My number[protected] is under DND since long. Despite this I get about 20 messages most of which are promoting property / flats related offers.

I am informed that TRAI has implemented many regulations for stopping this but nothing seems working in this regard. Therefore present complaint with a request to get this non sense stopped once and for all.

    Hello Sir,

    I am using Vodafone Number [protected] last 4 year. I am in ramming in Karnataka and they enable the automatic Call Barring on my number. I am not able to dial to customer care also. I have tried to call many time Delhi customer care number [protected] but they disconnect the call and not helping me for any thing. Is that the way that Vodafone say happy to help. Can you help me please?

    Iam videsh using a prepaid vodofone sim #[protected] few days before i got a message to submit proff of address and ID to the nearest Vodofone store the avoid clip cancellation, i submitted my ID before a week on thursday 11/11/2010 and they told it would take another 24 hrs to get my Clip services activated and it being 5 days now and it has nto being activated and the CSR from vodofone doesnt respond for any of the quires properly i even made a request to vodofone CSR with complaint #[protected] on sunday but the issue is still not resolved, please do the needful at the earliest to get my problem resolved.

    Vodafone mobile — automated activation and deactivation

    Automated acivtaion and deacativation of callertunes on 29.05.2011 midnight by sending 5 SMS( Still in my Mobile records)and deducted Rs 50/-
    When complained on 30.5.2011 the nodal officer Ms Sushma called in the evening and informed that the service is deacativated BUT THE CHARGES ONCE TAKEN SHALL NOT BE GIVEN BACK.
    Again in the midnight of 30.5.2011 the SAME STORY REPEATED BACK AND DEDUCTED Rs 50/-.

    THIS IS A OPEN LOOT BY MOBILE COMPANIES LIKE VODAFONE WHO ARE TAKING BISUITS FOR THEIR DOG LIKE THIS.

    Vodafone — Automatically dialled ISD number

    Hi,
    I'm having Nokia N70m model and I have vodafone post paid connection. I already used Nokia 1100 model until June 9th afternoon. After that I used Nokia N70m. Actually I checked with my unbilled amount around at 02:30 PM on 10th June'11 an it shows Rs. 3205, However, when I check with unbilled amount around at 01:00 AM on 10th June'11 and it shows Rs.640. So, when I contacted to the vodafone store excutive , he told that he did take my complaint as my mobile is fault. So, we are not taking any responsibility regarding this he said and they barred both outgoing and incoming calls too! I kindly request someone please give me the solution.Thank you!

      A few days ago, Vodafone had to revert some charges after I escalated the billing issue. Initially they were adamant and were not willing to make the refund but after about 10-15 tries they had to make the refund. Since then I cannot use my phone in Greater NOIDA where I live. I cannot make/receive any calls or use the internet on the phone in Greater NOIDA. I don't know if these two events are related or not. But this raises some serious questions about Vodafone.

        I had been on International roaming till march 22nd. I had deactivated my International Roaming after coming back to India. But since then i have been charged the International Roaming Rent of 99Rs per month. Even after sending so many messages and speaking to most of the customer care agents no one has addressed my issue and its just not being attended.

        sim number is [protected] with international roming bt in australia sim is not start plz start my number with international roming
        on 19th OCT I started for Bangkok, I have called vodafone to activate my international roaming. customer care provided me wrong info that my international roaming is already activated.

        when I landed in Bangkok, I could't get the signals. I immd. informed my office people to call vodafone and find out why my mobile is not working, using ISD Phone booth's at Bangkok.

        locally my cousin tried several times to [protected] for complaining about the issue of not getting signals at Bangkok,
        later during the day course by afternoon almost about 2 or 3 PM my mobile started working.
        it worked for almost 36 hrs, in this hrs most of the times signal does't get properly, my voice is not clear when we call, lots of problems.

        On 22nd morning my mobile again had same problem...no signal, what i faced very first day, actually my main usage and necessity was on last day for departure, .
        I could not locate my bus, and i missed my bus for airport and it costed me huge by money, by time, by mental torture...only because your service was not activated properly.
        I spend about Rs. 8,000/- using ISD Phone booths & other colleuges mobile for commnicating locally there in bangkok and in india.

        My mobile have a facility of call divert to office staff mobile in case if my mobile is swicthed off or not reachable, due to no signal & connectivity most of my important clients
        calls were not able to reply, and due to this I loosed my orders and effected my business.

