    Today 26/03/2020 I had recharged my Vodafone number for Rs100 through online pay.The transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my Bank account, But no message of recharge done and my balance is still zero.Again I recharged for Rs.49, transaction was successful and the amount got debited but Not recharged. No message from Vodafone for the recharge done. Please address the issue immediately.

    Today 24 March2020, 10:30am. I'm done recharge of repies 399 from My Vodaphone app...Money got deducted from my account...But now 4:20pm still not get recharge...

    Always charges extra bill for value added services unknowingly. They always give ignorant answer that you pressed some notification. They doesn't give bill waive off extra charges. We are forced to pay the charges which we are not aware off why it is been charged.

        Today[protected] i had recharged my vodafone number for rs379 through online pay. The transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my account. But the mobile still says insufficient balance to make a call.
        I tried calling the customer care for 3 hours still no response. I was not even able to connect to a human telecaller.

          I have already paid my bill for no [protected] but i am not able to receive any call and messages on my this postpaid number, i have maild more than 4times to vodafone customer care but they are not reverting neither receiving any customer care calls. Its been week i m facing this issue. As now in covid time i am not able to receive anyone’s calls.

          Please help me to resolve this issue

            Vodafone has blocked my prepaid number without even notifying me. Nobody can contact me nor can i contact anybody else. Please unblock my prepaid number

              Your internet is a #ing # it does not come at day and night the speed goes i every 2 minutes 😠😠😠 this is the service you provide to customer 😠😠 in ads you show that our net is the fastest ghant maro your net is the slowest of all intrnet you charge the highest amount of internet and you provide the slowest net why? I need answer when i play pubg at do live stream the net troubles me every time it goes and come # you vodafone i am changing my card and switching to jio # you vodafone😠😠😠

                I am loyal customer of vodafone india. But within few days i found about the problem about net connectivity. I paid for 4g plan but network speed not like that therefore i want to fill complaint against company. Due to that problem i can not able to utilise full data. Also i have a problem about battery drainage due to that problem. Please do something and reply.

                    I am using vodafone number. I have received sms's on[protected] saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted unnecessarily.

                    I did not request such service to my mobile number. I do not know why vodafone unnecessarily playing with the customer when the COVID-19 issue killing the people all over the world. Vodafone is creating additional headache/pressure because of its worst customer service. And I have tried all the vodafone CUSTOMER CARE related numbers 198, 199 & 121 and some of the mobile number also since[protected]. But No response. I am very disappointed with vodafone services particularly in this situation. This is kind of theft it seems. Hope some educated people also will be there in the vodafone team in the higher level, try to understand how your team and your network is used to make its customer in very worst situation. How your people are behaving like that in this situation. How do u have the rights to take our money without any intimation. Such a ###T people and team,

                    Give me the proper reply and return my deduction amount.

                        I have lost my Vodafone sim card, kindly help me block it.

                        I am not able to contact anybody in helpline number nor can I login using my app because of OTP issues.
                        Plus due to 21 days lock down because of Corona virus for 21 days now, no mobile store is open near me.
                        I am very disappointed with online help ways Vodafone has to provide.I am stuck now with no mobile phone amidst this lock down.

                        Kindly let me a link of contact to Vodafone customer care as soon as possible or help me solve this issue.

                          I made a recharge of rs 349 on 10th feb 2020, through the vodafone app, the recharge was not successful, i've still not received the refund till date, i sent them all the proofs and my bank also told ne that the amount has been sent to vodafone, still they are not accepting it and its 25 march 2020, i've still not recieved a solution. I've to call you everyday and i've valid proof that the amount is with vodafone, i have been through so much inconvenience, i want my amount to be returned back now

                                  I recharge with vodafone app though upi but the money deducted and recharge was not proceed. I waited more than 12hr but there is no refund. I request you as early as possible refund the money. When i complained in paytm upi they said that the money was successfuly send to the vodafone. And the call the vodafone customer care they not received the call may be due to covid 19. Request you to solve my issues ad early as possible
