I was a Pre-paid customer since many years and I used to buy a lot of talk time. Just last year one of Vodafone representative convinced me to go for a post-paid plan with a monthly rental of Rs. 299/-. My number is[protected]. Please note that I was assured by the representative that except for usage charges & Tax, no other additional charges would be required for me to pay at any point of time.

Recently to my surprise I noticed that in some of my monthly bills, an additional Rs.50/- is being charged as CLIP charges without any notification, which is highly unexpected from a reputed organisation like Vodafone. I’m highly disappointed with this kind o[censored]nprofessional act, which is simply cheating. Being an NRI I don’t stay in India for more than 4/5 months in a year and I leave my phone with my family. They are not aware of all this tricky billing and they religiously keep paying the bills. Now after I came back to India this month I’ve noticed that in bills of Nov’07, Jun’08, Jul’08 & Aug’08 the additional CLIP charges each of Rs.50/- have been included. This may be a mistake by Vodafone people - now they are liable to correct the same - why should I lose the money because of their organizational mistake ?

I would request you to please arrange for reversal of all the charges which has been deducted till date. Also please ensure not to repeat the same mistake again, which would force me, all my friends & family members to withdraw clientele from Vodafone to look for an honest alternative.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken a hutch (now vodafone) connection [protected] in April 2005. I had taken a life time Post paid plan on this number from 20.02.09 onwards. At the time of activation of lifetime post paid plan I was told by customer care that there will be no clip charges applicable to me only monthly call charges & taxes will be charged in the bill.
When I got my first bill of this plan on 20.03.09 I was surprise to see that two months clip charges (Last month + next month) were charged in the bill. When I discuss the matter with customer care than I was told, not to worry these charges will be reversed in the next bill you pay the entire amount of bill for now.
But to my surprises when I got the next bill on 20.04.09 previous charges were not reversed & extra clip charges were charged again in the bill.
When I discussed the same with vodafone their reply was this

Dear Mr. Mittal,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 24/04/09 regarding the clarification on CLIP charges for for your Vodafone number [protected].
We regret the inconvenience caused to you from our end. We certainly understand your concern and realise that this experience has left a lot to be desired.
We would like to inform you, that as per the lifetime 999 advance rental plan irrespective of the Corporate account the CLIP charges will certainly be applicable on your Vodafone number. We have most certainly processed the reversal of last 3 months of Rs. 149 for the CLIP service. The reversal processed will reflect in your next bill for the month of 19/05/09.
Henceforth, we regret to inform you, that we will not be able to process any reversal for the same. The CLIP service will certainly be charged to you from our end as per the plan.
We hope, we have been able to resolve your concern to your satisfaction. However, in case you need further assistance, do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you.

Now as a customer I am at no fault. I had inquired everything before activation.
I am very disappointed the way vodafone handing its old customers. I feel I am cheated by vodafone on this entire issue.
I have requested vodafone to close this number ([protected]) forever for me, I do not want vodafone services from now onwards.
Now I want to save other poor customers like me form vodafone. You are requested to kindly take my matter to the concern on priority basis.

I am permanent customer of vodafone. I am using postpaid connection. My mobile Number is [protected]. When I took this number at Gurgaon Vodafone office near Kamla Nehru Park Gurgaon, I was told that no KLIP Charges will be levied as I am a Govt. employee and Rs. 500/- will be refuned in the next few months in your bill but in the next month I was shoked to see the bill that Rs. 49/- was charged in the bill I reached in the vodafone office customer care, they told that in the next bill it will be waived off. but no payment was deducted in the next bill. after 2-3 months the same charges were waived for 3-4 months but after this again this KLIP charges of Rs. 49/- is added in my bill. Now every month I have to go to Vodafone office, but they harras me and told me that it will be refunded in the next bill, I have to waste my time and they give me mentaly tension. Kindly help me. My husband is also having this post paid connection ([protected]) in the same plan but vodafone is not charged any KLIP charges.

Postpaid plan of idea and other... — Clip Charge...............

Idea, Reliance and other telecom companies are providing free SIM with life long validity...where no clip charge is taken from the prepaid customer...while postpaid customer are paying clip charge of RS-49/- Is it fair?
totally agree with Vodafone and all other companies - you agree a contract then halfway through they have the right to change it. IE charge if you want a bill, charge if you pay by Credit card (which at the time of purchase was the only choice!!!)

This clip charges are fraud charges. Just that no one has time to look into the bills this is happening.
Vodafone has charged me CLIP charges without my consent and claim that CLIP charge is a mandatory charge. However I note from TRAI website that CLIP charge cannot be made mandatory under any plan and it is an optional service. Several mails sent to Vodafone Customer Care citing the TRAI circular. But for some strange reason, Vodafone never refer to TRAI and keeps saying that CLIP is a mandatory charge. I am just one customer who is registering a complaint here. But there could be lakhs of other customers who may not be aware of TRAI order and believe Vodafone. Just imagine how much Vodafone must be earning illegally.