        I have a VODAFONE prepaid connection on which I got International Roaming activated around mid June.

        I received confirmation of this activation by SMS. The activation charges were deducted from my account.

        But I was not able to make ONE SINGLE OUTGOING CALL while i was travelling - in Singapore or Indonesia. In every country I received SMSes from Vodafone informing me that i was on international roaming, and informing me of the charges for their services, including for making calls, but I was NOT able to make ANY calls to ANY country from my phone. I could only receive calls and send and receive text messages.

        Why was this and how can i ensure this wont happen again? If this is not rectifiable I need to change my service provider ASAP.

A MESSAGE CAME FROM COMPANY THAT YOUR ROAMING IS ACTIVATED AND CHARGES FOR SAME ARE DEDUCTED BUT IN AUSTRALIA MY NUMBER WAS NOT WORKING .I HAD TRIED BY MY FRIEND TO COMPLAINT AT VODAFONE BUT NO SOLUTION CAME. THEY ANSWERED THAT WE HAVE ACTIVATED BUT SERVICES FOR MY DESIRED NUMBER ( 91-[protected]) WERE NOT ACTIVATED.DUE TO THIS I HAVE TO LOSS SO MUCH BUSINESS AND FACED SO MUCH TROUBLE AS WELL AS CHARGES TO BE PAID.
        I had taken a mobile postpaid connection in vodafone last month and deposited Rs 5000 for international roaming as I had to travel to Germany on official visit. On my return I was shocked to see the bille received for Rs 1734 from vodafone. Looking at the details I found most of the charges were for GPRS usage in roaming that too for miniscule timings like 50 sec , 45sec etc. On enquiry people in vodafone said it is because of the autoconnectivity and downloads. they also said complaint will be registered and money will be refunded. Today I went to hear that nothing can be done and I should have been careful regarding the settings to avoid autoconnect. I was annoyed by the irresponsible from such a international brand leading to ashame in india. I had to ask only one question if they will charge the tea I was offered during the waiting time just because I had taken it. With this note I would like to say vodafone is more than irresponsible in handling customers and complaints.

        Do not get trapped with polishing words while you go abroad with this operator.

        my vodafone data usage on international roaming is gone ballistic, this is how

        20th - 24th Nov - Dubai
        Total 3642 Calls KB usage - 7977.7 - Charge Rs, 23303.50

        1st to the 8th May - Spain & Austria
        Total 57 Calls Kb usage 10793.31 - Charge Rs. 6088.50

        In dubai , bbm would hang , emails would hang so i guess the calls on data is showing more , as per vodafone the charges per 10kb is Rs. 5.5 so the actual charge should be less than the one on Spain and Austria , they have agreed to same and shown their gesture by gibing no reason yet to the discrepancy but a Rs, 5000 off , which is ridiculous

          I have purchased a Vodafone 3G data card with 599 unlimited plan on 15th April 2011 from sales call by Vodafone executive. The number for the same is [protected]. Call Center executive sold me 2G Plan, though offered me 3G initially. The service was activated on 18th April 2011. But i realized that the there was no network for 3G and the internet speed was terribly low. So i called the customer care at 111 and i was shocked when executive informed me that i have to buy a new 3G plan as i got 2G unlimited 599 plan. When I purchased the data card I was very specific in saying that I want a 3G data card with 3G plan and the executive told me that we have a 599 unlimited plan for 3G and i will get the same for the life time. The executive convinced me that i will get 3G unlimited for 599. If I would have known that this is not a 3G plan I would have never bought this. I told them I don’t want this data card and i want my Rs. 1600/- back which they charged me for the same
          After i mailed this to complaint department of Vodafone and they replied that i have to buy new 3G plan and no refund will be made.

          I want to spread awareness to every consumer so that they do not suffer the same fate which i'm going through.

          I will not pay the bill as i'm not using the data card for any purpose. Please help me find justice.
          This was the last mail i got from Vodafone..nothing had been refunded till date..

            I am a Vodafone Corporate postpaid customer ([protected]). I opted for Blackberry

            unlimited plan on 21st May 2011. Within 4 days, my unbilled amount shot upto Rs

            1200/- from just Rs 28/-. On calling Vodafone customer care, I was told that I was

            being charged for data mistakenly (which is otherwise included in my unlimited

            plan) and they would activate something called "IMC" so that data charges are not

            inlcuded in my unbilled amount.

