Internet speed is very slow, it's only coming 50kb internet speed in in my area, you will clear it the problem you not clear i was change the number to jio please clear the problem

I am holding a vodafone prepaid account, bearing number [protected]. My sms outgoing gets barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet.

I often get messages, looking for someone, etc etc.. I have blacklist but still from new numbers they keep coming which irritates me lot...

From the time i sent a request to port from vodafone to jio, i have been getting at least a call every hour from vodafone begging me not to port. They have promised me various offers and resolution to the network issues i'm facing.in the beginning i spoke very patiently but now my patience has ended with them. Even after speaking with them rationally they don't seem to understand. I ty not to lose my temper on these call center people but this is the end of my patience. This is a clear case of harassment and one can't even block them because they keep calling from various numbers. The number starts with 70451 and the last 5 digits are always different.

I have book mnp order online from idea prepaid to vodafone postpaid on dt 21.07.2020 of which sim has been delivered on 25.07.2020 & id & address verification was done by amol chavan (Ph:- [protected]). The detail of order no is as follows:-

But on 28.07.2020 my idea no was deactivated but to our surprise both new vodafone postpaid sim was not not activated, after complaining on toll free no the concern person request to visit vodafone store, but even after visiting vodafone store of chinchwadgaon we have not received any satisfactory solution for the same. Only a ticket request was raised.

Today dt 30.07.2020 @ 00.30 a. M. I received the message that both the above orders have been cancelled now my old idea is also not active nor vodafone postpaid sim is active. I feel cheated by vodafone india ltd.

But next day when i visiting your main chinchwad vodafone store (Address :- pcmc link road, sardar gawade commercial, shop no 3 cts no 4287, near kalikamata mandir, pimpri chinchwad, maharashtra, pune pin code:-411033) executive name :-manoj prasad executive contact no:-[protected] it came to notice that there is internal trade war between vodafone india & idea cellular ltd. The prepaid sim of idea was ported to vodafone postpaid, idea has port out my both idea no ([protected] & [protected]) but not visible to vodafone india ltd (Activation failed as shown in the system) & later the above both file was deleted. Internal management of any one company has deleted the above port in from the system & due to internal trade war the customer is facing problems. The above both sim is being left by idea cellular but vodafone india ltd has no entry of the same. Please due to your internal trade war customer should not suffer so please look into the matter at earliest.

So i request the kind management please do the needful to activate the above number as early as possible as it is in active from 28.07.2020.

I have initiated a port request to port my number from vodafone to airtel. After submiting my documents to airtel executive. I received a call from number, a person claiming to be calling from vodafone, asked me to send an sms - cancel“mynumber” to 1900. The lady one the phone also texted me about this. I was suspicious so i asked her to write me a mail to confirm this, which i never received.

This is totally unethical...

My internet is not working properly. I am postpaid customer from last two years. I am facing this type of problem regularly. It is very painful for me. For this reason my work is hamper everyday.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i will change the oparetor.

Vodafone india on a regular basis has been involved in deducting balances from the customer's account.

I have faced this in the past many times. I need to pen this down once in for all. I was in uk for early part of this year. My main balance was minimal as i was aware of hefty international roaming charges.
Vodafone used to call me /text me on a regular basis to recharge with the international roaming pack. Since i was on a local network in the uk i did not pay attention to it.
One day all of sudden i get survey message from vodafone and message read as "all texts are free". I went ahead replying for 3 messages.
Boooom!!. It took no time for them to reduce my main balance account to negative 3 digits for latching onto there network and sending out messages (Remember in their message itself it was written "texts are free").
When i came back to india i recharged with 149 which went in vain since i cannot use their talktime unless i clear my main balance negative.

I thought to give up on this and clear my main balance only as vodafone customer care as useless and apathetic as only they can be.

Recently i recharged with rs 79 which includes 64 rs talktime and other benefits of data. I thought rs 64 would be deducted from my negative blance. Nope, rather they include this in secondary balance which can be a case i agree. My point is where they have informed about this in their website? If they haven't included in their own website, isn't it a case of misleading?

I had receive used bill receipt for July'20 & Aug'20 from my postpaid number. I discussed with Vodafone executives from gummdipoondi bypass Vodafone showroom. but they are not response my concern, I didn't text any one to this number [protected] but i had receive sms charge in the bill receipt.

I found too many network issues informed them many of the time, they keep on giving wrong solutions like change the sim slot, on and off, change handset, sending sms for setting etc... Nothing worked...
It was taking 45 min for download a 3.5 mb file in a location based at delhi... Prime location... Last month in june and july...
I told them i will port out... So they blocked my no for getting connected to customer care... I...