    Some local vodafone store which are not properly subscribed by vodafone.in but yet giving sim cards and make foolish some customers like me .I gave all the original documents like my voter id card xerox and original passport size photographs as well.But that cunning local vodafone store owner didn't send it properly to the vodafone office.I have two connection in my name and filled up the multiform in dumdum vodafone store which is originally subscribed by vodafone on 2nd august 07.Form there i was said my connection is contuinuing within 15 mins.Today is 19 august, 07.But still vodafone care saying they did not get my address properly.Now I am in Hydrabad.I can not reach properly to the kolkata vodafone care due to distance problem.I habe over 200 rs balance on that sim and I can not connect to my associates.

    SIM CARD — SIM CARD not working

    I purchased an airtell prepaid SIM CARD a few months back and later I upgraded it for one year by paying Rs.500. Now the sim card is not working and so I cannot call any body and I cannot receive the call from anybody. I tried the SIM in other mobile phones and the result is the same. So could you please replace the SIM. To get it replaced where shall I go. I live in Mallappally, Mallappally Taluk, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala and my nearest town is Mallappally or Tiruvalla or even Kottayam. I mean I can travel up to these places to collect the sim.     I bought new sim card on 06.05.09 form Virar shop & sumited address proof i.e election card and photo. Phone started next day, but we went to goa and after two days all incoming /outgoing call restricted stating documents not received. ok when we return we submitted all address froof photo onece again to Virar Vodaphone care centre. now three days have bee passed and yet my services not started. What is the reason behind this Please clarify?

    Previously also my one card was rejected I paid reconnecting charges and it stated working but after two days all call rejected stating sim card rejected that time my mobile No, . was [protected]. Ultimately I bought this new sim card.
    Still the I am not stisfied with vodaphone services.
    Please look into the matter and get start my services on new mobile

    Vodafone — Request for Documents

    Though the Documents for the sim card was submitted, the call identification is disconnected just in a day without a notice of a week at least. This is ridiculous as i have very important bussiness deals & i cant see who is calling me. This is a grief for vodafone users as the customer is unhappy about this. Pls take as action immediately as this will be a huge amount of concerns regarding this.

    Vodafone customer executives are very worst in solving the customer requirement
    I complained to the care executives a lot of times regarding my problem
    But they did n't solved my problem
    Apparantely this leads to change my network from vodafone to other network

      This is Bimbita Dasgupta. I am a customer of vodafone prepaid mobile connection. My number is [protected]. Last 26th july I have recharged for Rs. 222 twice from "Vodafone Store" in Judges bunglow road, Ahmedabad. The person who did my recharge wrongly put the number and still I have not got my recharge. I visited regularly the store complaining them about my problem. But nobody helped me till now. The company has the tag line "HAPPY TO HELP" I am sorry to say you people are not keeping your words. Your executives regularly tell me that it'll be done but no result. Now I want my money back Rs. 444 is not a matter of joke. Else i've to go for consumer forum. This is a just transfer from wrong number to my number. But your executives are doing nothing. They even not listening to me now. Being an MBA student I know what does a customer mean to a company so plz I'm requesting you to help me out.

        I am a Post Paid Subscriber of Hutchison ESSAR No. ([protected]) since April 2002. I have not had any such issues in the past transaction switch HUTCH. However this time they crossed their limits

        On 14th aughust I lost my mobile immidiatly I blocked that card and apply for new card in Vodafone mini store near kalina providing all necessary documents and the sitting guy told me its activated in 2 hours, now today is 19th august 2008 frm last 5 days I am waiting for activating my card but its nt happening till nw and every 3 hours I calledup the CRE’s and they giving me 2 hours ka time this type of qulity of customer service they providing to me

        Now i had decided to never switch on towards this vodafone, they are the worst among all. I had a very bad experience of this company and i'll suggest everybody not to take this connection.

        In my mobile bill of March / April some down load charges has been charged Rs 199. when i got the bill for the same immediately i gave call to vodafone customer care for the explanation of these charges. they were unable to give me the details of down loading. I informed them that i am not going to pay the charges of Rs 199 and agreed to pay the balance bill.

        After that every month vodafone is charging me 100rs late payment fees for non payment of Rs 199 downloading charges. I have made several complaints. I have been told by customer care that they have not received any previous complaint in this issue and they dont have any recording system. also there is no co-ordination between direct vodafone centre customer care and the call centres employees who are calling on behalf of vodafone.

        I have reqested to reverse the downloading charges as well as the late payment but still I m getting regular calls from vodafone customer care as well as from collection agents for the payment followup

        Pls do the needful in this matter.

        My mobile number is [protected], I am using Vodafone post paid connection, Yesterday night I checked my bill by sending SMS to 111, it was Rs650/-, But when I checked my bill in the morning, It is increased to Rs1294 which is not at all used.Still yesterday It was Rs650/-, bt when billing date comes then they suddenly increased Rs 644/- which is nt fare.Please tell me what to do?
        Stronly agree on ths i brout my postpaid sim on[protected] evry day they are say they wiil activat sim 2 hrs but today is[protected] uptill my sim is not activated .i would suggest to vodfone kindly stope there servisce if they are in position to handle . to other customer i ll suggest kindly do not buy vodafone sim as i did mistake plz do not repeat

        I had postpaid no [protected]. i had migrated to prepaid but it has not converted into pre paid. since last 11 day my outgoing & incoming calls are bars. 7 time i had visited to vodafone store in shivaji nagar (5times) and 2(time) in pimpri. @ shivaji nagar i had spoken mr. vipul. now day he is not attending the calls of mine.

          i m vinod kumar a customar of state bank of india branch dibai.
          I gave a request of ATM CARD in SBI branch ADB dibai Bulandshahar date 14 july 2008.But could not receive ATM CARD till date.So i tell u that i gave 2 request of ATM CARD

          i am facing the problem with your network & not able to send any sms.
          I have changed the handset and message settings too but not able to sort this problem out.
          I have already placed a complaint to customer care department but still no response from your side.
          i am facing this problem from last 15 days.
          Please look into matter and reply me as soon as possible with a proper solution otherwise I will go for other networks as well.

