Dear sir,
I'm sofia ghosh, contact no. [protected], residing at southcity residency, tower 3 flat 32l, prince anwar shah road, near southcity mall, kolkata - 700068. I m facing tremendous network issue for the the last 1 month. Inside my flat is it showing not on registered network. I'm missing a lot of important calls due to this reason. Nobody could get in touch with me nor in case of emergency i could contact anybody. A total helpless situation. I went to vodafone care and raised a complain there. I mail to vodafone care too. But im shocked there is no response. Sometimes i get a message the vodafone people will contact me. But how?? Without network how could anybody co tact me. I need personal help where the concerned people would visit the site and solve the issue. How could any service provider ignore such an urgent issue for the last one month?? Are we only responsible for using your connection and paying monthly bill? Or some responsibilities are their from the service providers too??

Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i need to think otherwise. 1 month is long enough facing such issues

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Rs.75 was suddenly and arbitrarily deducted from my prepaid mobile.

I have been in Mumbai itself.

Reason for deduction:
DNLD_DWAP_MAC0075-015_MOBAPPCLUF_A-SM.
They are misguiding their customers when they call for any query on 198. no direct calling desk available to talk with the executive they only keep repeating all the offers and advertising.. and make all thing complicated.

    I was using vodafone network & my relationship no. Was 36138617. My mobile no. Was [protected]. By mistake i made excess payment to vodafone mobile services limited which also reflected in my last statement dated[protected] as amount due rs. (-) 2, 517.97. Thereafter i migrated to another service provider with the same mobile no. [protected]. On[protected] i received an sms stating that vodafone has processed the refund amount of rs. 2290.05 vis cheque no. 317302 for my postpaid mobile no. [protected] & i will receive the cheque within 15 working days. Today it is more than 4 months but i have not received the cheque towards refund till date. On several followups with vodafone stores at at sanghat mall, opp. Vishwakarma engineering college, visat gandhinagar road i alway get the reply to wait for few more days. I am afraid, the issued cheque which has not yet reached me will expire very soon. Request you to please help me taking appropriate action them for harassment since last four months.

      I have been using vodafone for seven years, but for the last three months i am having network issue everyday. I have been complaining ever since but no action has been taken by the concerned authority. I am not being able to get any internet (4g) connectivity no am i able to make calls properly without any call drops. I am totally frustrated giving complaints to the customer care but the service provider is not rectifying the problem faced. Whenever i am going i am not getting proper coverage or internet even though i have subscribed to the plans provided by them. The customer care people are trying to persuade me into believing that there is a problem into my handset or give some lame excuses without even launching a complain. During these days i could just make to complaints which they said it would be resolved within 7 days but the problem still exists. It's been a frustrating year with vodafone. They are the worst service provider in this region and without any technical support.

        Hi, I am Ahemad Ahemad khan and my and my vodafone number is [protected].Right now this number is inactive, and i called to the customer care and they told me that “Sir Your Vodafone number [protected] is showing that this number is inactivate due to some issue and if you want this number again then please contact your nearest vodafone ministore, and they will provide you the same number without any charge and now today i went to my nearest vodafone ministore Name-Nayak Communication, At-Machuati, Salepur, cuttack, Pin-754202, And the assistant of ministore told me that, if you pay 100 Rs then i will give you the same number’s sim.And i refused to pay this amount and suddenly he told me that i can’t give you the sim and also he did misbehave with me..As I know that i am using vodafone sim Since 2011 and my another number is [protected] it is also a vodafone number..Help me as soon as possible because the number is very important for me..Thanku Sir

            VODAFONE DISCONNCECTED/ DEACTIVATE

            I have postpaid mobile no [protected],

            But from past one week (25 August ) Vodafone barred all incoming and outgoing calls without any reason.

            My past bill history is clear and all bills paid till date. No due left for the above said mobile number.

            New bill for current month Rs 119.07 will be payable by 02 September, 2018.

            I have tried my best to sort this issue at my end.

            Complaint made at 12.49 PM on 27 AUG 18 via my twitter account to Vodafone India ( @VodafoneIN )

            @ DoT_India (Official Twitter Handle of Dept. of Telecommunications, Govt.Of India)
            @manojsinabjp (Minister of State of the Ministry of communications)
            @TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)

            No action taken by any agency till date, No relief at customer end. Still facing the issue.

            My open questions to Vodafone:

            When I am paying my bill every month properly within the due date, what is the reason to interrupt my outgoing & incoming calls?

            I am Civil Engineer claiming for the compensation for the same as due to deficiency in service from past week I suffered loss in my business all meetings was cancelled and facing mental agony.

            Kindly port my number if Vodafone is not serious about its services.

              vodafone deducted my 99 rs balance

              Last night vodafone deducted my 99rs balance. when i called from my another Vodafone number to customer care, they told that i have played a game which cost rs99. Neither i had played any kind of game online nor there was any game installed in my phone . I have recharged 396 pack which has unlimited calling and 1.4gb data per day but i did not used my daily data limit last night. Please solve my issue, cause Rs99 is a big amount.

              transfer of ownership of sim card

              Hi Team,

              I went to Vodafone store(ITPL main road, Kundanahalli, Bangalore) on 31st Aug 2018 to transfer ownership of the SIM card from my friend's name to my name.

              After spending one and half an hour time at the center( waiting in the queue, filling the forms, verification of documents and payment of advanced bill) finally the customer executive informed me that it is not possible because you are not blood related....

