* _आग्रह है की अपने सभी सोशल मीडिया व्हाट्सप्प, फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम इत्यादि पर फैलाये और एकजुट होकर वोडाफोन की चोरियों को रोके!_ *

महोदय,

आपकी सेवाओं से इतना भयावह अनुभव हुआ है कि इसने मुझे सोचने के लिए मजबूर किया है l यही कारण है कि वोडाफोन बाजार खोता जा रहा है और दिवालियापन के कगार पर है।

मेरी संख्या 72818xxxxx में लॉकडाउन की शुरुआत में लगभग 150 रुपये का बैलेंस था। मैंने मई की शुरुआत में 50 रुपये का रिचार्ज किया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप लगभग 200 रुपये का बैलेंस हुआ। मेरी मोबाइल की सेवाएं पूरे लॉकडाउन के दौरानबंद थी। जब मैंने इसे 31 मई को स्विच- आन किया, तो वोडा दानव आक्रमण कर चूका था। बहुत सारे फर्जी कटौती कर शेष राशि को 50 से नीचे कर दिया गया था।

डरावनी बात यहीं नहीं रुकी। कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव ने बताया कि शेष राशि वापस नहीं की जा सकती क्योंकि इसे कई दिन पहले काटा गया था। यह ऐसा कहने जैसा है कि चोर ने कई दिन पहले चोरी की है, इसलिए अब पैसा चोर का है।

आपने दिसंबर और फरवरी में भी यही किया। (फरवरी के लिए स्क्रीनशॉट भी संलग्न)। इसलिए आपको बैलेंस चुराने की आदत है। यदि आपके पास थोड़ी सी भी शर्म बची है, तो आपसे अनुरोध है कि २०० रुपये की शेष राशि को जल्द से जल्द वापस करें।

इस तरह से अब वोडा शेष राशि से पैसे चुरा कर कारोबार कर रहा है। । अगर आपको लगता है कि यह व्यापार करने का तरीका है, तो आप गलत हैं। व्यवसाय में लंबे समय तक बने रहने के लिए नैतिकता होनी चाहिए। jio पर एक नजर डालिये की वो कैसे तेजी से ऊपर चढ़े हैं। वे ग्राहकों के पैसे नहीं चुराते हैं।

इस बीच यदि आप इसे एक सप्ताह के भीतर वापस करने में विफल रहते हैं, तो मैं आपकी इन महान चोरीयो के बारे में सभी सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करूंगा।

मैं इस बार आपको उपभोक्ता अदालत में घसीटने के लिए भी तैयार हूं क्योंकि छह महीने के भीतर यह तीसरा उदाहरण है कि आपने मेरी शेष राशि चुराई है।

      Hi,
      I am writing this to complaint about the fraud vodafone is doing with their customers and above that they have appointed pretty useless customer support, muskan needs to be fired she is just # useless. Disconnected my call thrice and didn't shared complaint id, did not refunded incorrect deduction done on my phone number [protected]. Used abusive language, repeatedly saying nonsense that they don't have seniors to talk to. I never used any useless services of vodafone and don't intend to do in future, their call rates are drastically high, rarely use this nmbr for calling as well, so they found new way to get money and deducted 47rs without any notification, in past 3 months they have deducted approx 200 rs for useless services i never opted for. I want my refund back and moreover fire muskan. Contact me back on thakur. [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] and i am looking for this call back with refund, would be porting my number as well, this is not done, you just can't loot your customer

          I have called vodafone on 20th april 2020, i made several calls and emailed them several times explaining about me not being able to make isd calls from prepaid number. Initially they told their network team has to check and i would be contacted by the team but no one has called so far and today is 11th june 2020. I have activated isd calls and have enough balance to be able to make isd calls! Without proper checks or calling me vodafone says it is not their issue! I have tried my sim in different phone already and it does not work! I need vodafone to fix this issue and address it in an effective way!

            My previous vodafone plan was expired on 2nd april 2020. On 19/03/2020, i discussed with one of the customer service representative regarding the plan and offers and he told me that if you will recharge now in that case your new plan will start from 03rd april 2020 for 84 days after completing your current ongoing plan. Even i asked him so many times and he told me the same thing.in that case, my new plan start date will be 03rd april 2020 not 19th march. It is only due to wrong information provided by him and i recharge my number 15 days before the completion of active plan.