            Pls note that I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in UP(Prepaid Mbl No:[protected]).one month ago I got 3 messages from Vodafone that you are activated a caller tune in my number and deducted around Rs.45/- from my mobile’s account. Pls note that I didn't made any request for a caller tune. I hv tried somuch to connect to your customer care but i hv never got any responce from your customer care number Then I got to know about this website reg. this issue and they give me a reply that, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather i want it or not. Also pls note that suddenly my balance become minus balance. I am using this connection only for my official purposes and I don't like any type of caller tunes in my number. Also I request you to kindly avoid sending all types o[censored]nwanted messages and calls to my number(pls note the Govt order reg. this).I hereby request you to remove this caller tune from my number within 24hrs and refill the amount which you deducted from my account I thought if you stop this type of PICK POCKET Business, that will help you very much in your Business. I am waiting for your kind immediate reply. pls note that if you are not responding properly I will send this complaint to TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) and all major News Papers in India.

            I am minimum usere of mobile. I don't require any caller tune
            in my mobile. If at alL I want it I will go with my choice of song
            selection not as per vodaphone's wish.
            Hence whatever the amount deducted from account, please reimburse it and WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT PLEASE DEACTIVATE THE CALLER TUNE FROM MY MOBILE.
            Try to understand the customers feelings and don't try to fool
            the customer.

              My name is Surajit Chattopadhyay and I stay at 1/19 Dover Place, Kolkata 700019, West Bengal.
              On July 29th of 2008 I recharged my vodafone (no. [protected]) with Rs 99/-+Rs 148/-+Rs 51/- in which Rs 148/- is for 750 minutes free talktime from vodafone to vodafone (in a month). Suddenly and most surprisingly I found on 14th of August, 2008 that my free talk time has reduced to on 55 minutes only which is absolutely impossible because till that date I had made only a few calls to other Vodafone numbers.It has created a serious problem to me. Such an irresponsible service is not expected from a company like Vodafone. Nowadays it is found that in most of the times they do not show the remaining talktime after making a Vodafone call.                 Hello,

                I have registered my cell phone [protected] as Do Not Disturb. However, the caller tunes unsolicitated calls were received. As my aged dad uses this phone, he does not understand it fully. As he took the call, Rs. 30 was deducted from the balance every month.

                I HATE VODAFONE FOR NOT RESPECTING MY PREFERENCES AND STEALING MY MONEY.

                Vodafone — Stealing My Money

                Dear Caretaker,
                I had recharged to amt. Rs. 222 on 18th March 2011, on Friday night there was deduction of Rs.150 without any notice, i demanded for the reason they said it's caller tune charges Rs. 30 per month and mistakenly 5 times deducted and they will refund on 23 March at 11:00 PM, they failed to do so. secondly i took offer of Rs52 sms pack daily 500 sms free. am getting account for 150SMS only and yesterday they started deducting Rs. 5 without ANY REASON. and i requested for caller tune deactivation on 19th March they promised it will be done after 4hrs but it is still on & probably it is under charge already. Lastly am tried reaching customer care many times but couldn't succeed, Kindly help me.

                not only voda fone all cellular services including BSNL chennai ( A Govt of India Under taking) is luring the money of innocent customer this way. just think Rs.30 per customer if 1000 customer per day means 30x1000=30, 000 per day and 1, 095, 0000/- per year ( this is just an example) I do not know why TRAI is simply watching this.

                  myself Ajay Mittal resident Haridwar, Uttrakhand have taken vodafone Mobile Connect USB stick from haridwar vodafone mobile store on 25/07/08.The USB port is not working from 10 days.We have made a many complaints since that day But have not got any service reply. As I count from my experience, after sale services of such a reputed company 'Vodafone' are highly unsatisfactory.I'Am earlier having three prepaid numbers of vodafone on my name [protected], [protected], [protected] but this time my experience with the company is really noxious. As being an old customer I'am greatly disheartened by this worst situation of such an highly reputed company. I want an immidiate action to be taken to resolve the problem if you are really concerned with the reputation and customer satisfaction for your product.

My friends informed me of the sick caller tune and when I checked with Vodafone they informed me it was free for a month. I insisted that it be stopped and removed but the sick caller tune still continues to haunt my firends who have to listen to the bore tune that Vodafone has activated.

