Last month I visited Vodafone store, I told them that this sim is my main sim and am facing network problem in this. He told me that you haven't recharged it, and you have passed your trace period also. Now there is only one option to get back your same no. You have to take postpaid connection of same number...some people told that I was cheated at store, it is plan to fulfill their targets. Actually at that time there were approx. 20 ruppee in my prepaid account. I want to get to know whether the above procedure was legal or I was cheated? And I also want to convert it back to prepaid, being a students plan of 299 is too costly for me.

    My uncle is visited brodipet vodafone store for the perpose of sim replacement. But they are given postpaid sim in the place of prepaid... My self tirupatireddy i will say to rani madam is vodafone store employee.. She is not using proper word. She is giving any respect to customer.. This way your giving training to the employees...     Since last 3 months vodafone charges me wrong charges.
    Last month they assured they wont charge unneceasary.
    But again same problem. In addition to this they charged late payment charges.
    When approached customer care they asked to port out. Ridiculous
    Pls take strict action.

    Even the nodal office is not able to solve the query have been calling vodafone customer care for many times (nodal office asked will call in 24 hrs did not call back)

      My vodafone number : [protected]
      My above given vodafone number was blocked from sending outgoing sms., when i asked customer care they said me to register with trai. I also registered my vodafone number with trai, but still i could not send outgoing sms. I didn't do any marketing with my vodafone number. I just send many message to my relatives and friends only. I assure it and u can also check my messages. Or please tell me the procedure to unblock my number. I have not used my number for any marketing or promotional or commercial purpose. My number belongs to vodafone india (Tamilnadu) network. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

      I am unable to make outgoing call to India though incoming call received from India. If i make a call to any number ( e.g. [protected] or [protected]) to India it shows that " Invalid number format (incomplete number).

        Hello

        I am Vodafone postpaid customer ([protected]) from Kolkata, currently residing in Bangalore for a new job and currently studying as well.

        On 22nd September 2018 I received a message from the Vodafone that an International service pack of 500 INR has been activated on my number.(I had never applied or requested that pack). I was terrified to see such a high amount to be charged from my account. I immediately called up the customer care executive to complain about the same.

        They suggested me to request for the deactivation of the pack and I agreed to the same. On 11:50 I received a message that the same pack has been deactivated.

        Still I called back Vodafone customer care to confirm whether the pack has been deactivated and whether I am going to be charged for the same ?

        They assured me that the pack has been deactivated and I am not going to be charged for the same.

        Later in the next month(October), I received my monthly bill for 6450 which included the International Roaming Charges of around 5700 plus gst.

        Even after calling the customer care executive several times they failed to understand the situation and clearly stated me that I have to pay the entire amount even if I haven’t received any such service.

        They very rudely refused to understand the situation and stated that even if the service was deactivated I have to pay the entire bill and there is nothing they can do about it.

        Please sir, I am a student and I can't afford such bills especially when I have not availed any such service from my end. I don’t really know whom to complain and they refused to give me any redressal support for my issue.

        Vodafone has charged me for service that I never activated in the first place and then even if it was deactivated within 15 minutes it was charged. They don’t have any definition for Deactivation. They are simply repeating what is showing in their system.

        Please help me.

          I still haven't received my refund cheque from Vodafone. They sent me an email nearly a month and a half ago saying the refund cheque has been prepared or issued and will be sent to my address within 10 business days.

          Still no signs of it. And if I call the customer care number mentioned in the email it keeps going into the prepaid section and those people cannot transfer my call to the right department.

          Vodafone IVR is the worst. And what is even worse is Vodafone keeping my money. I will lodge a formal complaint regarding this.

