Bought a new Vodafone postpaid sim ( [protected] ) 2 months ago from Vodafone Mini Store, Daksh Enterprises Shop No 35 A Square Tower Sector 73 Near Global Indian International School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. When I bought the sim, the executive told me that after the initial payment of activation of sim and first month usage, I will need to recharge to keep the plan active. After the first month was over, I received a message that the plan was suspended. So I did not recharge as the exec had told me that when you pay the next amount, the plan will get activated again. I haven't recharged, and I am getting a bill of 2 months 952 rs. when I tried speaking with Vodafone, they said that they can only help after I pay the outstanding amount.
I read the reviews of the store later and there are many reviews of people complaining of wrongful information provided at time of buying postpaid sim connection.
I feel cheated. I need them to remove the outstanding amount, so I can cancel this connection immediately as they will keep adding the bill and calling me for payment.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There is NO response at all. It’s more than 24 hours, still waiting to hear from them.
Could you please help me, to fix this up. This is deeply a sad connect with Vodafone.