                      Subject :Regarding corporate connection

                      I am having postpaid corporate connection ([protected]) from last one year.
                      I took new as add on connection ([protected]) as corporate connection (Talk 298-Advance) for one-year rental on 1 june08. I gave all required document to executive.
                      As per Vadafone executive ROSAN LAL-[protected] and my plan. New number was under corporate and there was 1000 min free from new number to old number and No any charges as old number.
                      When I got bill which was generated wrong.
                      First Month bill
                      Wrong charges For Clip[protected]rs 86 (there should not be any fee under corporate plan.)
                      Second month Bill
                      Wrong charges For Clip[protected]rs 49 (there should not be any fee under corporate plan)
                      Old corporate number=[protected] new add on corporate number=[protected].
                      When I talked to Customer care, he said by mistake it happened.
                      I went in vodafone store with all required document again on 10 July08.I met with Mr pradeep and he said within 48 hours all issues will be resolved.
                      But I did not get any positive response from vodafone within one week.

                      Again I went in vodafone store with all required document again on 18 July Friday08. And
                      I met with Mr UNIS and he said within 48 hours all issues would be resolved. He requested me salary slip.
                      I sent salary slip on 18 july08 and UNIS said me that within 48 hours Number will be converted as corporate.
                      Between this duration I wrote many emails to UNIS ALI (DEL) ; CORPORATECAREDEL ; gurpreet.[protected]@Vodafone.com but I did not get any positive response from them.
                      Again I went to vodafone store on 28 July08. I met with UNIS ([protected]) and Team leader PAMKESH ([protected]).
                      Both promised me that all issues will be resolved ASAP.
                      But still after 12 days everything is pending. But also after 12 days I did not get any response.

                      Again I want to vodafone store on 11 August08.
                      Still my number is not converted into corporate connection. (As per plan, executive and customer care)
                      Point: I m having corporate connection from last 2 years on the basis of that I took this connection. Obabiuosly my number must be under old connection i.e. as corporate connection.
                      I have paid rs 998 for one year.
                      I am waiting for two days to resolve my problem. If you are not able to solve my issues,
                      Refund my money.

                      Finally I decided to go in consumer court or TRAI for this issue.
                      Kindly accept my compliant and sign on it.

                        Disconnection Of Postpaid Number

                        ON 15-July-2008 at 12:58 P:M i have given the fax to vodafone on their number [protected] i have submitted RS 1550 0n 27/07/2008 and also i have given them a mail regardnig the same, submitted my address proof, license cardand pan card copy to them but till now a date i.e 14-Aug-2008 they don't disconnect my phone.

                        I have a postpaid connection no [protected]. I am using in number from 2004 to till date. I was satisfied. But last six months they are charging Rs. 30 service pack for reduse STD charges every months on my bill. But i am not getting the benefit from last six months. So, I am very upset regarding my bill and poor services of Vodafone.
                        I complainted so many time on vodafone costumer care. but nobody short out my compaint. I am facing trouble to pay the bill because they are not giving me discount on STD calls.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been your valued customer from the last 10 years( Essar days.../ Hutch & now Vodafone). But this is for the first time that I have received a sms on 11/09 stating my present bill amount to be Rs.6080/36 which no doubt is not at all possible since I have never crossed the limit of[protected] per month as the same is provided to me by my office. Regularly paid the same amounts on due date.It is very sad to see that a valued customer be treated as such. It is giving me nightmares since I am not in a position to pay the same as I have not misused my phone.I hope the company will take an action and provide me the fresh bill on actuals as per past for prompt settlement otherwise I will be forced to surrender the connection or will have to lose my job.

                            My self Luckky Prasad Srivastava from Delhi International Airport (Cargo Terminal).My Mobile No.is [protected].
                            On Dated 24/7/08 one Vodafone Executive Mr sunil Kumar(Intouch Solutions) come to convert my prepaid connection to Post Paid connection. I gave him 250/-Rs(Security Deposit).he give me receipt with DSA CODE:23, S No. 1427 dated 24/07/08 and address of Vodafone outlet is -Intouch solutions C-161, hemkunt house, Gautam nagar, Beside Community centre, Yusuf sarai, New Delhi-49.
                            My prepaid sim had been deactivated and my new sim is activated but they have registered it to the new number and that number is also alloted to another customer,
                            but as per conversation to them they told me that they will activate the previous prepaid number which is [protected] to postpaid number,
                            but till date i haven't got any feedback and i have also logged a complaint in Vodafone's customer care (Complain Log No.-[protected]) regarding this issue and also talked many times to their higher authority but they didn't resolved my issue because of that i need to take help of yours.
                            Till date my vodafone number is not activated but as per customer care records it is showing activated.
                            I also have the mails sended to them and their reply, today i have talked to them but they refused to do any help and solution.

                            I had a Vodafone prepaid no.[protected] from last 4 months.last month one call has been received by me from Intouch Solutions, C-161, Hemkunt House"Gautam Nagar, Beside Community Centre, Yusuf sarai, New Delhi-49 that sir would you like to convert your prepaid no. to postpaid connection.they offer me 499 plan.I accept this plan and give 250/- for security Deposit(Receipt No.1427 and DSA Code:23 dated 24/07/08).



                            After some days when i was on romaing My prepaid Sim was Inactive then i insert New Sim(Sim No.[protected]) which has provide me by your Executive.I was very surprised that my no.had been changed.The New postpaid no. is [protected].



