Vodafone mini store

Address: Navyug market Ghaziabad

I've called the vodafone mini store which is located in navyug market Ghaziabad but they didn't respond me knowingly and I've called them approx 25 times but they didn't respond one time they recieved my call but within a second they disconnect the call knowingly this is very rude behaviour from the vodafone mini store Iam very disappointed...

Past few months we have seen major drop in the network with no phone working in our office. Also many other in the premises facing the same issue.

      I have not downloaded any games and videos still deducted amount from my prepaid balance. Previously same happened with me. Without any reason they deducted the balance amount giving false messages. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Resolve my problem as soon as possible and return back my deducted amount to my number.

        I had a family plan with 2 connections, I got one number removed, and it's only mine which is still showing in the family plan. I have been constantly visiting the store and calling so many times to the customer care since the last days, but they are just unable to remove my number from the family plan. They've kept me added as the primary number. They are just not removing my number from the plan because I've already tried sending the port out request which eventually fails. Whenever I send an sms for port out, it just shows "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." The people in Vi are intensionally doing it, and they just don't want to help. They have been lagging us since the last almost 2 weeks now.

          Iam trying to port out from Vi by sending an sms to 1900, but unfortunately it seems that Vi has blocked it's users from sending any sms to 1900 so that we can't port out. Every time we send an sms to 1900, it just fails to go. We have been trying it since one week, and even Vi isn't ready to help.

                I've recharged for Rs.459 plan for a wrong number ([protected]) instead of my dad's number ([protected]) on Aug 24, 2022. Below are the details of the same. Please reverse the amount and do the needful. I tried calling the number I recharged but they are not picking up the call.

The plan is has a one time fee every 24 months and has free incoming SMS in any country outside India. I mainly needed this service for accessing OTP SMS. I activated this service based on my discussion in the Indira nagar Bangalore Vodafone Office.

                    Hi I am residing in coimbatore chinnavedampatti area, as the network is very very worst and and internet service is not good.
                    I really ### waste of money and time
                    As I have complained mANY TIMEs regarding this to a nearby store.
                    Only response received from them is to upgrade my prepaid plan charges.
                    Only the stupid will go for a higher plan with this cheap service.
                    I am really really very disappointed with you provider

                      Vodafone deducted rs.25 from my balance for something i have never used nor authorised. I even spoke with the customer care but got no help. I got the following message;

                            I havent received the renewed cheque yet for Security Deposit Refund in regards to Relationship No.61655068
                            Its been years now and am still going around in circles.
                            The original draft issued was submitted whihc bounced incurring me additional charges.
                            Please issue another draft and the bounce charges - 177/-
                            Total including security deposit - 415.85
                            With multiple emails sent to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com, am not getting further and now my emails sent to them arent getting delivered, not sure why.

                            I've moved out of vodafone long ago and now with Airtel retaining the same number.

                              I recharged 249 combo before 2 months then it's validate finished then i recharge 50 rupees for only talktime but not outgoing calls going then i talk to the customer care of Vodafone they are saying you only recharge combo pack the sim will be work not 50 rupees pack working in vodafone.so my problem is why they giving 50 rupees charging in mobile shops why they are not removing that option????i need my money back 50 rupees please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏they are cheating the poor peoples money😧😧

                                Hi,

                                Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                                "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                                After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

                                Later I have submitted the documents for re verification but no use at all

                                Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

                                Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

                                  I was charged Rs. 7 for accessing Games and Videos which is entirely wrong because I have done no such activities. I have neither accessed any games or videos and hence I believe it was very wrongful of Vodafone to charge me. The message was as below.
                                  Please clarify this mistake and refund back the amount as soon as possible.
