I had purchased a new SIM on 12th May 2022 for 2 VI numbers as I had old Vodafone SIM. I recharged IR pack on both numbers on 16th June 2022, before boarding my flight and also received confirmation that IR pack is activated, however when I landed in Toronto on 17th June 2022, for one of the number I got No Service error. The Vodafone team stated that since the Roaming option is not visible in the Mobile Data SIM applications I have to replace the SIM. I asked them to send me a new pre-activated IR SIM as I am abroad but they asked me to change the SIM by visiting Vodafone India store. Is this practically possible? There should be a way to deliver the SIM abroad as it is a fault at Vodafone Idea end. They have sold me a faulty SIM.

Please help as I am using the same number since 2005 and have all my OTP authentications on that number.

          My number [protected] with Vi got disconnected at 6.30 pm on Friday, 24.06.2022 with out any intimation to me.

          I have been contacting their call center to reactivate my number for the last three days but still not resolved.

          I visited their store in Sheshadripuram Bangalore on 25.06.2022 and they gave me a new SIM but that is also not working.

          Today I contacted their call center again but they are unable to provide any solution.

          I have been using this number for the past 20 years and now I am finding it very difficult to manage with out the phone connection.

            The Vodafone Idea did a worst job for me
            The problem is :-
            When I was sending a message to 1900 to port my sim from VI to JIO

            The message failed many times I tried up to 50 - 100 times but I didn’t any solution for that we even tried by calling to customer care the also felt helpless for my problem
            It needs to be solved quickly because I want to port my sim to jio
            It is my request for Vodafone Idea company

                Hi.
                I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But I cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.

                    Got my sim ported from jio to vi. And unable to place calls to bsnl land line. The computer operator speaks "You may not call from this number". Tried contacting customer care but operator was rude and didnt gave satisfactory answer.

                        Sir, I put the wrong pin code in my sim card lock so that my pin got locked out it's asking me for my puk code.So, I can get my puk code for [protected]

                          Vodafone Idea has charged me ₹25/- for “handset inbuilt games”. However, I use an iPhone and it does not have any handset inbuilt games.

                          Vodafone has harassed me with such nonsense billing.

                          Request a response and reversal of the billed amount.

                            In my Vi sim number I’m experiencing lot of cross talks ...whenever I make a call or someone calls me the call is being crossed over to some other person.

                                    Vodafone idea has been deducting money from my balance. Every month it deducts 7 rupees in the name of games and video services. I have never subscribed to any of these services and neither gave them any authorisation in any manner. Every now and then vodafone on their own start deducting money in the name of VAS. This is very sad that a huge company is doing scam on its customers.

                                      My VI number is fully recharged and somehow the balance is showing negative. It's a prepaid number. This is absurd on how can it go negative and now I'm unable to make calls or use data from my recharged pack of 2GB/day and unlimited calls. Cannot even call the customer care number. Pathetic.                                       I tried to reach the customer care via email as my outgoing call and data services had been cut off. In response to my email, they called me and told me that a recharge must be done to clear out the negative balance. Sure, but what was the reason for the negative balance. They didn't have any answer. I won't pay for any charges that I haven't taken any services for. This is a fraud. So, the executive said that he'll get back to me after finding the reason for the negative balance. And he never did. Instead he sent a mail saying I have to recharge to clear out the balance. But why, I have regular packs recharged, I have not used any services, then why VI has charged me. Screenshots of the conversation are attached. Personal information hidden for privacy.

                                        I had opted for international roaming for 28 days for my UK and USA trip. Though it worked in UK internationL roaming is not available in USA. It says no network. Please resolve and fix the problem. P. R. Venkataraman.
