action against an employee. Immediately after we are assured that strict action has been taken against an employee, the same employee again misbehaves with us. This proves that they do not take any action. i was put on hold for days together...just check the attached picture for proof

Fraudulent deductions from my number 8271160468

I have been a consumer of Idea for a couple of years now but there has been a recurring issue for the last few months for which I have been following up with VI Stores as well as complaints in Whatsapp number but there has been no response yet.
Even though I am not holding a passport yet, in October I was aghast to find my number has been deducted a substantial amount for subscribing to International roaming. I tried to contact call center but neither I was provided with a resolution nor a complaint number too. The same amount was also deducted in Nov and Dec and even in December, there was an additional deduction for subscribing to video downloading. Apart from this, my account has also been deducted Rs. 22 on 8th October for downloading Fun Portal.
Apart from other SR numbers, the recent SR number was BHR-V[protected], Requesting you to look into the matter and refund all my unauthorized deductions and ask the Call Center to stop doing such deductions.
I would also like to have the logs of my subscriptions in case, you feel, they say that complaint is not genuine.

Reconnection of Mobile services

I am a subscriber of Vodafoneidea for the last 11 years with the above number.
As I was proceeding to USA on a five month holiday, I had contacted their Idea store [at the time it was Idea]
who advised me to keep the SIM in safe custody for six months, which I did on 10th March 2020. However,
due to the Covid situation I had to extend my stay. The safe custody would have been over by 10th Sep 2020.
However, on 10th October 2020, I received an invoice by email showing a credit balance and hence I assumed
that taking into account the situation the safe custody was extended automatically. However, on 10th November,
I received an email advising me that my account shows a credit balance and that it can be refunded. However,
as the balance was below Rs25.-- they will not issue a cheque.
I therefore contacted their store through a relative in India, who was advised that the mobile has been disconnected.
Immediately, I wrote to their customer care who advised me that the number can be taken as a new connection on my return to India.
On my return to India I contacted their Ministore at Althara Junction, Trivandrum on 1st Dec 2020. The counter staff
assured me that it will be reconnected in a couple of days. However, this did not happen despite their efforts.
They finally advised me through the counter staff on 7th Dec 2020 to go to your Vi Store at Vazhuthacaud,
Trivandrum and advised that it would be resolved soon. I proceeded to the Vazhuthacaud office and met the
counter staff who advised that they will try their best to resolve the issue and to contact him after two days. The situation
was not resolved when I contacted them after two days and was asked to contact again after another two days.
Finally, I lost my patience and asked to meet the Manager who explained that the number was disconnected
after 6 months and that they have asked their back end to try and rectify this. This was on Saturday, 12th Dec.
He finally advised me that I will have to wait for the expiry of 60 days from the date of disconnection
viz., 30th Dec 2020.
My complaint is that:
1] there was no intimation on the part of Vi that the number is being disconnected giving the customer a chance to
revive the number before the disconnection.
2] if there was no way to revive the number immediately on my return, why was I not advised so by your
customer care or by the stores and was left in suspense for more than 2 weeks.
3] what is the problem in reviving the number when the customer had a genuine reason for not using the mobile
for an extended period?
4] why was the connection not disconnected on 10th Sept 2020 on expiry of 6 months, if that is the rule? If that was
done the connection could have been restored on 10th Dec 2020!
5] why was the refund not processed on disconnection irrespective of the amount?
After I filed the complaint with their Appellate authority on Monday
14th Dec, the Manager called and advised that the number has been released and will be available in two days. On Wednesday, when I contacted him he has advised me to wait until 5pm on Saturday.
The issue has now been lingering for 3 weeks without a resolution.

Payment of postpaid bill not received
I have paid postpaid bill for Mobile No [protected], Mumbai circle from https://www.myvi.in/ site on 27.10.2020 of Rs. 494/-. Amount got deduct from Union Bank of India where I hold my Savings A/c. But Vodafone Idea has not received payment. In first place, if amount is not received by intended party it should get credited in my account within seven days if not deducted but same also has not happened. In Bank statement, reference is showing as IBIBO WEB PVT LTD, I don't know why it is showing this. I have made payment through official site only.
Kindly look into the matter and attaching Bank Statement for reference.
Please cooperate for solving the issue.

