I recently received a message from VGVFCARE 13th August, 2019 about disconnection of my prepaid number that was Changed from postpaid a month back. I paid all bill amounts and also pap from new connections. And there was no amount pendant but this message was showing a amount pendant 207.85 rupees pending. I tried to contact Vodafone but every time they said to call on postpaid helpline. And post paid helpline number doesn't work unless it are calling from a postpaid. I called in care many times but nobody helped me with this message. This is really problematic for customers as no customer helpline support and understand matter clearly. I didn't expected this from Vodafone. I hope Vodafone service Will take care of this matter.

    Sub: regarding refund balance deduction of 99 by unknown nexgtv services

    My name is pradip. I have got balance deducted 228-129=99 by between 1pm-1:30pm on my number [protected].

    I have not got clicked any kind of services like nexgtv and vodafone app.

    I do not have high end device on this number its an handy basic feature phone with no web kit.

    So how can i suppose to get download with no web kit.

    Autodebited by naming the unknown content services like nexgtv and vodafone app.

    Please refund the deducted balance 99 and i call 198 at 1:37 pm dated 13 aug 2019 about the issue.

      On saturday 10aug18, i placed online order for prepaid sim and paid money. I received a confirmation that the sim will be delivered on sunday, 11 august. I was tracking the shipment online and was surprised to see that the sim is delivered and activated on 11aug19.in reality i didn't receive the sim nor did anyone called to set an appointment. Suddenly received a sms saying the ecomex couldn't reach me and i need to call them back. I did call them and they promised that the sim will be delivered on 12aug between 8am and 12noon. No calls, no sim till 2pm. So called ecomex and vadofone call center for my disappointment they do could not provide satisfactory answer why the delay is and the person from ecomex suggested that i call vodafone and ask refund. I called vadofone and spoke to ajith and he promised a call back.. It's 6pm on 12aug and i haven't received a call back or sim. What a frustrating and time consuming experience so far.. Extremely disappointed the way vodafone service is provided by poorly trained staff..

      Today, I received a notification that the Sim order has been cancelled as per my request. I never requested for a cancelation. So I have no choice but to seek full refund.. One of the worst experiences I had with Vodafone.. Shame!!!

        I didn't receive any email regarding the ending period of my number's safe custody time period. I need to activate my number in any case as i'm not currently in mumbai. It is been six months and would like to know the steps to be taken to activate the number. Emails have not been replied within 24 hours as promised by the reply been provided. Would like to know my phone's email address also.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Three to four vas, have been added to my number, and monthly the money is being deducted. It is very frustrating. I am also msgiing STOP to 155223, but it replies with invalid request. Please stop all the vas added to my number.

          I have been constantly following up with Vodafone customer care and retailer store on multiple occasions with regards to the network issue in my locality. Due to the ongoing network issue for the past 3 months, I am unable to access the internet in any fashion preventing my business, calls on WhatsApp or meetings.I contacted Vodafone and their general reply is Sir, someone will check and get back to you shortly.No one ever checked the issues or called for a followup. When i contacted them for the status of my issue, they gave weird reasons like, the issue is since I have redmi phone. 3 months ago I was able to access internet on the same phone and even within these 3 months i can access the internet but just outside my locality/Home.After lodging complain for more than 5 times, I no resolution to which i state I will not pay for the bill as I am not receiving the services promised by your company.My phone got suspended and now I received a threat and a demand notice informing me og legal actions.I would like your help here as I have been victimized and harassed without any actions on the company's part to resolve the issue.

          I have received no reply/call yet where Vodafone looked into this matter, Since the above reply dated August 13.Instead I just received a Litigation mail today from Vodafone.
          This is really disappointing, first no service, then no replies to any communication sent to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com,
          corpcare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com to resolve the dispute
          or to the numerous phone calls and service center visit.

          And now we have a court litigation mail sent.
          Vodafone is conducting business by unlawful and unfair means and demanding money for bad/no services.
          Please reply asap to settle it amicabally.

          My whatsapp number is the same.

            I had done recharge on 08, august 2019
            Through vodafone app it showed transaction failed whereas the amount of rs.149/- got deducted from my bank account. Received sms from vodafone ad below

            Hello! We are unable to complete the transaction with id qsbi[protected] & have initiated the refund. Amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.