                            I complained to vodafone care regarding this issue(Complain Log No.-[protected]) but before log a complain i had talked to Vodafone Care CO-Executive Mr.Shailendra and he told me that i talked with our team member regarding this issue, your problem has been solved within 24 hours.but after 36 hours no one has been taken action so i log a complain in vodafone care.

                            i am using this vodafone connection and i am very sorry to say about that i am having a problem with your customer care team members. they are not attending us properly and use abusive languages, even they dont provide the complaint number also.

                            The problem i was having regarding my cell phone, you will automatically select and activate the sms pack (astropack), but i did not request for this kind of packages. you will send the activation pacakges automatically like astorpack is activated, and some others too.


                            So i am very frustrated from your service.

                            i am writing this mail to you directly because customer care service guys are not responding properly and regardfully.

                            so if is there any sernior official available there then please look into the matter and try to solve it if you can, your help really be appriciated by your customers. that would be benificial for both company and consumers also. and what about my deductions (30 + 30/ for two months). who will responsible for this.

                            and how i can proof that i ever did not want to enroll this kind of packs. i am not interested to get or acticate these stupid packages offered by you.



                            so at last i hope you will consider it.

                              Respected sir i take a new connection of vodafone(Delhi- hutch) on date 30.08.2007 with "SAGEM MY 202X" handset in Rs.2399. from RAGHAV COMMUNICATION, KHANDSA ROAD, SECTOR-10A, GURGAON. Mr. Raghav tel me that he has not bill book so, he will gave the bill next day, but nex day he refused to give the bill and his father abusing me . i submitted my original document as per requirement. My Vodafone no.[protected] started on date 01.09.2007. My mobile no. not working, and Vodafone also stopeed its offer which was given with this Handset, from 05.10.2007 i contact on [protected] and 111 OF vodafone care they suggested me to go at Vodafone care, i visited the same at " VODAFONE CARE, 531/16, GURUDWARA ROAD, GURGAON" but officers at the vodafone care reply me that there are set problem and we do not nothing. after that i go to SAGEM care (opp airforce school, dehli road gurgaon{soni cellphone}) but they refused to check the my mobile handset without bill and warrnty card. Mr Raghav (from RAGHAV COMMUNICATION) told me that bill and warranty card wiil be given by "Mr. MOHIT (contact no.-[protected]) HUTCH DISTRIBUTER, PATAUDI CHOUCK, GURGAON." I contact to mr. MOHIT two times but he refused to give the bill and warranty card. Dear sir i request to you pl.help me in the matter of issue of biil and warranty card so that i can use my Vodafone service . Mr Raghav refused to give bill now, without bill under warranty repairing not possible. I am also sending a a/c payee cheque of Rs. 200 in favour of AZGUS Masuda, as per consumer form officer Mr. Raghvender Singh Rawat tell me, and a hard copy of this letter and warranty card which was given by salesman. After six month they do not reply me. when i contact them they reply that the complaint which was sent by me missplaced. sir i requeest again to you that please help me .

                                I had lost my mobile and I have taken another SIM by Vodafone Store Sec.18 and one o[censored]r team member namely Deepti told me that my sim will be activated within 2-4 hrs. but its still not working almost 18 hrs has been completed but still the Problem is same.                                   When I sms bill to 111 I will get some unbilled amount that amount is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min OR fnf no is calculated by 10paise/min & remaining are by 50paise/min????????


                                  Your executive replied me that it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min.
                                  And in your final bill if will get calculated by 50paise/min.

                                  My Last month my mobile usage is 6120min.
                                  Till the one day before my billing cycle when I send the sms bill to 111 I am getting unbilled amount is approximately around 1600 to 1650 rupees.
                                  But when the bill has come that bill shows me that your bill is Rs.2146.51.
                                  But as per your executive the unbilled amount should show around 3000 Rupees.
                                  If it is calculated by flat rate 50paise/min. but it was not shown at once also.

                                  After bill get generated I visit to Dombivali’s Vodafone store and meet
                                  Mr.Harshad Shinde. He is one of the executive.
                                  I asked my query to him he told me that

                                  I was not received the call after 48 hours then I called to customer care and ask for my complaint’s status he told me that there is no complaints is logged by this no. & also there is no complaints logged on that day also.

                                  Then I once again visited to the same Vodafone store & meet Mr. Rohan Kalasakar and asked for the complaint status
                                  He told me that yes there is a complaint is logged by them but there is no problem found in it. That’s why you are not getting a call from our side
                                  But when I told him that when I check the complaint status from customer care they are telling me that there is no complaint is logged.
                                  And He also told me that your unbilled amount is calculated by the flat rate 50paisa/min & in your final bill it is calculated by 10paisa/min for fnf no and 50paisa/min for local no.


                                  In your same Vodafone store I am getting two different opinions so who is telling right & who is not????
                                  & what do I do????????????

                                  I am expecting that at least you are going to help me to come out from this……….