Change of name/identity on my sim without my consent, possible scam/fraud
I own a vodafone idea(previously "vodafone") sim which i bought by registering my own documents many years back. recently i noticed that it is showing different name as the registered user name. When i emailed them about the issue asking how they changed my name\identity without my consent their representative "priyanka pawar" wrote to me after a few days that after cross checking with the local branch she found out that my number was registered on the other persons name when it was bought. Which is not possible as my number is not bought recently vie owned it for 5+ years, i see a foul play of some sort by the people who changed it without my consent as the number is registered as my registered mobile number along with my identity in many places.
i need help suing them for breach or security and tempering with identity for purpose of fraud or a scam.
Kindly guide me.

Unfair deduction of money
Today I just got a message stating that 22 rupees was charged for using fun portal from carbun8 (that's what the message said). I don't know about any games I played, like ones from telecommunications companies. I also had a similar experience before, with idea. They had deducted money, saying that I had subscribed for hello tunes, which I didn't even subscribe knowingly. They are just cheating customers.
I hope this issue is solved soon and money refunded

Internet exhaustion
Vidafone has the worst customer care service. this is second i am experiencing this. Without even using the data i am receiving msgs from vodafone that my internet is exhausted

Vodafone Idea Cellular legal demand notice
In March when lockdown started, Idea broadband was working very rarely or with low speed,
Idea was not able to provide the service during lockdown.
and they Idea customer care number was also not working.
I was registering complain multiple times from portal for connection suspension.
and I asked them to suspend the connection but they kept on generating the bills and I paid till April. After that also Idea kept generating the bills and now they are sending Demand notice.
In June I can finally connect with customer care number and the suspended the connection.
But Now I am getting Demand notice.
Which is very unfair when Idea was not able to provide service then why the are generating bill and when I registered for suspension portal why they had not suspended the connection.

On checking further in my messages, there is a fraudulent transaction and i have a message that says - dear customer, thank you for downloading fun portal from carbun8. You have been charged rs 22.
I have not made any such purchases in the month and this is an incorrect charge. Seems to be some kind of fraud. Reverse the charge.

Mobile network not available
Mobile network not available since yesterday evening. I can neither make nor receive calls. I am not able to send or receive messages. I am not able to use mobile data. There is no proper customer service from in Vi and when I complained via the virtual assistant in whatsapp, they asked me to check for OTP, which is really stupid because I can't receive messages due to the issue.

Recovered wrong bill and abused at store

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring you kind notice that I was customer of Idea since 15 years, my mobile number is [protected]. However I purchased another add on number i.e. [protected] from Idea. From last 1 year i have received very bad service from the Idea.
I have given complaints several times for the same.
During the Lockdown due to covid 19 online classes of my children have been started and at the same time our internet service of the number [protected] has been stopped. We have faced a lot of difficulty to start the Internet and we have been misguided by the Customer care so many times hence i failed to start the internet facility of my family number [protected] for 1.5 months. Due to this we faced huge financial loss and academic loss of my children.
Therefore i decided to port my both numbers so that i have contacted several times to customer care for the same but i failed again to port connection for 1.5 months due add on numbers of my connections error.. I have not received any proper solution to port my both numbers from Idea- Vodafone galleries and customer care . Meanwhile i have been charged a huge amount of bills for internet uses as well my internet was stopped since one and half months but still i have paid all the dues and after that i have been successful to port my both connections to Air tell. I have paid all outstanding of Idea and then port out the connections. This process was taken 1 week period.
Idea required to be given the bill for 7 or 8 days bill. but they charged me last bill of Rs. 1324/- for the plan of Rs.249/-
When my both connections ported I was receiving good connectivity and internet speed from Airtell, but Airtell barred my connection for the unpaid bill from Idea.
The last bill of Rs. 1324/- given to me is totally unfair as we were unable to use the internet for 1.5 months due circumstance from Idea-vodafone and i have paid all pending amounts before porting the connections. And also paid the unfair latest bill of Rs. 1324/- also which is a totally unfair bill.
I still believe that Idea-vodafone should give me a bill for 8 to10 days which should be on a pro-rata basis. my Plan was just Rs. 249/- . We have faced very poor internet connection of both numbers. then how you charged me for internet uses.
Today I visited VI (Vodafone - Idea) Gallery at Wakdewadi, Pune for the same. but I have been abused by your executives, Mr. Siddharth and the Manager of the Gallery.
When I entered the gallery I was abused by the manager for using the extra sentiser. But I calmly went to Siddharth for the information but again Manager came there and started abusing me for using extra sanitisers. I don't want to listen to him so I just tried to talk to Siddharth only but Siddharth lost his temper suddenly and he also started abusing me.
Therefore I request you to please check the CCTV footage for today's incidence and take action against the Manager and Mr. Siddharth.
I have paid an unfair amount as my number [protected] is barred and I don't want to lose this number.
I also humbly request you to please refund the fair amount of my last bill which I have paid today.

