My vodafone No. [protected], on 04.10.2018 i have recharged online of Rs. 100 around 8.45pm and i have received the message also, then next day on 05.10.2018 i saw a balance amt. it shows 0.01 ps. so i called customer care they said we refund the same amount within 30 minutes, but they didn't refund the money, so again nearly 4 to 5 times i have called and registered the complaint all executive told me to refund the money within...

I m vodafone user from long time, but first time activate 4g internet service, and from that day its been worst time for me. My prepaid account balance is being deducted automatically multiple times without my consent in the name of diffrent services activated in my mobile without any prior knowledge. I'm vodafone customer and am not satisfied with your service as today morning my balance of rupees 69 was deducted without any use and when i call to customer care (Priyanka rabale and sundar) at 198 there are sorry for refund which is really disgusting.

My brother received calls and emails from the name vodafone india and conducted interviews and then they asked for 1480 rs and he paid that.