                                  I complained to the care executives a lot of times regarding my problem
                                  But they did n't solved my problem
                                  Apparantely this leads to change my network from vodafone to other network

                                    u cannot touch me I have senior people In my pocket and he gave me challenge saying that nobody can touch me and I will see what you can do to me i[censored] have courage please show me what you can do? sir I am British citizen working for Microsoft company on deputation for India companies and I have used Vodafone connection in uk looking to quality service known from Vodafone uk I have taken Vodafone Indian connection and when today I went to Vodafone indian store for taking bill print out for making payment your3 officers Mr bob, Mr sagar and Mr kaushal Trivedi In that Mr Kaushal has spoken very badly this is a insult to me and I am looking for justice from Vodafone Uk head office I would be looking down not less there termination from the service and being a British citizen i Look forward to mark the complain Vodafone Indian subsidiary for termination of these employees if such is behavior of these 3 people in customer care how can one expect the quality service we take connection in good justice of world class service of Vodafone company and if I am to have undergo such humiliation it is better to surrender the connection and take another company connection at least where we won’t face such humiliation and discrimination I seek justice and favor to take comprehensive and concrete action on these 3 people who work for Vodafone Indian subsidiary

                                    Myself satish Ojha from megacabs Mumbai India and having the always issues with the wrong billing and even the Mr. Soumik Ghosh and His senior Smita shukla who they are not even picking the calls even we are a corporate customer for him and i have so many evidences and proves about the vodafone billing system and department and the relationship manager who are good in the face not in the profession. Here i would like to mention the one recent evedence that we got the high billing which is not applicable to us and called several times to him and they are not picking the sell or start speaking excuses on the matter. Since i just wanted to know is the really VOdafone is a good cellular company?
                                    In my opinion they are cheater and even have no words about him to abuse.

                                    My suggesstion is stop relation or buying the new connection from them they are the peoples who are survining with the high billing only.

                                    My name is C.Anu.I have vodafone prepaid sim card. I am using a prepaid sim card from past 2 and 1/2 years. From Feb 27 2009, daily 1 Rs is getting deducted from my account due to Callertune. Which i have not activated.If i send a message to cancel the callertune, the reply is "this service is not activated". From past 15 days i had been complaining about my problem. "They told me that it was a default", "They will solve my problem within half hour". But no action was taken regarding this matter. If i call to the customer service from my mobile No. The computer just skips to the previous menu.It is a High time that if the problem is not solved in 5 days, I may change my sim card to some other better service company.
                                    I hereby request to take immediate action on this matter.I am sorry that i can't give my mobile No.You can go throw the list of customers, which is recorded at customer service centre from past 15 days.

                                    This is with regards to the complaint raised at your Vodafone Customer Care Tolll Free No: 111.

                                    The complete scenerio is as follows:

                                    In the month of Jan'08 at POS (Point of Sale) the DSA misinformed the plan stating this is a corporate plan for Rs 199 billing every monh.

                                    Charges are as follows:

                                    1st 100 vodafone messages free, 300 mins free vodafone to vodafone. But this turned out to be something very fishy. The 300 mins free turned to be 300 mins @ 30paisa/min.

                                    This is not my actula complaint this was just an FYI of the services provided.

                                    Now for the Apr'09 statement is made an online netbanking payment on 18th Apr'09 which was adjusted into your deposit A/c.

                                    I called up your customer card and requested to adjust my paymen to the payment account. Ashish Mani the Supervisor took an initiatove to adjust the payment. The same was adjusted the same eve (25-Apr-09).

                                    Even after the payment is adjusted into your A/c i am continouly recieving collection calls, my Dad as well as my Mom who is a housewife is recieving collection calls daily. She recieved a call yesterday from Vikram the collection agent at 3:00 pm in the afternoon.

                                    My question to vodafone is why the [censored] are u calling me if my payment is adjusted. If i recieve any further calls this would be escalated to the media and as well as to the customer forum.

                                    this is to inform that I did a online recharge for 398 through the internet on 05/09/2009 and the talktime was not credited to my account and i was contacting the customer care regardig this since 05/09/2009 till today 10/09/2009 and I have not got a responsible reply and the representatives hung up on me. I asked for a supervisor and they escalated to RAJ yesterday 09/09/09. he spoke to me and he promised that the talktime will be credited to my number today and I also sent a mail to the nodal officer SUNITHA regarding this issye and called the nodal officer number today which is [protected] and spoke to a nidal officer and she asked for a complaint number and I told her that I was not given a complaint number and hence she asked to contact the customer care and get the complaint number which I did today and spoke to SUPERVISOR KUMARESAN AND THE SUPERVISOR WAS RUDE TO ME AND HE SAID THAT A COMPLAINT WAS NOT REGISTERED AND SPENDING 30 MINUTES ON THE YESTERDAY PHONE IS MERELY A WASTE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERACTION RECORD THAT I SPOKE TO THEM YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THAT THE MINEY WILL BE REFUNDED AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE BACK AND ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND THE SAME SUPERVISOR CAME ON THE LINE AND HE INFORMED THAT "IF YOU ARE GOING TO CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE YOUR CALL WILL BE DISCONNECTED".                                     Why do pepople make false promises when they cannot comply to Our needs?
                                    When the customer care of Vodafone was contacted, they said the related documents had not reached the office. Now "Passing the Buck" game began.
                                    Now can you clarify whose problem is it? Are we being honoured for Patronising your Brand? Or does Vodafone assume they are the monoply in the market?
                                    Vodafone has not only swallowed the money, but the reputation of our Country.
                                    I am astonished by these attitudes & have decided to dispose of all my Vodafone connections & will do it.
                                    When outlets are not in a position to meet customer needs, let me tell you they not only toy around with customers, but also are involved in tarnishing the names of companies like yours.

