Bought a new Vodafone postpaid sim ( [protected] ) 2 months ago from Vodafone Mini Store, Daksh Enterprises Shop No 35 A Square Tower Sector 73 Near Global Indian International School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. When I bought the sim, the executive told me that after the initial payment of activation of sim and first month usage, I will need to recharge to keep the plan active. After the first month was over, I received a message that the plan was suspended. So I did not recharge as the exec had told me that when you pay the next amount, the plan will get activated again. I haven't recharged, and I am getting a bill of 2 months 952 rs. when I tried speaking with Vodafone, they said that they can only help after I pay the outstanding amount.
I read the reviews of the store later and there are many reviews of people complaining of wrongful information provided at time of buying postpaid sim connection.
I feel cheated. I need them to remove the outstanding amount, so I can cancel this connection immediately as they will keep adding the bill and calling me for payment.

    I received a message today saying that Mazaa Games is activated. Amount charged is Rs 35.00 per week. I have not activated anything. I rarely use the sim itself. This is pure cheating!

      Team Vi,

      My Mobile No. is [protected] Issue regarding Sept 2022 bill.

      With great regret I have to say that once again my Vodafone bill has come in excess. This is not the first time this has happened.
      Now I feel as if my words are of no value to my customers. I request from all of you that the extra amount that has come in my bill should be taken out.
      And let me be assured by Vodafone that this should not happen again. Otherwise I don't mind porting.

        I have activated IR service to get bank OTP and it’s activated. But SMS both outgoing or incoming not working. I have registered a complaint and it’s been 4 days and nobody bothered to solve my issue
        My complaint : Hello! Your complaint dated 22-Sep-2022 11:35:11 AM with reference number C[protected] is registered. We assure resolution by 24-Sep-2022 11:38:27 AM.

        Hope someone responsible will take up this seriously and solve it.

            Number Porting being blocked by VI

            I'm Ravi Ramchandani. I'm trying to port my number - [protected] from Vodafone-Idea to another network as I already have a VI number and am facing difficulty in getting a proper connection.

            I've tried sending a PORT message to 1900 several times. However, for reasons beyond me, these messages are not getting sent. All other messages are getting delivered from VI, other than this one.

            I need to send 1 SMS which for my banking related service and I have sufficient balance for it. But I can't send message. Vi customer care says that I will have to recharge the plan of Rs 128, then I will be able to send SMS.

            Why should I pay Rs 128 for just 1 SMS? I have not need to other service now, need to send only 1 SMS.

                  I had called Vodafone customer care on 11.9.22 for details regarding activation of international roaming. She informed me to press activate now and she said after confirmation travel date will be asked. However when I clicked the plan got activated immediately and my international travel date was three days after. I immediately told her to deactivate it. She said she has deactivated. I asked her to connect me to supervisor. After hold for 30 minutes no supervisor came on phone and she said they are busy on other calls. She said service will be described in 15 minutes. Today when I am travelling I tried to activate international roaming through vi app and when I clicked it said the plan is already active till 26th. It’s really pathetic service provided by Vodafone. I tried calling customer care but they are available only till 12 pm. I have a flight in an hour and I wanted 14 days plan beginning today. This is really bad service. I will lodge complaint in consumer forum as well and file legal suit.

                      I want to port my vi sim but they are not permitting me to port my sim because i have registered a retailer id on that sim . I contacted to distributor and RM to solve my issue but they are not helping me and i also contacted to call centre many time .

                        From past 2 year I’m using unlimited plan, but my account shows negative balance, I call on 199 they said “it is because of international roaming” tho I don’t have passport, how is this possible!! How to deal with this please help me.

                          I am having Vodafone number [protected]

                          Under my name akash jasani

                          I am using that SIM card for my solar plant

                          I can not call from that number

                          I do have validity till 30aug2022

                          By mistake I did 2 recharge of 999 from Paytm with

                          only data can you help with the same

                          1st recharge was on 28/08/2022
                          2nd recharge was on 11/09/2022

                          Both the recharge are wrong

                          Kindly assist me what can be done in that case

                              My prepaid phone number is [protected] and the outgoing SMS is barred. I contacted customer care and they refused to help. I'd never requested Vodafone to bar my outgoing SMS and it's very frustrating to face this issue.

                                The above phone was ported from MTNL to your company. My wife held it. She expired in the year 2020. The phone is dormant since then. I went to the Vodaphone store to restore the number. The store manager said, this number is closed and returned to MTNL. I sent a letter and mail to MTNL. Their response was the number has not yet been returned to us. Therefore it can not be restored. This number, therefore, seems to be your company. You are requested to return to MTNL or restore the phone. Whatever documents and formalities are required will be completed by us for this purpose.

                                    I am a valuable Vodafone customer, holding mobile number [protected].

                                    Recently, I have been facing issues with the network hosting it as HotSpot. In this event, I visited the Vodafone store located at JB Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai.
                                    Based on the store executives suggestion, the request to convert the existing mobile number from PrePaid to PostPaid, was put across on 7th September, 2022.

                                    However, I have made up my mind to not go ahead with the conversion as I would lose the existing data plan and it's heavy on my pocket as well.

                                    Reached the vodafone customer care and store mutliple time, in the same regards. Email has been sent across as well. Nothing has been addressed so far.

                                    There is NO response at all. It’s more than 24 hours, still waiting to hear from them.

                                    Could you please help me, to fix this up. This is deeply a sad connect with Vodafone.

                                      Vodafone postpaid bill after port out

                                      I had ported out of Vodafone postpaid on 13th August by paying all dues and having no outstanding amounts against my account.
                                      2 weeks later the vodafone officials called and asked me to pay an hefty amount which was double the monthly amount that I used to pay while using vodafone postpaid. In the bill, I came across various undisclosed heads that had caused such an hefty bill amount. Such heads were classified as "Value added services"...
