Dear sir/ma'am,
I have been charged with rs. 3 on 12 february stating that i have used wep service of idea for no-[protected] which i have not used because on 18 feb i got a message which says that i have full balance of 100 mb in my number. Then on 22nd february again they have deducted rs 19 without informing me what it has been deducted for.

I have escalated this issue with appellate authority of vodafoneidea.com but still it has not been resolved.

Therefore i request you to please escalate this problem of mine with higher authorities and help me in getting the amount refunded.
Also idea have been deducting my money since 2 years like this as you can see in my complaints raised earlier.

I have ported my mobile no [protected] from airtel to idea.Ihave paid Rs.150 to Mr.Kamal paytm vallet linked to mobile no.[protected] the persom deputed by Sh.Rahul Bedi Manager Idea.He requested me to pay this amount and the same will be adjusted in the coming bill.However after persistent follow up with the IDEA nothing has been done so far.The amount is charged for e KYC which is illegal.There was call failure most of the time.So I have again ported my number to AIRTEL on 24.10.2018.Please take up matter with IDEA and also advise me to whom take up the matter as ther is no response from IDEA even the matter was reported to appelate authority of IDEA and I personalt lodged complaint with their customer care centre at A5 Paschim ViHAR New Delhi.I am enclosing the correspondence with IDEA up todate through e-mail