            Even i already discussed with one of the customer service supervisor. He also told me that i am raising a complain and you will get a call in 2 days but i didn't received any solution.

            After that i wrote so many email to vodafone care and they email me that your plan will be activated till 27th june, but today on 10th june i got message that my plan has been deactivated and for data usage and calls balance is deducted from my main balance.

            Please help me as i am not getting the solution.

                I don't even know what Juiceup pack is. I got message Juiceup pack has been activated and Rs35 has been deducted on 27th May 2020. The message went unnoticed by me, and since then, they have been deducting Rs35 every week. I have lost 35+35+7(That was the remaining balance)=77Rs till today(10th June 2020).
                Tried to get Help from Vodafone customer care. They kept saying "I only have activated it". When I asked What action/step did I take to activate it, they have no answer. I want my money back.
                Similar incident has happened with me for "Value Addded Service" as well.

                Vodafone please stop these non-sense things and looting your customers.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  Kindly refer attached details related to payment & available balance on dated 07 Apr 2020.
                  If you see this, we have recharge unlimited plan with the amount of Rs.599 on dated 07 Apr 2020 same day we have an available balance in my number Rs.33.63.
                  The issue is the current balance showing Rs -1.88, and regarding this I had called so many times to customer care no but till not unable to resolve the issue.
                  Every time your customer care representative is saying servers are not working properly.
                  So request you to kindly resolve this issue and arrange to credit my deducted amount on priority, and also confirm why this amount is deducted.

                    My Vodafone SIM Card Was Blocked Due to PUK block and I got PUK form Customer Care Number but it didn't Worked Then I Went to Vodafone Care and I Exchanged my Sim however it shows Document mismatched After Giving all Correct Document Then I 2nd time went to Vodafone Care and Re-Verified all the Documents even then it's shows Document mismatched However Every Document is correct, Just want to know why are you rejecting my documents however Being all the Documents legal and Government Approved

                      Mobile data services disrupted

                      My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden from today morning. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone-in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

                      As per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped...

                        My vodafone unlimited internet and call pack has been expired on 7 june 2020 but a day before that i had a balance of 44 rs in my vodafone number still it showed my vodafone outgoing and internet will be expired on 7th june so i recharged it from vodafone app a talktime package costing rs 30 which i would get 22rs in talktime for n/a time... But it's been 3 days today my outgoing calls are still invalid. My account has increased balance of 22 that's it 66 now... But i can't perform any calls not even to vodafone customer care... How should i contact them when i can't even perform an outgoing call even to customer care of vodafone. And the whatsapp number is useless.. It's working with a software... I can't actually talk with anyone there too... Please help me. These vodafone people are doing this from months and i am tired now..

                          I tried hard to talk to Vodafone but no employee is giving me any information of any kind. By all means, I tried to understand that it is not my fault, all this is due to the link from Vodafone. I did not want to take the Redx plan, did I take it, it was just a mistake that I cannot pay, that too 3000 rupees, Please help me in any way, Vodafone has canceled all my services, due to which I am not able to talk to anyone. And I cannot pay this amount, it is out of my capacity

                                  Hi, my vodafone connection [protected] has not been working since sept/oct 2019. I have tried to reach customer care repeatedly from different numbers but failed telling"you need to approach post paid call center". Vodafone kept piling bills on me without service. Finally i agreed to pay rs 870/- so that they would stop harassing me and close the connection. A month later same thing started. They have not provided acknowledgement of closed connection even after repeated calling and messages. On top of that they are sending new bills and putting fines on unpaid bills. Please waiver all these illegal bills immediately and stop contacting me for bills on some connection i do not use for last 9 months. As per vodafone records my number is disconnected on march 2020 it seems. It is not my mistake if vodafone fails to update their record on time. They have not provided any usage proof of the bill. On top of that they are asking fines for the same. It is not possible to have any kind o[censored]sage as i don't even have the sim card and i was not even able to use the number since october 2019. The threat mails need to stop here. It is affecting my mental peace.