Hello sir,
I, prabir kumar deb, from deb enterprise, we have a corporate connection at idea from 10 to 12 years, now in this lockdown time you have disconnected our service, without informing us, from march 2020 we are trying to reconnect the connection, we have visited nearby idea stores and trying to catch you by helpline number but nothing happens. from the idea store i got a number of the senior manager named anirban ([protected]), he told it will be resolved in two days, for that i have to submit my documents, though i have already submitted my documents in past but that time i submitted them again through email the email id is debenterprise. [protected]@gmail.com, and the recipient is mi. [protected]@gmail.com dated 15th july 2020.
Then barasat idea store gave me a sim card also (Sim number[protected]), after that, i started following up to reissue the issue, after some phone calls he did not pick up my calls. Again i visited the idea store, they asked me to go to the vodafone store, in this covid period, the maximum time the stores are closed, then again vodafone store sends me to the idea store again and told me that they can’t do anything. I repeatedly visit the idea store and it feels like a ball, at the end of this harassment, idea store of barasat told me to go to nagerbazar office.
When i visited the idea nagerbazar office, mr. Abhishek ([protected]) completed my verification and told me to wait for a while, after that he told me we have to go to dalhousie idea store, because my number is blocked from there. When i have enquired about it they told me idea and vodafone are merging up, and it will take some time to resolve. That time i told him that number it's my corporate number and related to my business, it is very crucial for me to have that number back. Please let me know what to do?
He gave me a phone number of ms. Chandrani mukherjee ([protected]) and i called her, someone picked up the call named sourav adhikari, he checked the number and it is inactive due to pending documentation, after that i told him, i have already submitted the documents and rest of my 12 corporate numbers are running, all my 13 corporate numbers are running by a single document if the 12 numbers are running then why this number is inactive? I want to know that this occurs who is responsible? But he didn’t give me any satisfactory answer and kept telling me that it will not be resolved anyhow. Lastly, i am requesting idea/vodafone to resolve this issue asap, as i am running various types of business and using this number from last 10 years, many things depend on this number, i am losing connection and business, is it acceptable to have this kind of behavior after using a corporate connection from 10 years? since i am requesting to resolve it on an urgent basis, it is too important for me to have the number back. hope i receive a prompt response from your end.

Lastly, i am requesting idea/vodafone to resolve this issue asap, as i am running various types of business and using this number from last 10 years, many things depend on this number, i am losing connection and business, is it acceptable to have this kind of behavior after using a corporate connection from 10 years? since i am requesting to resolve it on an urgent basis, it is too important for me to have the number back. hope i receive a prompt response from your end.

VAS activation without consent

Value added services have been repeatedly activated on my pre-paid number. These have been done without my request or consent.
This has happened 3 times now. While i got SMSes informing me of these transactions the first 2 times, there was no SMS on the 3rd occasion. Only on checking my balance was i able to notice this transaction.
On taking this up with customer support i get a standard reply stating i should not click on pop-ups etc. which may lead to VAS activation. This is a lame excuse for following reasons - my primary mobile number is a different one so the vodafone number is never used while browsing, being computer literate i am judicious while browsing and have not knowingly or unknowingly clicked on any such ad which might incur VAS charges, I use a computer for internet access so there is no way of my vodafone number being known to third party ads for VAS.
I want to know why and how VAS is repeatedly getting activated on my number without my consent.