            But today is 12, august 2019 and after 3-5 days still i haven't received the refund to my bank account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              I had ported into vodafone from bsnl and had been using its services for more than three years. However, my aforementioned vodafone sim got deactivated since around february 2019 due to unavoidable circumstances. When i requested for reactivation of the aforementioned sim at the vodafone office in ranchi (Jharkhand), i was informed that my request cannot be duly processed as 90 days from the date of deactivation of the aforementioned sim had been exceeded and that it has been reverted back to its original/previous network operator (Bsnl in this case). However, when i visited the bsnl office i was informed that the aforementioned sim number has not been received by the bsnl network and that it still lies with the vodafone network.
              Therefore, i request you to kindly address my grievance by reactivating the aforementioned sim on an urgent basis.

                Hi, i have try to send "port 9xxxxxx".. Message not sending. Getting failed.. But while try to send other same message.. Its allowing to send. I don't know why this network not allowing customer to portability.. I have called customer care.. They ask me update message service number as [protected]. But no use for me. Still its not working. Reason for changing network is poor 3g/4g in ranipet, tamilnadu.. Ranipet is big town. I have compliant about the poor network to customer care.. They replying me to clear browser histories.. I have asked questin as is network issue is relate to chrome browser history.. Then they said to update your network setting. No use for me..

                I think my message centre number has been changed and I am unable to send messages. Please help me solve the problem or send me a message centre number to resolve the issue.
                This is the worst network in india in terms of internet. Speed is always low, high charges and worst network.

                  Vodafone this is the second time in the same month you have been activating vas automatically without asking for my permission. First time it had happened was on around 29 to 31st july and again it happened on 11-august-2019 an vas got activated automatically without my permission. Totally i have lost ₹149. I am attaching the screenshots of the activated services look into them and refund me the amount.

                  Hello, Vodafone I didn't receive any phone call regarding this nor the issue has been resolved. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I have been receiving otp regularly from 17863 though I haven't registered for any VAS on my number [protected]of vodafone. Please resolve this issue as this is.
                  I had recharged Rs 45 but it showed message as - Rchrg of MRP Rs 45 on 05/08/19 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs 0, GST Rs 6.86, AccessFee Rs 38.14, New Bal Rs 0.01. The balance was not credited on my handset. What is the access fee mentioned above in the message please see.

                    This is with regards to my vodafone number [protected] which i was using on international roaming to receive bank sms and had activated roaming on a monthly deduction of inr 99/-. Before leaving india last november i had recharge my number and was holding a balance of over inr 1200/- and during this period made no calls or messages. However, after 8 months on july 7 when i returned to india my balance showed negative (-124/-) which instead should have been over inr 500/-. When contacted vodafone, neither vodafone gallery nor customer care has any records for deduction and claims that i “may” have used my phone on international roaming which i never did.

                      I've been getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from mobile no. [protected] for over a month, my friend even gave a call to this no. And asked not to do this again, still i'm getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from this no. Which is very irritating and harassing me mentally.
                      And he is also saying i like you please do something i don't no who is he
                      Please look into this matter as early as possible.

                        In my vodafone sim there have been series of debits made without my concern. When contacted the customer care, they are stating it to be vas charges. I did not use any such vas service. When i said the same, they reverted back the charges and upon my request they blocked such services on my number. But even after that, this is happening again and again. When i raised the issue even after refund to know what service that i am being charged for, they are stating that they cannot access the service details due to security issues. I don't want such debits to take place in my account any further. Raising this here as i am unable to get no further assistance from vodafone (Apart from what stated above).

                          Hi.
                          My current bill is rs.282 in which rs.40 of call charges are imposed which was not made by me. It is wrongly added in my bill plus taxex are also high because of this.. It's a fraud company.
                          I called them many times to rectify my bill but they ignored me and told not to do the same. They misbehave me when i told them that i won't pay the bill.