            I dared to switch back the data services on my phone and the next day the unbilled

            amount reached to Rs 1328/- and Vodafone was not accepting calls from my mobile to

            198.

            This is cheating the customer at its worst and I was told that I should wait for

            my next bill and then they could sort out any issues. This is pathetic customer

            services and the Tagline "happy to Help" is just a misnomer.

            Can't wait to port my number to other service provider.

            Big warning - Do not opt for Vodafone services at any cost

            The Unbilled amount continues to rise unabashedly, checked again 2 days later its now Rs 1450/- despite making negligible calls from my mobile. I have switched off the data services and get off the hook from Vodafone.

            Despite all the promises from Vodafone, that the issue had been taken care of, I don't see any change at all, and my unbilled amount continues to rise.
            its true i have also being charged for the same no([protected]). I have been todl the same to wait till next billing cycle and it would be offset (waived).But look at my bill it raised frm Rs 2400 to 2400 in 2 days ??
            This is the worst service provider i have seen in my 6 vodafone stay!

            I have to say good bye to vodafone and i wont pay a single penny for the bill!

            I am even ready to go to the court for mental harrasment.

            VODAFONE " Happy to help "should be changed to VODAFONE "Sorry to help"
            * it raised from Rs2400 to Rs3400 and also my services were barred and wen i have not used the services in the barred time i was being charged ?

            This scenario is called cheating the customer and earning Haram money ( black money )

              I have no idea how many of you faced the same problem.
              Whenever i make outgoing from my mobile(Vodafone) ,after every 30minutes the call will disconnect automatically.I asked about this with vodafone customer care,they replied calmly ,we never heard any such problems.I had a doubt that my mobile has some problem so i changed & checked it,but no use i was facing the same.

              I don't know whether the mobile operator has the rights to disconnect the call automatically after 30 mins.Is that legal?.

              I don't know what is of most concern, disconnection in case of accidental call or the continuation of the intentional call. Also, what is the rarity and the costs involved. I simply think it should have been 1hr by default as it is already proven well with other service providers. Please improve the Artificial Intelligence part in the system. Just to a tip to be competitive, provide an option on this to the user and let user decide it.

              I know your typical response to this, the system is centralized and any change is a big one .. blah...

              3G in AP is itself a big drawback from Vodafone as the delay was just not acceptable. Definitely I would like to see Vodafone with better services and early adopters. Instead of just airing Zoo Zoos.

              I spoke with the Vodafone customer support, the replied i got is, there is default program which disconnects all your outgoing calls after 30mins to reduce the traffic.
              This is ridiculous, and they indirectly accepting that they don't have enough bandwidth to provide service for there customers.
              I am moving out of this network, after a long struggle.
              i'm also facing same problem.so it is better to change the network.

                  I am a doctor by profession i hav been ur customer since bpl beeing the net work operator. i took my connection in pondycherry at present i am resididng at kallakurichi. and i have been paying my bills thru the authorised vodafone dealer appointed by ur company i hav been facing serious of problem by the dealer appoimted by your company. i hav been paying my bill regularly to the due date which u specified and the amount which i pay here is credited only after ten dayz and my connection has been terminated twice and i hav went in an embarassing situation twice because of my mobile being disconnected for not paying the dues .i hav even coplained twice regarding to the higher official. but i didnt get a proper reply frm u ppl . and today i went to the dealer to pay my bill which has already crossed the due date and i travveled abt 10 km to pay my bill and the person in the shop forced me to come tomorrow. and they hav not taken my amount which iam ready to pay. will it happen in any network? are any form of company where the customers bill amt is refused t o credited. and i really ashamed to be a part o[censored]r net work . im still continuing with ur network because of the number

                    Vodafone mobile service provider activated unwanted VF26 and SPL30 services without my request and without prior intimation on may 23 2011 deducting account balance and charging Rs.1 per minute where I had activated 1 Paisa/sec. I called the customer care people on 23 & 24 may 2011. They are not responding me properly. This is really ridiculous. I am not interested in any service and still provider enforcing the services.
                    Vodafone should credit the deducted amount to my balance amount since it is their fault.

                    Last month july 08 I( accidentely) activated the SPORTS COMBO scheme.
                    My balance went to negative figure as -94 rs. I dont think this method is fair as i only have a prepaid account not a post paid connection to raise my balance to their wish is really worst. They should have warned about my less balance before activation like they do for calling and messaging servces.
                    secondly i like to have the control over my number, not the service provider.
                    Finally this service doesn't seem to worth 99rs per month, as most of the time the displayed message goes off before seeing it.