              Hi.

              Recently I have recharged my Vodafone number with 198/- as online it was showing 3G/4G data but after the recharge my pack is converted to 2G and the customer executive is telling that the same offer is not available on my number. Who on earth uses a 2G data in this era and how could any company discriminate customers by providing different offers on the same recharge. They are simply fooling by using false advertisments and the pack provided is not at par with industry standards. No wonder Vodafone is loosing customers coz of such pathetic and corrupt practices. I want the 4G not be reinstated on my number or else terminate my number as it is of no use to me. One more thing the customer executive is highly unprofessional they hung up on me after putting me on hold. The only word that can describe Vodafone is shameless.

                Yesterday when I checked my offer for my mobile no. [protected] by dialing *121#, it was shown that I have an offer o[censored]nlimited call facilities for 28 days by a Recharge of Rs. 109/-. I recharged my above no. accordingly but surprisingly only a talk time of Rs. 89/- (approx.) added to my account instead of the above unlimited call facilities. I called Vodafone Customer Care several times by dialing 198 from my Vodafone no. but it was not responding. After that I called Vodafone customer care again from my other Vodafone no. and that time it was responded by one Vodafone Customer Care Executive but he didn't provide any help or support to me and advised me to contact Vodafone Customer Care through their e-mail no. with a screen shot of the message that is showing "unlimited call facilities". I therefore took the video screen shot of the message that is being sent as attached

                  They don't serve proper network, and even charge more than 18% gst as applicable. I am on 399 plan and gst they have charged of Rs.100 for it. Pathetic service . I paid the bill even they ar calling to pay bill, they are not up to date with customers transactions.i just called customer car and he disconnected phone.

                      I have vodafone connection since very long. Recently I get SMS, that they renew Bollywood Buzz services. I do not want these services and I am also not know what is use of these services. Company activated "bollywood buzz" and deducted rupees 99 from my account two times on 30 july and then 29 Aug.

                      I am not using this service, and not aware of that charges.

                      Please refund this amount.

                          I have registered for DND activation with Vodafone vide Mobile No.[protected] on 23 July 2018. I received a reply stating confirmation will be sent soon but even after five weeks I have neither received confirmation nor is the DND request activated. I still get unsolicited sms messages.

                            Vodafone in my last month's bill, has charged me Rs.1736/- for seemingly making a single call to special number 51717 lasting 124 mins which i never made. Firstly i didn't even know this number existed before i called Vodafone customer care and enquired about the bill amount being so high. They were the ones who told me the number was 51717. Secondly they want me to believe i called a number i don't know and spoke for over 2 hours! When i checked about this number online i found i wasn't the only person who's faced this issue. Vodafone has charged several other people similar charges on the same number. If one types '51717 Vodafone' on Google an entire page full o[censored]rl links of similar complaints turn up. This seems to be a big scam Vodafone is pulling on unsuspecting customers. Even after raising a complaint about the issue all I have been getting as a reply is that it shows in my call log so i need to pay for it. There's not a single person from Vodafone I've interacted with so far who's seeing this as a serious lapse on the part of their network. Not only is this scary that your phone network just adds random charges to your bill and expects you to blindly pay for it but their attitude about this entire issue just seems to shun any responsibility.

                              A huge number of flash messages pop out everyday which reduces the battery backup drastically. I have tried to stop this by myself but i don't have flash option in sim toolkit - vodafone services for my moto g2 mobile.

                              I also sent sms to 1909 in the format;
                              Start dnd to stop the service. But god knows for how long and how many times they will keep charging rs. 3 from each of their customers and make a banquet out of it.

                              They should not active this service without permission because it is very annoying.

                                Hello sir/mam,
                                I've made recharge of 40 rs on 24 aug 2018 on my vodafone number [protected], i received 30.90 rs on this recharge. On 27 aug 2018, by mistake i've played a vodafone contest, 5 questions were there and on each question 5 rs were deducted, so total 25 rs got deducted from my balance on 27 aug. Remaining amount was 5.90 rs. On the same day, i've again recharged my number with 30 rs, i received rs. 22.42. Total amount on 27 aug 2018 was rs. 28.33. After that when i checked my balance on 30 aug 2018 (Today), there was re 0.01 remaining in my account. My whole balance got deducted. When i talked to customer care they told me that after your 30 rs recharge u've again played that vodafone contest. But i've not played any contest after the recharge, rs. 19.25 got deducted. They told me that u've made calls on a vodafone number 94570* on 28 and 29 aug 2018 after this deduction. I've not played any contest after my second recharge and haven't made any call on these two dates on such number. Call history on this 94570* is also not showing any incoming from my number. I am uploading images of online call history of my concerned number. Its showing that number but when i checked my call history in my phone, there was no outgoing call on this number and i've checked the incoming call history of 94570* too. It has no incoming calls from my number on these two dates. Same case was also happened earlier with me. They told me another number that time that i've made calls on that number, but i hadn't done so.
                                Please give concern on my complaint against vodafone company.

                                    I have already paid all the dues of my previous distributor airtel and the voda phone payment and also send a confirmation to the company via email and it was told to me that connection will be restored within 24 hours but it has been 26 hours but no action had been taken and now they are asking for another 3 working days. This is a clear case of consumer harassment hence i request your team to kindly take necessary action against the company so that no other consumer had to face this issue again.
