Hi team,

I have noticed that for my vodaphone # [protected], my tariff plan has been changed recently without my consent. Please advise who has provided a nod for changing the plan.. If vodaphone don’t have a certain plan, ghey should atleast call and ask the customer for his consent, this is similar to bank withdrawing your money without your consent and just sending a message.

Please check and help resolving this issue, would need a reversal of amount overpaid. Complaint #[protected] is registered via customer care.

    Vodafone has applied almost 33200 rupees on my number while travelling maldives without giving any prior notice action i have international roaming pack rc 149 activated on my number so they have not send any message and directly put the charges at the end and stop my number.

    Kindly take some action against this service provider as they are fooling there own customers now.

      I, Ajay Kr Dey, have a post paid RED basis connection number [protected] & Account Number :[protected], want to state that last billing (invoice No: 20IWB[protected], Bill Period : 11.02.2019-28.02.2019) is provided wrong charges along with adding secondary number with my family plan .
      I called customer help line @198 and Kolkata office regarding problems but no solution found.
      Actually I Came to know that secondary number [protected] is not belong to my family or either known person and is added with my account by Vodafone Store ( Bardhaman-713101) where I purchased Vodafone Post Paid SIM and Activated . Mongal Singh ( Contact Number : [protected] ) added secondary number without my permission or asking /informing . He replied to adjusted billing but not done yet. Also I asked Customer support officer for help but they did not take any action against this problem.
      Secondly, In billing I am charged rupees 101.25 /- for National SMS . As per e-BILL Totally 460 National SMS sent to two numbers are : [protected] & [protected], both are unknown and 460 numbers of National SMS are not done behalf myself. Its purely wrong charges.
      In totally : Secondary Number Monthly Charge : 138.83 + National SMS Charge : 101.25 = 240.08/- excluding Taxes are wrong charges .
      I am requesting to adjustment my billing and take any hard action regarding Secondary number adding .

      I hope I will be assisted from your ends .

        I am currently having vodafone connection for the past 15+ years. I was in rs. 199/- plan and suddenly without my notifications vodafone have change my plan to 250 six months back. I raised a complaint and they have revised rs. 59 for that month. Since then i am facing the same problem and i got the revision amount everytime i raised the complaint. They assured me that the reversal amount will be along with the bill but so far nothing happened.

        I don't understand how vodafone has changed the plan without intimating the customer.

          I am using vodafone postpaid no. [protected] from last 18 years and this time its worst dealing with corporate care. “care” word should be removed as they don’t care at all they are not bothered to reply or call or look into the matter. I was traveling to singapore and asked for basic roaming pack activation which didn’t happen same day, kept following up relationship manager but had no service for one whole day, suddenly the service got activated and downloaded few whatsapp messages within few seconds and gave me no time to switch off mobile data service. For those few messages i was charged 1100 rs. Which is too much and all that happened at the time of activating services. Throughout my trip i didn’t use mobile data, one can check records. I kept writing to corporate care but all i get in back is messages to contact me shortly and resolve it but none has called up. Every time i got similar standard replies from executives seems it’s an automated reply. No one at vodafone values old customers paying bills timely.

            I am ketul patel, vodafone charged me ₹99 ir rental without any prior notification also i have not used any service when i am in international roaming.

            Regarding ₹99 ir rental as the information given by vodafone customer care executive/senior executive and vodafone website contradict each other.
            1. Senior executive said that it will be deducted when you receive international tower signal though we are not using any service.
            2.in vodofone web site they mentioned that,
            "if you are a prepaid customer
            Prepaid users can sms act ir to 144 (Toll free) (Applicable for ori, bhr, kol, rob)
            For rest of the country, ir service is preactivated & you will be charged a monthly rental of rs.99 when any of the following chargeable events are performed while on international roaming:
            1) making an outgoing call - ussd callback* or direct dial
            2) answering an incoming call
            3) sending messages
            4) using gprs"

              I am a postpaid customer and have activated a caller tune. However, there is a long marketing announcement and a tune copy request before the caller tune.

              I don't think this is ethical and would like this announcement and request to be discontinued forthwith.

              If this cannot be done Vodafone may please advise me with their reasons.

                unable to recharge my number

                I purchased vodafone number in postpaid, later migrated to prepaid, last 4months. Since then i didn't do any recharges, but now while doing recharge it

                  I have by mistake made recharge of 245 twice. As i am requesting the executive to refund me one of the amount but as per executive their is no procedure to refund the amount.
                  So then i asked will i get everything doubled ie my talktime, validity & internet pack for that they said everything cannot be doubled.
                  The amount went out from my savings account which is 490 rs but then why is it that my validity and net pack is not doubled? When i pay an amount twice i should get one refund or everything doubled

                    Regarding my previous complaint[protected],
                    you guys gave me reversal of Rs. 309.19 but i am still not going to pay the money charged on me for the next month as I tried whole month to get this reversal done or to get my number ported but no one helped. I wont give the bill of 2nd month.. The delay in resolving ths issue is on your end.. Why would i pay for it.. For getting your number ported i had to clear the charges which i wont pay and your customer care is so lazy that no one took the matter serious and this reversal has been done.. When i submitted a complaint over here.. I want my full amount to be reversed, i.e. 720... I already told your executive who called after i submitted the complaint that i am not gonna pay more then 150... You have to reverse this all.. Not only for the first month.. It went to the second month because you delayed the matter.. I was continously contacting customer care.. The delay was on your end.. I wont pay anything more then 150..thats all..

