We have been using 14 vodafone mobile connection. We lost the sim no.[protected] we gave letter to issue new sim to vodafone store erode 638001on 26.12.2018. Mr. Amarnath cell no.[protected] received the letter and issued a sim. But the sim is not activated till02.01.2019'again we approached the store and a sim has been issuedand sim no.[protected] and still it is not activated. Our concern name is hotel atrium, 382 e. V. N. Road erode 638801.

    My connection is barred since 29 th december 2018. After several complaints and visit to the nearest vodafone store, the problem is not yet solved neither there is any update from the company. Even i provided my alternate number for communication but nobody ever contacted from the other end. My mother is seriously ill and admitted in icu.in this time of crisis no steps are being taken. Please help.

    My office is located at noida sector -3. There is zero network inside our office building. No one o[censored]s getting Vodafone network. Meany o[censored]s already port no to airtel. I'm using vodafone postpaid and i'm also going to port no next month if issue will not solved.

      Its a third class service of vodafone india. Have registered a complaint almost 10 days ago regarding not receiving any incoming call/sms. But there is a standard reply from vodafone costumer care/vodafone store that it will be solved on next 4 hour. Highly irresponsible staff of vodafone. Trai should build a mechanism to get costumer feedback and should ban these third class service provider like vodafone in india.

      Outgoing service has been stopped on my vodafone number from 24th november 2018.
      Also i have received a message saying incoming will also be stopped from 4th jan 2019 unless i recharge with a certain amount.

        My Internet speed for download is 1.72 mbps and upload is 3.72 mbps timing 22.20 using Vodafone connection, this is on regular basis. Government should look into the matter. If my problem not rectified I am going to complain through press and media

          I have been charged by vodafone suddenly to the bill of 2843 rs though i am using the plan of 299 rs and subscribed to bill gurantee service on my mobile number. This is the first time happended with me that the bill amount post unlimited plan is higher than expectation. I am using vodafone since long time even after jio arrival into market, i hav never received bill more than 390 after taking 299 rs. Unlimited plan but this time bill amount crossed level.

          It is too bad for stopping validity periods, why should not provide any recharge for extending validity one year like jio prime.

          Please provide solution for this otherwise you will lose customers.

            I have corporate post paid connection in the name of State Bank of Hyderabad. I have approached your showroom at Warangal with my Head Office letter, my adhaar and pan card Xerox to change from corporate post paid to individual post paid connection. As my organization is no more.

            I have been provided with new sim Card saying it will be changed after 3 days with approval from your Head Office. and the Official was Mr. Anil Reddy (Mobile:[protected]) who has not given me any acknowledgement.
            but even after 2 months has gone nobody is responding at showroom.

            I am facing difficulty with corporate connection is 1) No bill is provided to me on my Mail or by post.2) My mail is not registering to my number 3)I could not change sim to 4g and without any information fixing the bill for Rs600 to Rs.700 every month by knowing my eligibility.
            I request you to solve my Problem as I am unable to pay the bill from last month and I have been threatening that my cibil will become adverse if I not pay the bill. You can verify I am paying the bill regulary since 5 years it means I have paid 687*60=Rs.41220/- nearly to your company.

            When I was asked for Monthly bill to pay the amount. Your showroom manager at abids center, Hyderabad asked me a Authorised letter from Head Office to get the bill. How can a per son can get the letter from his H.O. every month.

                  Sms recd from vodafone online recharge of rs.148 as follows

                  "hello! Talktime recharge of rs. 148 on 29/12/18 is successful. Talktime received rs.4.47. Gst charged rs.22.58, access fee rs.120.95. New balance is rs.4.81."

                  After talktime of 4.81 expended the automated voice assistant is saying i don't have enough balance to make calls.

                  I don't know about what is the value of access fees in return. Norhing was there in pack details of rs.148 prepaid recharge in vodafone app.