                    Atleast one was solved, still negative balance should be considered.

                    The same happened with me too. Yesterday, a fellow came and changed my SIM card and took signature on a form. Today I see a monthly deduct of 26 Rs VF 26. It is pure cheating. I will sue vodafone to court. I think, this is done to generate some money.

                    It doesn't matter for me, even if I spend 5000/- for legal proceedings, but I am not going to leave vodafone for this.

                    This is with reference to prepaid mobile number [protected].I had got a recharge of 450 on sunday, 14th october 2012 after hearing the best full talktime offer on IVR by calling "121". The IVR suggested a recharge of 450 wherein I will get a talktime of 500. I immediately got it done,but to my surprise, I got only the amount after deducting the service tax and the processing fees, as is the case with normal recharges. I haven't got any extra talktime as yet. First I called up the customer care number as soon as I realised that I didn't get the talktime as promised. I called up around 4hrs after getting the recharge done,as I am aware that there could be technical delay in crediting my number with extra talktime. But the customer care executive told me that the amount maybe credited within 24hrs of the recharge as is the policy,and he can't lodge a complaint until and unless there is a gap of 24hrs after getting the recharge.The next day, I called up again, only to get the answer that I need to visit the Vodafone store for this purpose, which was never intimated or suggested to me on my first call. I don't have any evidence to prove to the officials there, that I was having such a scheme and only after hearing that scheme on the IVR, I got the recharge done.
                    2 months back, I lost my phone and I again had to visit the vodafone store to get a duplicate sim. I live in Mayur Vihar and the vodafone mini-store executive said that there is a shortage of Sim of that series and they can't help me in this regard.
                    I want to know why I was forced to visit the vodafone store to get a duplicate sim though the vodafone mini store was under the obligation and was responsible for giving me a duplicate sim.
                    Moreover, I demand an explanation as to why the postpaid customers are given an advantage over prepaid customers in the sense that the mandatory requirement of a report from the police station for lost/stolen mobile is relaxed for them and they get the sim delivered at their home as well !
                    Moreover, I want an action against the abysmal service and very slow service as well as un cooperative behaviour of the staff and the owner at Vodafone mini store("Singh Store") located at mayur vihar Phase-1,New Delhi-110091.
                    I want an urgent redressal of my complaint, as well as the reasons for unfair trade practices being followed by your company, failing which I shall be forced to move the TRAI with my complaint.

                      Vodafone — prepaid to postpaid migration

                      This is to clearly state that i am ur prepaid customer and want to covert to postpaid.Company executives had approached me with a postpaid plan for which i had paid them and got the SIM card, but my no. has still not been activated for past 16 days.The company is very irresponsible and the customer care is very bad in response.The vodafone stores are good for nothin and they just waana make fool out of people.Why the hell company outsources to such a bad call centre, infact why a call centre??Altogether very very bad experience with vodafone.i would also like to comlain against mr. praveen kumar one o[censored]r call centre executive, he was very rude.

                      Vodafone prepaid to postpaid migration — hidden charges on 1st bill

                      I had a prepaid vodaphone number [protected] for the last one year. In the last week of March 2009, I got a call from Vodaphone that there is a very good plan for migration from pre-paid to post paid as per my usage and they have told me to switch over to post paid plan of Rs. 150/- per month in which I would be given 150 minutes free calls per month and V2V 40 p and V2Others and Landline would be charged 50 P per minute. I have to deposit Rs.250/- security deposit which would be refundabel in case I want to discontinue the phone after six months. No additional charge like clip charges/caller id etc. will be charged. As this phone is being used at home by my parents/wife etc. I wanted a credit limit of Rs.250/- per month for this phone. But when I got the activation letter of the postpaid conenction, it was showing as Rs.2500/-. I called customer care to limit the usage to Rs.250/- but they showed their inability and said that this would be done by my next billing cycle.

                      When the first bill reached me in the last week of April, I was surprised to see that clip charges of Rs.25 per months were levied in the bill and some combo pack sms alerts charges of Rs.50 were also charged in the bill although I never asked or requested about these sms alerts. I called customer care and told them that I would not pay the clip charges of Rs.25/- per month as I have never been intimated by vodaphone about this. But to my utmost surprise, I have been told by the representative that during the validation call I have been fully intimated about all the charges to be levied on my billing and they have recordings of my conversations with the vodaphone care. When I told them to discontinue the number and lodge the complaint in consumer court, they told that I am free to do so but in that case my security deposit of Rs.250/- would be forfeited.