            On the last night of my billing cycle i still had 500mb data out of 5gb quota. After midnight i continued with internet usage (Since quota was going to refresh). And suddenly after 35 minutes one alert message popped up, 19.95mb data usage as per standard rates. I called customer care but they didn't give satisfactory response and hence i changed the plan. Vodafone did not give me alert message about cancelling the free internet quota. Just informed me after usage. After bill generation i again called customer care but they are not accepting their fault and lying that they informed me before 10 days. Now i want that rs. 119.56 charged for 20mb should be cancelled. But company is not responding positively.

              I have recharged 30 rupees from m cent recharge point but my recharge have not done and points already deducted. I want to receive my recharge balance so i request you to solve my problem. Please tell me why i cannot receive this recharge. My mobile recharge provider is vodafone. So please check and refund my recharge. Otherwish i delete this app and never use it

                Today (9th of october) i got a message from vodafone india saying that bollywood guru pack has been activated and deducted 35 rupees immediately. They didn't inform me about anything and they didn't send any confirmation about pack activation.
                They did the same thing previously and deducted nearly 120 to 130 rupees and it is harder to contact the customer care to report the issue. I want the 35 rupees refund.

                  I using the number [protected] have not subscribed for any packs. The amount has been deducted for it. I dont have any idea about these packs. I want the money restored to the balance. I have been asked to stop the services for which i haven't subscribed. This kind of activation of packs intentionally by the service provider is against ethics.

                    Hi this is subeesh nair. I am writing on behalf of my dad mr pankaj nair. My dads number is [protected] usually my dad does a 199 recharge for a month. He does this by going to a store. At times either me or my wife does it online. So what happened is my wife mamta did an online recharge of 158 and my dad got a msg stating the recharge is successful but he couldnt call anyone as the balance was still 0. I did another recharge for the amount of 149 and my dad again got a msg stating that the recharge is successful but the balance was still 0 and he couldnt make any calls. This is when i called up vodafone customer on 6th oct and told the customer service executive about the entire incident. He said dont worry the amount would be refunded into the bank accounts from where the requests were made. After hearing this i was satisfied and i decided to do another recharge of 199 and i did it for my dad expecting the other 2 amounts to be refunded. But to my dismay the previous 2 recharge amounts were i think credited to my dads prepaid balance. What the hell is this!!!
                    Why do u think we need anythg other than 199 recharge when we have free calls and enough internet and normal messages!!!
                    Plus my dad also got a message that his net pack is over!!!
                    What is all this!!!
                    We have already spent more than 500 rs for a person whose usage is minimum..
                    Its your fault that online thing wasnt working the first and the second time.
                    Its your fault when your associate lied to me by saying that the amount will be refunded..
                    Plus your ivr is not at all user friendly!!!
                    Giving the customers a run arround!!!
                    I need all my money refunded to the respective accounts.. Just need one thing to be active which is 199 plan. Dont need your apologies!!! One more time my dads number is [protected]
                    But i dont want any calls on his number!!!

                      My name kamakshi i lost my voda sim which is on my father name i transfer the sim to my name. Thn i go to the rohini vodafone care which is located near by rohini west metro station tht time they told it take 3 months to convert n i will give u the lowest plan tht time i told the person clearly tht m not using sim just bcz some reason i have to use tht so give lowest plan they told me tht time i will give the where u only have to pay 199 n something but i got the bill lst month the amt is 394 i paid tht bill tht time but when today so the current bill on vodafone app it show 594 around n 24 till today i dint use the net n call so how can they charge so much i need to close tht sim i dont want any postpaid sim

                        Iam an retailer from bandra east, mumbai our distributor is kalam enterprises, is treating other outlet in the area partially they are giving higher payout to a single outlet name (A. K mobile) for activation in such a way that they can sell 229 fr sim as low as 50
                        Which is not possible for us and they providing them with 5 promoters and placing them on other
                        Stores areas. They have been placing a vodafone promoter in front of our store when we called to tm to complaint about this he said he can't do anything about it. When i further enquired about it i came to know that they are giving him 250 per sim card as payout on a target of 500 sim card a month and they are providing the outlet with 5 promoters as the store has multiple demos registered on fake shop name. I humbly request vodafone india to look into the matter

                          My calls are being forwarding to an unknown number (which is +[protected]) without my knowledge and permission. When i tried to disable it.. It says that "Your carrier doesn't support disabling call forwarding on your number" I tried to get help from customer care but the instructions told by them are also not working and they are telling the same on calling them again and again. Please help!...

