20th July 2022; This is the second time i have been subscribed to a Value added service without my consent. The Customer care exec blacklisted all VAS on my number this time and refunded the money, is what hes saying. Im yet to check. I DID NOT give the double consent as he claims the company asks for and this is predatory behaviour. I know for sure that if this happens to my parents they will not waste 45 mins trying to deactivate the service and get their money back. So I'm assuming Vodafone is making money by automatically doing this to unsuspecting customers. imagine people who are less educated and have no access to the internet or unable to follow through like i did, this is hard earned money gone in a blink. 20 Rs. from a 100, 000 customers is still a LOT of money. good job vi/s