                    मैं मध्य प्रदेश जिला इंदौर का निवासी हूं मेरे वोडाफोन अकाउंट में ₹52 होने के बाद भी वोडाफोन कंपनी की तरफ से यह पॉलिसी जारी कर दी गई है कि आपको हर महीने वैलिडिटी के लिए अलग से खर्च करना ही पड़ेंगे कम से कम ₹35 का रिचार्ज कराना पड़ेगा वरना आपके अकाउंट में बैलेंस होने के बाद भी आप की आउटगोइंग बंद कर दी जाएगी मैं इससे परेशान हो गया हूं कृपया मेरी मदद करें मेरा वोडाफोन नंबर है [protected] मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस होने के बाद भी मेरी आउटगोइंग सेवाएं बंद कर दी गई हैं

                      I came to know after verifying my vodafone mobile postpaid bill that a value added pack was added to my bill for last 1 year without my knowledge.

                      Vas added : indiagames wwe zone, rappyworld

                      Vodafone has been doing this quite often to other customers as well, they need to stop this nuisance.

                      I want to get refund of all amount charged for value added services in my bill for last 1 year.

                        Vodafone have stopped my outgoing calls and text services though i have validity to my sim and despite of having enough balance i can't use my sim, which is violation of their terms of service. They can't force customer for doing recharge again inspite of having balance. This must be stopped. Please solve this problem by punishing such companies as what they are doing is against ethics.

                          Respected sir/madam
                          I am navin tiwari resident of vill-duhiya po-tarighat dist-ghazipur on behalf of family member (23) & owner of land that vodafone mobile tower is being constructed in our village duhiya. This land is belong on the name of 23 person. Without consent of these person vodafone tower installation is going on. This contract of construction of vodafone tower is given to indus tower. Indus tower office is located at lucknow run by gopal sharma. Kindly stop this installation of vodafone tower with immediate effect. If my complaint is not answerable within time then i had to complain to higher authority. I am providing you some proof of work in attach file.

                            I have 840rs in my prepaid wallet but I am unable to make outgoing calls I have called the customer care for the same they told me that you have to recharge minimum of 35rs as a validity pack that comes with 28 days validity,

                            But why should I have recharge for 35 rs as I have 840 rs as my prepaid balance,

                            Kindly start my outgoing calls as soon as possible or else refund my 84 rs as this is huge amount for me

                              I am prepaid customer of company vodaphone india m and ob number is [protected] west bengal circle other then kolkota. I had ported this while in darjeeling west bengal. Recently i purchased international roaming package of rs 3495 for 7 days by online payment on 23 dec 2018. The transaction id is psm[protected].

                              To my horror no activation could be done by me and vodaphone company sms said my international roaming is activated on 24th hence on reaching dubai on 25th my phone went dead and only wifi of hotel worked, no calls could be made and on return i am sending this complaint as no response of my mails so far by company

                                Vodafone india has charged me for isd rates where the call was never connected. They have refused to resolve the issue. They do not agree to waive the charge.

                                They have charged me for sms which were not sent from my end.

                                They have charged me for internet data when i still had 10 gb left. Pfa snapshot.

                                I have called them multiple times and was denied help stating systems were down and to call back later.

                                They have promised a call back but did not get any.

                                They have refused to give a complaints no as well.

                                They refuse to give the call to a senior.

                                Looking to take this matter ahead.

                                      No network of vodafone service provider since morning in area mumbai ghatkopar 4000086 this problem is increasing day by day, charges are highest of all network provider but service is worst... Call center people dont have authority or they dont know matter, half of them are unable to understand problem faced by consumers... They bluntly answer many times. We are really tired of their wrong billings and also and for 2 full years i was not given bill and every mont i had to collect from their kiosk and they close the complaint without resolving so when you talk to the call centre it shows resolved, but it is not resolved... So this important that unresolved issues shall not be closed with resolved status.

                                        My vodafone telecom operater block my sim services. They said that recharge with minimum 35rs monthly and monthly. But when i buy this number [protected]. They give me a life time validity then how can it expires. About ten days i read in newspaper trai said that no one can stop your service. So please take action against this complain as soon as possible and activated my sim services.