I am using to see the numbers only. Even in my phone Data connection is not working. Still even month they are sending a bill like 800 to 1500. They are saying that are using for internet.                                 So I am a user Sonakshi Gupta talking from Delhi about one of the same issues that other vodafone esteemed customers have raised earlier of getting an incessant charge in their bill which claims to have a conversation on number 51717 for some minutes over which you charge maliciously. First of all this number belongs to no network. Second of all I have not allowed any value added special service on my phone. Third of all I am charged undue ridiculous amount of Rs 2562 on it for some 184 minutes in my bill cycle of September. Fourth of all this same issue has been reported by several customers of vodafone and I think I am the latest victim of your this hoax way of getting money out of loyal customers. I am sorry but I am not going to pay a penny for the call that I HAVE NOT MADE and which is surely a FALSE claim. Lastly this number is an invalid number so its totally impossible to talk on it for 184 minutes

                                I want you to look into this matter as soon as possible and consider the fact FOR THE SAME NUMBER, '51717' other vodafone users have same complaint of being charged in totally unethical way.

                                  My mobile no. Is [protected] in the name saheli chakravarti.
                                  Yesterday on 7th october'2018 i recharged my phone with 50/= after which my balance was rs.43.85p at 11.39am.
                                  After that, vodafone sent a message that rs.35/= has been deducted from my balance for activating some gamex weekly.
                                  First of all i did not make any request to activate any such plan.
                                  I asked vodafone to deactivate it immediately as i did not make any request for such an activation. I sent sms and they said that they have deactivated the gamex.
                                  But vodafone didn't give my balance back.
                                  I want my balnce back immediately.
                                  My balance is not for stealing by vodafone. This is a public money. This is my money. Don't steal it. Give my balance back. Otherwise i will go for asking compensation.

                                    I wanted to get my postpaid connection switched to prepaid.
                                    When i visited the vodafone store located at wakdewadi, pune, i was told that complete maharastra server is down & they cannot process the request. When asked how much time it will take, they told me 10-15 mins.

                                    Next day, i again visited the store (Wakdewadi, pune) to get my postpaid connection switched to prepaid i was told to send a sms (P2p mobile number) to 199, which i did and got an sms reply saying executive would contact me soon.

                                    But i have still not got any call from any one till now.

                                      To whomever it is concerned.

                                      This is lawrence and i have 2 active [protected] & [protected] which i have been using from 2005. I had another number [protected] which i wanted to deactivate as i was not using it any longer.

                                      I had paid the whole outstanding amount of 1721/- on 9th december 2017 and had asked for deactivation. Again in the month of june my out going was barred for [protected] & [protected] and when contacted the customer care they told me that the number was not deactivated and hence i have to make the outstanding amount of 1544/- in order to release the outgoing on the other numbers.

                                      I again paid 1544/- on 13th june 2018 and i had again asked them to deactivate it at least this time for which they said it will be done and gave me a reference number[protected] for the same.

                                      On october 4th 2018, again my outgoing has been barred and when i walked in to the customer care, they say the number is still active and has not been deactivated yet.

                                      My question:
                                      1. What is so funny that vodafone is not able to deactivate the number and keeps on charging
                                      2. Who is going to pay the amounts (1721+1544) and who is gonna compensate for the loss of my business with you guys barring off my outgoing calls on my 2 numbers.

                                      Even when i walk in to the customer care office, they are not able to do anything either.

                                      Is there a way you guys can do something before i plan for changing my number to any other vendor.

                                      Hope you guys take this high priority and solve this issue asap.
