My phone bill for the current month has caller tune charges added to it even though I never subscribed for the service. This has happened for the second time, they add unnecessary expenses to your bill. After contacting the customer care they said that the charges will be reversed but after calling 4 times and explaining the problem to different executives again and again and visiting the service centre in person as well there has been no resolution of the issue. Now my bill has become due because of the delay caused by them and still there is no response from them.

      This is the second time I am contacting Spinny for the issue in their assured car Scorpio firstly the AC vents should be repaired but they haven’t the spare parts available now the water leakage is inside the cabin they are not bothering to call me every time they says they tried to reach me but I am not available I am getting every calls except Spinny worst and worst service never recommend anyone contact no [protected]

            Hi, I was using Vodafone Postpaid service for years and was paying bill on time then I started having network issues and nobody could reach out my number easily. I could not get any help from customer care hence i decided to port out. I got a call from Vodafone representative to request to cancel the porting out. I told him that i did not get any help since 3 months on network issues so he said he will take care of the issue and my bills will be waived off for next 6 months. I was using my cousin's corporate plan and never used their data service so always my bill amount was fixed i.e 352.82 Rs per month. I canceled the request and did wait for 3 days but still problem was not resolved so finally I ported out after paying my last bill. according my bill cycle I might have used their service less than 15 days before porting out. Actually I was having network issues so i have hardly made any calls. After a month I received bill of 1000 rs. I did not pay as i never received itemized bill for this one like usual. I asked for it but in return I get harassment calls and even my cousin who has nothing to do with it he gets such call till now. I don't understand if i ask for itemized bill they never provide it but they send me emails me and ask to pay. Stop Scamming people and making it complicated . you fail to provide good service hence i ported out. I was given waive off to cancel the porting out request which i did. On what basis that bill has generated? Why should i even pay?

                  I have not activated any Telsync Games to my VAS Account. My mobile number is [protected]. my account has been getting deducted since April-2022 (Apr24th-7; May6th -20, May19th-10, Jun25th-10 & Jul21st-10 = Total 57 Rs.) Please refund my money back into my account ASAP.

                      My account was debited rs 25 on 20/07/22 at 4:00 pm...
                      I never ordered but i just got a message saying Congratulations...we have given you Handset inbuilt games...
                      Please Vodafone rectify this and return the money...
                      There is no option on app to cancel something we didn't order also..

                      Charging customers and taking money without permission. Pls return the money. Rs. 25

                          20th July 2022; This is the second time i have been subscribed to a Value added service without my consent. The Customer care exec blacklisted all VAS on my number this time and refunded the money, is what hes saying. Im yet to check. I DID NOT give the double consent as he claims the company asks for and this is predatory behaviour. I know for sure that if this happens to my parents they will not waste 45 mins trying to deactivate the service and get their money back. So I'm assuming Vodafone is making money by automatically doing this to unsuspecting customers. imagine people who are less educated and have no access to the internet or unable to follow through like i did, this is hard earned money gone in a blink. 20 Rs. from a 100, 000 customers is still a LOT of money. good job vi/s

                            I had recharged my Vodafone number [protected] for the 719rs plan
                            on 18th of july 2022, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from vi confirming the recharge but net banking showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.719 is [protected].I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

                              My international roaming is not working since 60 days and no one from Vodafone is able to resolve my issue.They are not giving me new sim.My network latching issue has been looked into by 50 People from Vodafone but no one could resolve.I am paying 528 rupees per month and they are forcing me to pay unnecessary bill as well.
                              Please resolve my issue.

                                Vodafone deducted rs 35 from my account for accessing handset games and telesync games.

                                I received these messages on 15 June 2022 and 19 July 2022 respectively. I haven't availed any such services and would like to be excluded from such unnecessary deductions in the future.

                                  I did not subscribe for telsync games but my Vodafone balance is deducted rs 10 for every 10d days once deactivate my service and refund the amount which u have deducted

                                    I an using Vodafone sim and they are charging me for some game world access which I am not aware about ane this is not first time, they did same thing last month with me and when I tried to contact customer care, I was not able to reach because they don't give chance to reach. Very bad company behaviour. I cancelled all the value addes services and subscriptions last month and today, they again did it.
                                    Please Vodafone India stop looting Indian Customers.