                      The complaint is for below service:

                      I think around 60 Rs of my prepaid balance is deducted on 25th February.

                      Customer care executive told me that balance is deducted through flash message. Some rubbish service is activated.

                      But I am sure that I haven't got any such flash message because I have DND service activated on my number.

                      I hope you can understand this is incorrect deduction. So please help me to credit this amount back into my prepaid account.

                      Hopping for the acceptable reply.

                      I called them multiple time but when they did not agree to revert that incorrect charges, I sent an email on [email protected]. I got a call from them but still, they did not agree to give my money back. Finally, I decided to do portability and informed them that if I will not get my money back then you will be losing a genuine customer just for RS. 60. Finally, they gave that money back to my prepaid account. By the way, Thanks to Consumer Complaint Forum to start this great service.

                      Just got a call from vodafone. They have added my legal balance back to my prepaid account.
                      But I just heard the same story of Incorrectly balance deduction through such flash message and all that from one of my friend who is also cheated by vodafone. Same on you when you people try to cheat your genuine customers.

                      BTW, Thanks for crediting my money back to my account after lots of calls and emails.

                        I am privileged customer of Vodafone for last 8+ years. Today i am v v disappointed by service of Vodafone.

                        I was in a trip to Singapore from4-10feb 2019.
                        I have been charged international roaming @500rps/day without my consent.

                        My current outstanding bill is Rps 3898

                        Vodafone customer care is saying that my international roaming pack activated on my no since june 18. I have not recievd any intimation on my no or id regarding the same.

                        I really disappointed by such behaviour of Vodafone

                        I want Vodafone senior management to look into it and come with a solution

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I have received a call from Vodafone customer support, Chandigarh Team but I could not get any positive response from the. I have explained them the whole situation that I have been charged international roaming charges(Rs500/day) on my visit to Singapore. I have told them them this charges have been added in my bill without the customer knowing that I am being charged at these rates.

                        Vodafone has charged me international roaming charges without any intimation to me and know they are saying they intimated me but they don't have a proof for intimation.

                        After receiving a call from Vodafone customer support team on 09/03/2019, they told me that they are accelerating the issue to senior level and I will be receiving a call from their senior management but as of now I have not received any call yet.
                        14 the march 2019 is the last date for bill payment for me, beyond which vodafobe idea will give me mre pain by charging late fee fine on such a big amount.

                        I request vodafone team to please come up with a positive solution berfore 14th mar 2019 so that I can pay my final adjusted bill.

                            Vodafone has charged me international charges of Rs 3000 + taxes for my visit to Singapore from 04 feb 2019 to 10 feb 2019 Vodafone charged me INR 55 per day. . I did not ask Vodafone to activate my international roamimg. By default they have international roaming activated on my number and they want me to pay the bill.I called Vodafone customer care and has also mailed to customer support center Vodafone for the same but they adamant to it and are not interested in resolving the issues.

My sim card is not showing network, i have recharged rs.200 in previous month and i have used data and call, but after one week i am not able to connect call through this sim the customer care people told to me charge atleast 20 rs, i have already recharged, but currently my sim not showing network.                                   Hi team, vodafone network is the worst in this area (Hinjewadi, pune), its sos frustrating to wait for one page to load or to send one message on watsapp. Please do something or else i will need to switch to other mobile networks.

                                  Its so slow everywhere in pune, i am having your red plan of 4g still the network is so slow. Please look into it asap or you will loose one customer from pune.

                                    My grandmother uses a vodafone prepaid in a micromax feature phone but repeatedly balance gets deducted on 06th march she was charged with ₹30 from her prepaid account for some services even their customer care executives were unable to explain. She neither reads her sms or answers unknown no. S. When i tried calling customer care executives they started talking rudely. A particular executive named sharmistha even disconnected the call when i enquired regarding the type of service which was activated.

                                      I’m govarthanan l from tiruppur district, dharapuram taluk, we have two mobile shops and there was i have all network ec recharge & sim card sales except vodafone. Vodafone distributors not supporting our shops i’ll requested many times for provide sim cards & ec recharge service but no response from distributor. So i’ll disappointed with vodafone network. Now i’ll kindly requested for providing vodafone ec recharge & sim card service for our shops.