                      I am a Govt. Servant servign in Indian Audit and Accounts Department under Comptroller and Auditor General of India. So, the clip charges are not applicable in Goverment Servant case as I am using anouther airtel number on which no clip charges are levied.

                      So, the horrible experience of Vodaphone service provider is taking so much time, energy and mental agony of consumers and I would like to file my complaint through your website.
                      The same thing happened to me. The vodafone customer care keeps rotating my call from prepaid to postpaid department and no one seems to have a clue. Even when the vodafone store guy says that the thing will be sorted out within 24 hrs, no communication whatsoever is made.
                      I think that consumer court is the only way to settle these things now.

                        suddenly i got a bill with the charges , vodafone is trying to fool its customers with fake charges without and is adding unauthorised amounts to the bill.

                        Vodafone mobile — Unnecessary Charges in the bill for VMC

                        Dear Sir/Mam
                        This is with reference to my mobile bill from Vodafone for charging me unnecessary charges for using Internet in my mobile. I have been charges rs. 1580/- for using this service, where I have not used this service. Firstly this service was activated without my knowledge on 20 march 2011, when I had called to disconnect his service I was given wrong code and 2nd time I was kept on hold for more than half an hour. At the extent I was charged in the billfor 9march and after 23 march where in I have a message from Vodafone dated 23 march that my service has been deactivated. However I still see charges in the bill for 28thmarch. Moreover the customer care sent an email that these charges will not be refunded. Please help.

I have seen when there is a delay in payment of the bills, you customer care people are always able torech out to customers, however when there are complaints from related to dispute in billing your people are not at all able to reach out to customers.

                        Please have them genuinely call the customers. Because this is not the first time I have registered a complaint with VCC, they have always comes with this same canned note.

                        Totally agree with you jawahar. This is a clever scam initiated by Vodafone India. I have to pay about 1000 rupees for mobile connect charges. I suddenly noticed a surge in my bill to discover that these charges were levied. I did not activate mobile Connect. Customer service tells me its a free service. A free service for which I now have to pay about 1000 rupees. And the Vodafone team tells me the charges are correct.

                        Who authorized a service to be activated by Vodafone and then levy charges for its usage. In my case it wasn't even usage as I did not even know of the service until I got billed. I use Wi-fi as I am working from home and have ABSOLUTELY no need to a separate internet facility. The service has been running in the background without my knowledge and now I have to pay the price for this.

                        I have currently deactivated the service, but who knows when it will get reactivated again. It did the first time, so I'm sure it will happen again too.

                        Almost a 1000 from you and from me and God knows how many other unsuspecting customers.
                        Unnecessary billing by Vodafone

                        This is a systematic fraud going on wherein Vodafone is levying hidden charges for VF moble connect and extremely high charges for Vodafone live i.e. internet chatges without subscribing for these services. I think we need to approach consumer forum.

                          I did the online recharge on 10th March 2011 of 250 Ruppes, which was unsuccessful. Vodafone also says it was unsuccessful , still it doesn't revert the amount. I have mailed vodafone about the issue many times still issue was not sorted out. They didnt register my complaint untill i had to go to Vodafone store to register it. Complaint Number is : [protected]. They asked me to provide my bank statement for verification, which provided them twice, as they lost the first one.
                          It has been almost 2 months when i approched Vodafone with the isuue.
                          No one listening at Vodafone store, they just say issue is not being resloved by the back office. I dont know whom to approch now.

He asked me about the Complaint, again i had top explain him the whole scenerio about the unsuccessful recharge.                               Subject: vodafone' poor service complain


