Hello! My mobile number is [protected]. I've been using the VI Hero Unlimited data plan for a long time. They show advertisements and written content on their website about unlimited data from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. However, they never provide timely service. I complained to their customer support several times, but they never resolved the issue. This unlimited plan activated on my network around 1 a.m., which is a their plan that customers do not use late in the night. I request that the consumer forum take the required action against VI for breach of trust, misleading advertisements, and failure to provide the full service for which I paid. Thank you.