It really surprises the brand of this company regrading its service they are doing....

                                    For last more than a month I have not been able to make some local and STD calls from my cell. When dialling these number's I get the message as "Network busy" or "Error in connection". I changed the SIM card, tried making calls by putting the SIM in another cell but no respite...it's still unresolved. Moreover, can't even call vodafone customer number from my cell. The vodafone store rep has not helped me in anyway despite so many follow ups via sms as i can;t make any calls. His name is Hamza ...works in Vodafone store located in Kandivali East, Thakur Village, Mumbai. I am so dissappointed with the services and attitude of vodafone store reps that I am thinking of getting rid of your services. I have even tried writing mails to the Nodal officer and the next level guy for Mumbai however no response so far.

Message was sent on 10th Oct at 12:01 pm that caller tune will be activated within 4 hrs & amount will be duducted for that. caller tune was activated within 5-6 mins without my approval. This is a regular case. I am always panicked that money will be deducted anytime without my approval from vodafone. Its really tough to continue with Vodafone services.

                                    I received a similar phone call from the number [protected]. The request was similar. As an answer I had asked your customer care official whether it was possible to update somewhere in your system that I am not willing to comply with such offers. (As such calls are repetitive, and my answer to them are always in the negetive). To this simple query, the man became extremely rude and arrogant, asking me what I stood to lose, if I migrated to the suggested scheme. Before I could ask his name, he hung up abruptly.

                                    I received a call from a second executive identifying himself as Sameeran calling from [protected] . When I told him that a complaint was already registered regarding this with the nodal cell, he demanded to know the number of calls that I had received post the lodging of complaint. When I told him that I would not be able to provide him with such a list he disconnected the phone in mid conversation.

                                    I am really sorry to say that your staff is EXTREMELY IMPOLITE AND INCOMPETENT AND SUCH PEOPLE ARE RATHER HARMFUL FOR YOUR PR.

                                    As a customer for over 6 years, this kind of behaviour from the customer care is definitely not solicited. With the current number portability service on offer it is a much better option for any person like me to switch on to another service provider who will respect the wishes of their customers.

                                    I have filed a complain to the Vodafone customer care centre at Begumpeth with the Mr. Tej before 45 days with the assurance that the issue get resolved with in 24 hours and they also advised me to not to recharge your mobile otherwise your amount will keep on deducting. From that day onward I am not able to use any of your service from my cell.

                                    I hope you can understand how difficult it is to manage with cell phone in pocket with out money. Now this is my 5th visit to the Vodafone customer care. Many o[censored]s are suffering with the same problem.

                                    I have got two connections of Vodafone and we are it's customer since 1997 when they were Essar . The services then and the services provided today are absolutely un comparable. They have also deputed a RELATION SHIP MANAGER but of no use. Recently I lost my mobile Phone having No.[protected] when I contacted their center for blocking the number and issuing me a Duplicate SIM I had a tough time getting through the process the so called Executive has treated me very shabily. They have a recorded version saying that they will record the conversation for internal quality purpose but all this is false as I forgot the name of their Rude executive and when their so called RM M/s.Sagarika called me on the 9th Dec, 2011 I spoke to her and her senior Mr.Ashish and told them the facts of the conversation I had on thursday the 8th Dec, 2011. Then I received a Duplicate SIM on 10th Dec, 2011 and I was surprised how these people work as I received Two Duplicate SIM's one before Noon and one afternoon..I bought this notice to my RM, Sagarika and also asked her to activate one SIM . She assured me that she will revert back within next five minutes but till now I have not received any call from her. Then in the evening at 6.30 I spoke to one more executive and this time I was particular to note her name which is M/s,Balwinder Kaur who assured me that it will be activated in another 2 hours it did not happen. Then when I called up in the Morning at around 10 a.m. again I spoke to Balwinder Kaur who told me that the activation is in Process and by 12 noon my services will be reinstated, again it did not happen then I called up again and spoke to another executive M/s.Neeta or Meeta I did not get her name but either of the name for sure she told me that it will take another FOUR hours to activate when I pressurised her she assured that it will be done in another one hour and now its past 6.30 in the evening but still the services on my Phone are not activated.
                                    So I feel I should find another good service Provider and use that facility of mobile Portability. I hope I am justified by the action I wish to take that if my current service provider is unable to attend to their Old and Trusted Customers .

                                    My mobile number bearing [protected] holding postpaid connection and despite request being posted that my internet connection can be withdrwan, I have been charged 1290 for 129 mb usage of data.The discussion happened over then phone and the call got recorded on 24-Nov'12.Also please addresss this as my credit limit is also overincreasing on a month on month by 500 and now I stand @ 3500Rs.This is more of comparison to credit card usage and my sincere request is what is the policy of vodafone while accepting such request over call.Please revert.
                                    Also I used to bear a payment of just 950 Rs per month.but now suddenly it has risen upto 3500rs.

                                    This is the worst service provider I have ever come across. The way vodafone customer care in India works, even pathetic is an understatement.
                                    Even after 15 calls being made no solution has been provided to me.