                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I manish makwana customer of vodafone , i have your company's post paid mobile.
                              I bought your USB on dec'2010 for 3-G services of Rs.1999/-from Sheetal Communication,Mahurdas Market,Nr.Krushna Cinema,City-Visnagar,Ta-Visnagar,Dist-Mehsana.,state-Gujarat.At time my purchase the dealer tell me 3-G services started within two month,but yet not start o.k., but my compalin against vodafone is your company is very bad service provider, before purchase USB i think vodafone is vey good service provider.
                              When i statrted the USB there are very slow speed 0 bps to 23 kbps ,some time goes to 50 kbps ,this is very slow speed.So,Last week of Apr'2011 i go to the sheetal communicaion for the same complain booking.Main person of sheetal comm. Mr.Pradipbhai & Mr.Kantibhai say USB gives 220 kbps speed some problem in your USB or other technical problem there and then he tell me our company employee came to your home check & solve your problem .
                              But no one came to my home, after two to three one person call me for complain and tell me i came for solution, but he will not come.so,i go every day to sheetal comm. for the same complain, sheetal comm owner's call to your compny employee, and tell me tommorow 100% solve your problem.But no body came & solve . long time to go atleast 20 days i soughtted on sheetal communiation owner for solution of my complain then one person of your company call from mob.no-[protected] on 19th May & i give him USB IEMEI NO. & MOBILE NO. then he tell me today after 19:00 our company employee call you & solve your problem. but no one call me after 19:00 ,so i call on no-[protected] five to six time but he not recieve my call & yet to.
                              then after i register this complain to 111 (customer care) complaine no is-[protected].
                              so,this type mentaly and physically torcharing from your company i take legal action against your vodafone ,give me compensation for the same.
                              I hope my complain solve urgent.
                              your company is worst service provider and i also goes to media for this type of problem.

                              other cpmplain is i also mail two three time to vodafone guj. for the same but no one can reply of my mail, i my not customer?
                              Take action against defaulter, i will also legally goes for the defaulter.

                              Vodafone — Worst USB Internet service provider

                              Hi this grievance regarding my Vodafone no. [protected]. I don’t know what worst words I can use regarding Vodafone customer care services. From your sales executive to customer care everyone is making fool to customers; the most worst thing about customer care is when they don’t know anything there favorite excuse is “server/system not working, pl. call after two hours”.

                              I bought a Vodafone USB data internet card after research from net and few friends’ feedback. When Vodafone sales person contacted me and apprised there is very good plan “249 unlimited usauge” with upto 342 kbps bandwidth speed. As in their (Vodafone sales executive) influence and trust I bought USB data card along with mentioned plan. Here I would like to mention though repeatedly asking about bandwidth, sales executive informed that I will not face any issue regarding bandwidth.

                              Now after 72 hours when my data card activates my life become hell from here. When I connected USB stick though it showing connected but I am not able to even open fastest search engine google.com in one shot; it take almost 45 seconds to complete re-load Google .com. In first view I think there is some issue with my laptop but I was wrong, the same thing happens to my desktop as well as two other laptops. Lastly when I measured my bandwidth with different tools it surprised me!! My bandwidth is coming between 40-60 kbps 

                              Now as customer (who have always lot of time to search around right customer care to talk about issue) called 111 to lodged my complant regarding speed issue, here I got informed this is not the right place to call so given other no. [protected]. Here your most valuable customer care team member told me this not right no. to call just dial 98119811, when called on this number AVR machine asked me to enter my Vodafone mobile no. and then press * , when dialed, a sweet voice informed me that this is invalid no. Then I again called on [protected], here this time I become luckiest person and customer care executive give me information about my data plan but regret to lodge my complaint so given another no. 198 to register my complaint. Now when dialed on this no. executive put me hold for 9 minutes then call disconnected. But still I did not declare myself defeat in this war; again I called on same no. (198) this time call waiting time was 5 minutes but during starting of conversation call disconnected. Still this time I yet don’t know whether I dialed right no. or not?

                              Now I feel I am the only culprit behind this entire saga; I did the biggest mistake to choose for Vodafone. To know all above my grievance, if you guys (Vodafone) still have any will or intention to help me then please give me right no. where I can call to register my complaint regarding slow bandwidth

                                This is to bring your notice that we face problems and not to continue with you and already requested for MNP for following nos. [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect...
                                The reason for the discontinuation due to we have been facing networking problem for 4 to 5 months and have been requestin over phone on customer care as well as to the south ext.-1 office but there is no solution from your side as we had to request for the MNP.
                                The code has been allotted but after that there has been some other story not related to our terms as there is no such agreement made by us on issuance.
                                We have been paying regularly to you and again requesting to help for MNP
                                rather than creating problems .
                                we have no option left except to close all the nos.and forward to the right
                                department for proper action.

                                Looking forward for an healthy business relations.
                                Request you to kindly expedite the matter as it is very urgent.