                            Hello, recently on august 9th, 2019 i received an sms that one of the value pack named "re 1 store pack" is activated and deducted 99 inr from my mobile balance leaving the balance of 89 rupees in my account (Screen shot attached). Soon after noticing the sms i reached out customer support reporting that i did not activate any service from vodafone. Customer care rep says you have clicked on some ad so the service has been activated. I'm 100 percent sure i did not click on any ad nor i have a vodafone app installed on my phone. I communicated the same so customer care rep said will take a request to deactivate the service and refund the deducted money. Accordingly i got a sms again as a confirmation of deactivating the service. Since i got my money refunded i was satisfied and i did not want to drag this issue any further. But the next day morning on august 10th 2019 received one more sms to my shock it was one another service (Vodafone tv) was activated automatically and deducted 50 inr from my balance account. I reached out to nearest vodafone store the security asked a reason of visit. I mentioned i have a complaint to make. Soon i heard a voice from the store manager saying to security tell customer server is down can't take any complaints. I dialed a customer care coming outside of the store to complaint. When i explained the issue what i experienced since two days the customer care representative rudely says "mobile phone is in your hand and you have activated so the service is activated" i clearly mentioned him it is not my fault as i'm 200 percent sure there is no message gone from my end to vodafone to request any service. I have attached the screenshot here for proof. After few minutes of argument he took the request to deactivate the service and refund the deducted money. Accordingly i received a sms from them about the deactivation confirmation. Vodafone india is looting their customer money like this illegally if the customer ignore any sms they receive from vodafone the loss is for customer. They making their customers fool saying they clicked some ad so the service is activated. I want to take vodafone india to court and make them know the pain of their customers. Hope this platform help me and also educate the people from this fraud what these vodafone company is doing.

                            Today (i.e Dec19, 2020)I received an sms 'Thank you for using Video, you have been charged Rs.15.Your balance is Rs.a18.37'

                            I am quite sure that I have not used any of such stupid services as it is the era o[censored]nlimited calls, sms and 1.5Gb/day net.So i dialed 198 and conversed with an vodafone care agent who insolently informed that it is not possible to return my money and it is completely my fault.I argued with him and told him of complaining against vodafone in consumer forum.Still he maintained his attitude and I came here to lodge my complain. A screen shot is attached here in my support as a proof.

                              I have recharged my vodafone mobile number for rs.199 on 4th august 2019 with unlimited calls and data restricted to 1.5 gb per day. As per the plan claims i can use 1.5 gb of data everyday. But since the day i recharged, i am not able to use data more than even 50 mb. The speed is very pathetic. I called thrice for the same issue and spoke with customer care executives. They said you will get a call within 1 week and your issue will be resolved. But till today i didn't get proper response nor my issue is resolved. Whenever i call the customer care, the executive says you will get a call from vodafone but no calls till today. My money of rs.199 has gone waste as i am not able to use the so claimed data of 1.5 gb/ day.

                                Facing severe connection issues. Not being able to talk to any contacts properly. Lodged complain at all forums of vodafone from consumer executives to twitter. Problem not solved for 3 months. Tried to message on 1900 to port number. They have blocked that service as well. Feeling harassment from the company now.

                                  I am currently in germany and carrying my prepaid sim, monthly international roaming rental 99 deducting each month it is fine. But since from past 2months my balance got deducted unknowingly. Not sure for what reason i tried to lodge a complaint but they said you clicked on link for the reason balance got deducted. Now again from past 2days it is reducing my balance

                                    I am gyanjit customer of Vodafone. I am suffering from your worst service from customer care. From this number ([protected]) every day I am getting call and so many time I cut this call asli again and again call come from this number. At last I received and I heared what he told. About some contest play he was telling so I played by giving answer but 16 times he was asking questions and I given answer of it. But no prize won nothing I got. At last automatically call also cut and I got to know I had ₹95 balance but now ₹15 is there. Rest ₹80 deducted by vodafone. I want refund ₹80 any how. I called two times to customer care but they are telling senior executive is not available. Same reply from them two times. CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NAME IS KAPIL BARIK FROM ODISHA.

                                    Dear MD sir I want ₹80 refund any how. When I got called from that number he didn't tell about charges for playing contest. If he was telling then I didn't complaint to you today. Without my aware how Vodafone can deduct my money. ??

                                      From last one month my mobile is not working for the reason "mobile net work not available". so many times i complaint on Vodafone customer care center, they simply lodge my complaint and resolve in their books but my mobile is not working.
                                      after a gap of about 20 days when i again complaint ask the reason and after a long hot talks hey told the your no is deactivate for the reason of your paper not submitted, i visited the store and submit the paper again (fourth time in 7 months) but my problem remain unsolved.
                                      there after i complaint to their complaint section three times 5, 6, 7 aug 2019, they say that today it ll be solve bear with us but my problem remain same.
                                      they are still not telling how much time it will take.
