I am getting charged for inbuilt handset games from Vodafone automatically even without activating it.
I am getting SMS as
You have been charged for inbuilt handset games ₹25....

I am getting charged for inbuilt handset games by vi automatically even I have not activated it.
I gat an SMS that you have been charged ₹25 for the same....

In mid of June 2022, I have changed my Vodafone service from postpaid to per paid. After that, since I came to Ireland (3 months), sim is not working . I have contacted customer care and later escalated to their technical team

1. Enable International Roaming: Goto Sim tool kit/Sim services/Vodafone Services/Tools - Roaming - International roaming
2. Select Network operator manually: Goto Settings - More - Mobile/Cellular...

I made a complint multiple times but still not resolved.

They just called me with out solving my problem they cut my whole bank balance...

Since I do have proper network in my area, I wanted to port my VI number to BSNL network but I am getting below message.
"UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
Please look into this....

As i never opted for any games.but you deducted amount 10 rs from my account. What's the reason.kindly check and update the correct balance of my account with deduction amount...

I've called the vodafone mini store which is located in navyug market Ghaziabad but they didn't respond me knowingly and I've called them approx 25 times but they didn't respond one time they recieved my call but within a second they disconnect the call knowingly this is very rude behaviour from the vodafone mini store Iam very disappointed...

Request you to install network booster in our office as soon as possible.

I have not downloaded any games and videos still deducted amount from my prepaid balance. Previously same happened with me. Without any reason they deducted the balance amount giving false messages. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Resolve my problem as soon as possible and return back my deducted amount to my number....

I had a family plan with 2 connections, I got one number removed, and it's only mine which is still showing in the family plan. I have been constantly visiting the store and calling so many times to the customer care since the last days, but they are just unable to remove my number from the family plan. They've kept me added as the primary number. They are just not removing my number from the plan because I've already tried sending the port...

Iam trying to port out from Vi by sending an sms to 1900, but unfortunately it seems that Vi has blocked it's users from sending any sms to 1900 so that we can't port out. Every time we send an sms to 1900, it just fails to go. We have been trying it since one week, and even Vi isn't ready to help....

I have in active Post paid no how to pay online....

I have 'Vi_MV_KAR_Blaze550' vodafone plan on my number ([protected]) since 4 years. This worked fine last three years. The plan is has a one time fee every 24 months and has free incoming SMS in any country outside India. I mainly needed this service for accessing OTP SMS. I activated this service based on my discussion in the Indira nagar Bangalore Vodafone Office.

Only the stupid will go for a higher plan with this cheap service.
