Hello,
I got an sms that somehow my account had re 1 store activated (Which i of course did not do, 100% sure, as i do not use the number at all). However, i proceeded to stop the service as the sms said (It asked me to send off an sms stop to 155223. As soon as i sent the sms, i got an auto reply to send correct keyword, this is incorrect.
Its highly unethical practice by vodafone.

disconnect the post paid connection mob no 9836714272

I wanted to disconnect and deactivated of my mob bearing no [protected] which is a pre-paid connection. On 29 may i went to vodafone store at barasat for deactivated my mobile no mentioned above. Unfortunately, the store was closed and lot of customers were agitating in front the store. prepaid balance showing incorrect

Main bal rs. 3.83, sec bal rs 69.42 sec. Bal expiry 23-jul-2020, call expiry 24 jul2020.

Vodafone auto activate this service by themselves and after calling their agent they say that it was activated through vas.

This is clearly a cheat case. How can they activate these services without our knowledge....

They added me 3000 fine

I am using vodafone postpaid connection from last 5 years. Last month i mistakenly upgrade the plan 999 and back to my normal plan 399 within 10 minutes. There for they are added me 3000 fine because i can't change my plan within 6 months.

Look this matter as soon as posible they're disconnected my line.

Worst network worst service

Please give good quality of network and customer care services.
I recharged for 84 days and the company informed me that daily 1.5gb data.
But here I'm not consume min 700mb daily. I used what'sapp message loading loading... I used Facebook news feed loading loading...I used chrome information will loading loading.
In this condition they are cheating the peoples by giving face news that is 1.5gb per day...