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 15 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.
On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number....

failed transaction
On 13th March 2020 I had recharged my Idea number [protected] for ₹399 (a coupon of ₹50 was used transaction amount ₹349). The transaction was done using the official website of idea i.e. www.ideacellular.com through internet banking. Due to some technical problem the transaction was not successful but the amount of transaction was debited from account.10 days have passed but no refund has been made to my account, I have also talked to customer care but no satisfactory answer was provided kindly refund the amount as soon as possible

My self avinash kotwal, 3rd nov 2018 i was payed my installment (By cash), but still till time my instamnet not updated,... Last one year i m conitunes visit jammu mahinadra branch but no one serious to resolve my issue... Many time i m complaints mahinadra head office new delhi, nodal ofice mumbai, customer care and also branch manger of jammu ashish sharma, but no resolved of my complainant.

complaint about not-carrying forward opening balance as on 27.12.2019

The incident has happened on 27.12.2019. I recharged my prepaid mobile on the same date (Which is also due date of recharge).
The opening balance of rs.8.31 (Before recharging the mobile) was lying in my mobile, but the same was found vanished / seems to be forfeited after recharging the mobile.
I have been following the matter with the company but the company is adopting dilly-dallying (Time passing) tactics and not interested in solving the problem.
There are bunch of mails between me & the company since the incident has taken place.

I have been charged fir rs 8 on 11 november for rs 8 and after complaining to the customer care team of idea vodafone i have not received the refund as i dont have any data balance then why would i subscribe for a service of buffering at video given in the attachment please ask them to refund my money at the earliest.
Idea customer service has been deduction my talktime balance time and again and they have deducted it again from my talktime. Please try ti file aciurt case against this comoany for unauthorised charges deduction without my consent and without my subscription for the same.

data can't use instead of validity

Im unable to use data of 10 gb on my number [protected] since 10 october till 11th october 10:15 pm and called thier customer service and there service executives are suggesting me to select network manually instead of resolving my data connection problems instead of valid till 12 october 11 :59pm.
Also incoming calls are not coming which is valid till 25 october 19. Please escalate it to top management. Charge customer money when it comes to giving service they have one or other reasons ready to give to us please look into this

I have taken the corporate number transferred on my personal name by visiting vodafone store.
I have submitted all necessary documents required by them,
They asked to pay the due amount at that time which i have paid 100%.
But they are still sending me old amount rs.127/- outstanding reminders every month.
I am very much upset about their such behavior. Kindly help.

illegal deduction of balance from 9051555843

Today morning that is on 11.07.19 suddenly vodafoneidea has deducted rs. 1.50 from my main account balance of [protected], without any reason, i didn't use any of its services that time neither did i make calls, it's customer care is useless, i called them but no help received from them, several emails are also submitted but no reply, it seems they are intentionally harassing the customer. They are cheating the customer by deduction of balance from the account and they are not listening back so i am planning to port to bsnl due to this malpractice.
I request to kindly make arrangements to return the rs. 1.50 that has been illegally deducted from my account and also to teach them a lesson so as this company can never cheat anyone in future.

I think this is ruting from you to give me stress.
Every mnoth Active VAS Without Informing me And deduct My Balance,
they told me that its done by pop up, i have other Airtel card they never start this type of service.
I suffer from this problem every month, every time i sent mail to care but they
cann't help me, Every time i loss my hardcore earn money.
Still i waiting for justice in my complain about Activation of "vodafone Health Pack", Neather comapany refund my Balance nor stop that pack.
Surprisingly today started Caller tune service without informing me.
I totally out of mind, Pls provide genuine service.

I want my all deduct balance Back at any cost.

I have been charged with rs. 3 on 12 february stating that i have used wep service of idea for no-[protected] which i have not used because on 18 feb i got a message which says that i have full balance of 100 mb in my number. Then on 22nd february again they have deducted rs 19 without informing me what it has been deducted for.
I have escalated this issue with appellate authority of vodafoneidea.com but still it has not been resolved.
Therefore i request you to please escalate this problem of mine with higher authorities and help me in getting the amount refunded.
Also idea have been deducting my money since 2 years like this as you can see in my complaints raised earlier.
