My vodafone activated up to 12 april 2020 through rs 599 package but from 26 march 2020 my out going calls discontinued wherein on 27 mar 2020 once again recharge rs 399 but still no out going calls going in this crucial time disconnected from all. Please clarify who will bear this. No any response on 199 and 121 help line nos since 27 hours i tried everything from through sms and help line and no any response from any side.

    Since 19th of january, i am continuously chasing vodafone for their unauthorized and fraud deduction of 49, 21 rs from main balance. When asked for justification they reverted, some content was downloaded. However there is no record of any download on my mobile number and no service activated on my mobile number which could have caused any deduction.

    This is the 6th time in mere 2.5 months. Once i get refund for my deduction within 2-3 days again amount is deducted.

    They have a simple structure, first they say its valid deduction, and when you asked for details they give you some crappy non sense name of a file. After having 2-3 costumer care calling and irritating by giving some excuse. When i provide them all the details such as screenshot of my browsing history my download history and trai app home screen screen shot, there is no apology from there end or information on why the deduction happened. They just refund the amount and within few days again same cycle begins.

    Kindly take strict action against them, there are many people like me facing same issue, and some don't even realize their balance is deducted.

      My balance was deducted without having any knowledge about this to me. You guys didn't send the message even as well. It shown some sort of download link : dnld - dwap_com0007_ppu_skm_a-skmobi and wwwap_inf0049_007_tel[protected]_a. Rs 56 is deducted my from my balance and i need it back. Moreover how could you charge service without even asking your own customers. This is not the first time many times you guys deduct my balance with some unwanted service and what else. This is getting out of control now. Seriously guys you are not doing any fair kind of service with your customers. And yes, i need my money back. My mobile number is 9796*85. Resolve this as soon as possible.

        Since morning today, i am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number i dial it says number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 23rd april. Tried calling customer representative but unable to reach them as the call gets disconnected as soon as i am transfered to customer rep. I am located in aurangabad, maharashtra.             Have been multiple call drops in a single day, having a connection of 4 g but speed is less than a 2g connection. Also call drop is there on a call made between the same network. Many instance come up in a day that network is completely gone for 1-2 minutes. Maximum signal received is not more than 50 percent.in short iam expereicing a bad network over a period of 8 months

              I have been receiving sms saying that "re 1 pack active now" and charges are being deducted.

              As this service has not been requested by me, i would appreciate if someone in vodafone reviews my account, cancel all premium services or service packs and refund me the overcharged amount onto my mobile other wise i will put this complain to the consumer court.

              Kindly confirm once this is actioned.

              I had just ported from Jio to Vodafone that internet service would be good but Vodafone's internet service is worse than Jio so you are the most requested person to not port your sim in Vodafone

                  Today 26/03/2020 I had recharged my Vodafone number for Rs100 through online pay.The transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my Bank account, But no message of recharge done and my balance is still zero.Again I recharged for Rs.49, transaction was successful and the amount got debited but Not recharged. No message from Vodafone for the recharge done. Please address the issue immediately.

                  Today 24 March2020, 10:30am. I'm done recharge of repies 399 from My Vodaphone app...Money got deducted from my account...But now 4:20pm still not get recharge...
                  Always charges extra bill for value added services unknowingly. They always give ignorant answer that you pressed some notification. They doesn't give bill waive off extra charges. We are forced to pay the charges which we are not aware off why it is been charged.

                      Today[protected] i had recharged my vodafone number for rs379 through online pay. The transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my account. But the mobile still says insufficient balance to make a call.
                      I tried calling the customer care for 3 hours still no response. I was not even able to connect to a human telecaller.

                        I have already paid my bill for no [protected] but i am not able to receive any call and messages on my this postpaid number, i have maild more than 4times to vodafone customer care but they are not reverting neither receiving any customer care calls. Its been week i m facing this issue. As now in covid time i am not able to receive anyone’s calls.

                            Your internet is a #ing # it does not come at day and night the speed goes i every 2 minutes 😠😠😠 this is the service you provide to customer 😠😠 in ads you show that our net is the fastest ghant maro your net is the slowest of all intrnet you charge the highest amount of internet and you provide the slowest net why? I need answer when i play pubg at do live stream the net troubles me every time it goes and come # you vodafone i am changing my card and switching to jio # you vodafone😠😠😠

                              I am loyal customer of vodafone india. But within few days i found about the problem about net connectivity. I paid for 4g plan but network speed not like that therefore i want to fill complaint against company. Due to that problem i can not able to utilise full data. Also i have a problem about battery drainage due to that problem. Please do something and reply.

                                  I am using vodafone number. I have received sms's on[protected] saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted unnecessarily.

                                  I did not request such service to my mobile number. I do not know why vodafone unnecessarily playing with the customer when the COVID-19 issue killing the people all over the world. Vodafone is creating additional headache/pressure because of its worst customer service. And I have tried all the vodafone CUSTOMER CARE related numbers 198, 199 & 121 and some of the mobile number also since[protected]. But No response. I am very disappointed with vodafone services particularly in this situation. This is kind of theft it seems. Hope some educated people also will be there in the vodafone team in the higher level, try to understand how your team and your network is used to make its customer in very worst situation. How your people are behaving like that in this situation. How do u have the rights to take our money without any intimation. Such a ###T people and team,

                                      I have lost my Vodafone sim card, kindly help me block it.

                                      I am not able to contact anybody in helpline number nor can I login using my app because of OTP issues.
                                      Plus due to 21 days lock down because of Corona virus for 21 days now, no mobile store is open near me.
                                      I am very disappointed with online help ways Vodafone has to provide.I am stuck now with no mobile phone amidst this lock down.

                                      Kindly let me a link of contact to Vodafone customer care as soon as possible or help me solve this issue.