                                    I have been using whatsapp application since past one year with my 2G plan activated. two days back I did a recharge of 124 rupees for the activation of 2G plan. Along with that I did a normal talktime recharge as well. But, even after the 2G activation my balance is getting deducted.

                                    It has been a grieving experience for me. Since past one year no amount has ever been deducted and even none of my friends and colleagues are facing such issue. No deductions are being made for this usage after the 2G plan is activated. When asked that why this is happening they simply informed that they are not aware and cant make any refunds and cant help further on this issue. I had a word with Suman, Arpit, Hemlata, Deepak.

                                    I am still waiting for an update and help from Vodafone. Vodaphone customer care is really very lousy. They have bunch of in experienced people out there and they also are not responsiv. My experience has been bad, trust me... dont want to spend too much time and energy here to even narrate this.

                                    This complaint is related the bill for Number +91 [protected] (Mumbai Circle using since last 4 Years) i have been charged, Continuously i'm drafting mail to nodal officer for this issue, many times called in customer care but the same answer i'm getting no doubt on response Nodal Officer respond immediately within 24 hour.

                                    In Bill of APRIL and MAY i have been wrongly charged for VF Mobile Connect around Rs 800/- and Late payment charges( For all three months without seeing customers complaint ) Rs 250/-. Total 800+250=1050 + Service Tax .

                                    I am Vijaya Mhatre using vodafone postpaid connection [protected] from dec 2012 given m plan of monthly rent Rs.399 wit 1 GB 2G data free for life time, 30p/min for lifetime, 800 mins free local etc. Also paying my payments on time.As off m getting the same but i got message from vodafone stating that your 1 GB 2G data plan is going to deactivate from next month or you will be charge for the same with monthly rent of Rs. 149 dated on 3/9/2013 (message date). Why should i pay monthly rent for the same if at time of taking connection promised for life long benefits, now how you can disconnect my plan. I called to customer care he told m about TRAI rules and regulation. So i just asked if that is TRAI rule then your going to disconnect all others data plan also? so he not able to give m answer Mr. Rajendra on call. Mr. Rajendra told m that my senior is going to call you for same Mr. Pravin but as of now i didnt got any call from vodafone.

                                    I have a corporate connection of vodafone no. [protected]. I have to inform you with the deepest disappointment about the misbehavior of one of your staff Mr. Ranjeet contact no [protected].
                                    I would like to bring to your notice that this vodafone connection has only been a problematic service since the very initiation. First of all, the plan was sold to me misstating the plan details. I realized the same when I got my first bill. It took me 3 months to get the plan that was actually offered to me.
                                    This was not the end of the problem. I was getting calls for bill payments without bills being delivered on my address.
                                    In spite of such poor level of service, I decided to carry on with Vodafone as I have four more Vodafone connections in the family –all satisfied with Vodafone services. But today I experienced the level of humiliation that I can’t take. I have paid 80% of my last bill on time and already communicated to pay the balance with next bill. Once the same has been agreed, I don’t know why I am getting calls again and again to pay the bill. I received a call today from your representative Mr. Ranjeet, the language of whom was very rude and indecent. I didn’t expect such a ill-behaviour from any service provider & now I really don’t want to continue with vodafone services anymore.
                                    Please take a strong action & prepare my last bill asap.

                                    I have just spoken to Abhishek on 198 regarding my 64Kbps speed.

                                    May I remind you that I have first Subscribe to 1GB data plan worth Rs; 250/- and then on 10th Of Feb 2014 started using Plan of 2GB worth Rs. 450/- activated on 9th of Feb 2014.


                                    My speed reduced to 64 kbps on 11th or 12th.

                                    Spoken to someone on 198 and as per him I should have been receiving call within 4 hrs and issue would have been rectified.

                                    Till date no call and issue is at it is.

                                    Again spoken to today (Wow Experience) Abhishek and as per him I will have to use 2GB plan worth Rs. 450/-(Mind you this for 3G) at the rate of 64Kbps till 2Gb..


                                    Wow what a company policy.. Paying and using 64 Kbps for 3G plan... Seriously...

She was so wonderful that as per her I have crossed the limit o[censored]sage and as per her I have used 2500 MB data.. Tried to explain her that on dialling *111# I am getting used data till date around 1500 MB. Still Showing the same... But as per her I was wrong.. Ok she was from vodafone and was Super Smart and Intelligent, so I said ok I am wrong. and you are right. Then I asked her then what happened to my other 1GB plan and she was mum.(As Expected. Even I knew she will disconnect my call now.My biggest Mistake Pointing the right thing.. oops I made mistake). And then as expected she put my call on hold. And guess what my call was dsconnected.. Yippeee .. these agents whether supervisors or retention team are the same.


                                    I knew if I am going to point out right thing my phone will be disconnected again.

                                    Again called call transferred to retention team. Someone picked"aahh hmmm Hello aapki baat "Dont Know" se ho rhi h" Yar number band kr do mera" Call disconnected...


                                    Again called spoken to I think Deepak... Finally he processed my request.. Did nt received Survey Otherwise I would have given him 5Marks. Out standing.. Wonder what he is doing In Vodafone...