                                  This is Prasad Ponuganti. Dec.2010 i have applied for the vodafone postpaid connection in Chandivali vodafone store for that they charged 299/-. But still i have not get the connection.I didn't get any calls form customer care people. Recently i have applied for again with the same number. But those people said remove your details from the system where you applied? so i have visited again the Chandivali vodafone store and spoke to Yogesh Dharampal Yadav. He don't no any thing and he said i'll call you at evening. Its almost more than 15 days but still no call form them.My mobile number is [protected].i don't no why they are maintaining stores and customer care people.I would request VODAFONE service first you people can train then appoint in stores.

                                      My Name Is Nicholas D'souza resideing at 75 A Ranwar Warod Road Bandra WesT Mumbai 400050 having vodafone mobiloe no [protected] since 2005.
                                      Have Complained about no network on Vodafone at the above mentioned address on 14th Dec 2010 and till date twice their netowrk team has come and surveyed but hasnt come back with a solution. After many repeated complaints ( Complain No :[protected] in March 2011) Vodafone employees sent me an antenna which is suppose to boost the signal. However the antenna doesnt work and I need to connect a wire to the phone and the antenna which makes it a landline. Inspite of visiting Vodafone stores and calling their complaint number there has been no action on the same. Today after more than 6 months I am still suffering with this problem.

                                      Request you to please help me with the same.

                                        on 4/8/2008, i received a message from vodafone that by recharging with 20, 30, 55, 110 you will get full talktime.and that should be done before 6/8/2008.then on 5/8/2008 i recharged with 55rc and got 46Rs talk time.then i called vodafone customer care and asked for full talk time. then the reply was that it was in process and u will get talk time within 24 hours.but after 48 hours i didnt get talk time.then i called customercare then they were talking that it may take 48 or 78 hours for processing .after 78 hours i called vodafone care theyare replying that u will not get talktime saying that u must recharge on that day u have received the full talktime sms.now i
                                        i am facing problem last 15days. still my mobile is not recharging

                                        Recharge of talk time by Vodafone — Lapse of talk value

                                        I have recharged my talk time on 1.11.2008 by their vendor Reliance Fresh, Bangalore. While taking plan of 221 I have verified that it should not have any time limit. The vendor shown me the plan on desktop which was not having any time limit with full talk time. Inspite that they have lapsed my charge value aftre one month saying that it was valid for 30 days only. I feel angry and cheated by illegal business practices of the company. The money is small but it lost my faith on all their plans as they can change plan any time. I complained them but no response from the company. Their Stores are numb and explain no resasons for that.
                                        On 06.04.2009 I recharged my prepaid no. [protected] with Rs.105/- easy recharge for bonus 1000 minutes that r to becredited to my a/c within 24Hrs but none of the minutes were credited inmy account. Even if i received the transaction ID and the message syaing that please pay your retailer a sum of Rs. 105/- but still after the confirmation messages i didnt received my bonus minutes. I finally decided to call the customer care but they appear to be as a dumb heads and the respondent told me that there is no request or recharge paid towards this no. It was a shocking surprise that after receiving the confirmation SMS they dont have any records of recharge in their a/c's. They forwarded the request 2 times on 07.04.2009 and on 08.04.2009 but hadn't received any more SMS or the bonus minutes. This is an extreme tourture as thecustomer care say dont make any more transaction of the same amount as it may cause a jam.

                                        Kindly resolve my above stated problem as soon as possible.
                                        vodafone customer care people are worst at their service.people working in warangal(andhra pradesh) are really commiting illegal transactions.they are revealing the call register, call logs of girls to boys and are causing inconvinience many women here in warangal.they are doing this taking money from outsiders or doing for their friends.but this is not at all fair creating newsense.
                                        so please take proper action and dont let this happen.if this seems to continue, it becomes a huge issue to look on.

                                        i have made a recharge of rs. 350 on 19th march 2011, and till date not received my balance and after calling customer care centre daily even then also there is no response.

                                        for this when I went to vodafone customer care,a lady there yelled at me that vodafone has deducted remaining Rs 80 as access charges.when i asked what for this access charges has been deducted,she shouted that this she need not to explain me ,vodafone has deducted this amount and you cant complaint about this.I felt so bad about the way they treat their users.

                                        On 6 Apr12 I have done easy charge on my fodafone mobile no[protected] for Rs 555 . after that my SIM card got blocked and i was using other phone after clearing block, to my surprise it was found that recharge amount is not credited in my account. on 21 Apr 12 i have informed to customer care and they promised me that they will clear with in 48 hrs so far nothing is done and they are making excuses.you are requested intervene to solve my problem
