I lost my sim and report to block it.
I requested for new sim and said that i will pick up from vodafone store.
I visited vodafone store and did all the process for activation. They said it will take maximum of 4 hrs to activate it.

Today it been more than 42 hrs but by sim is not activated yet. I have called 20 times to customer care but to no use.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have been using vodafone postpaid number since 6 months. I am facing network & internet related problems since 3 months. I have made a lot of complaints regading the said matter over phone calls. Every time i was assured that it will be resolved within 7 days. It was also told me that an executive ll visit your area too. But till now not a single no one has visited & problem still persists. I am also unable to use the internet facility with the desired speed & my number have been kept with all the data which has been provided monthly in my plan. I have been paying for the bill each month without using the net.
    Kindly sort out the issue.

    we have a Vodafone prepaid number [protected] but my number's outgoing and incoming was blocked in[protected] and no resion given by customer care they are only says your number start whiten 2 hour. so please gives us resion why number is blocked and in between any miss happening doing with this no who is responsible
    I have recharged a Vodafone number of 75₹ after having a successful recharged I got o.26₹ talktime GST 11.44₹&aceess fee 63.30. why Vodafone is doing such trouble things . Please solve the problem as soon as possible. And return my talktime.

    Very bad incident I face and I lost my huge amount because of vodafone.am going to release my 16 Vodafone number to other network...
    I was deducted 99 rupees for some ultravideos pack even without subscribing for it. I want a refund of my money

      We are going to other operator because still some of the commitment is pending from vodafone.

      Network issue still persist. Mr. Malay assure us to resolve the network issue.

      If you people are not be able to resolve our telecom related problem than why you are rejected the posting request.

      Mr. Malay has misguided us every time regarding our network problem.

      Still the mom which is shared by malay in oct 17 are pending.

      Our business is suffering because of this network issues and vodafone is not serious about our problems.

      If vodafone is not capable to resolve the network issue then please release us to take services of other operator.

        Rejected reason: this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments due.

        I paid all my outstanding bills. After porting request, vodafone added some sms pack with out my knowledge and showing it as outstanding amount. When i contacted customer care they are saying its done by retention team. This is unethical and malpractice from vodafone

        Note to vodafone: there are better ways for customer retention than charging wrong bills and looting them.

        I have applied for MNP 15 days ago from Aircel to Vodafone. Till date, unable to get any network on my new voda sim as well as my old sim network has been disappeared.

        Please resolve this at earliest.
        I have received one nano SIM for my new mobile phone, however the said SIM not activated even after 7 days. Please activate my SIM at the earliest please. Thanks

          I am resident of house no 390, new mata gujri enclave, our beside plot no 389, is vacant, and street people throw out their garbage on this plot. The new construction houses throw their wastage here only, because of this its height from the floor is now around 5 feet. Its not safe for our house. I request you to clean or approach the vacant plot owner so that they can take necessary action on this.

          I recharge my vodafone no with rs 401. That was an offer on my number for 84 gb data for 84 days 100 sms per day and unlimited calling.
          But they gave me the talktime of rs 339. I need my data pack or else return my money.
          I will port my number with jio. Jio's services is better than voda

          On recharge of MRP Rs.37, access fee is charged for rs. 30.64. I wonder what is this. Why Vodafone is charging access fee?
          It's really cheating on part of Vodafone. I will go to consumer court for the same if it is not resolved asap.

          Deduction of 5rs daily since thtee days consecutively is happening on my vodafone gujarat number..

            Even after clearing all my mobile bills vodafone added one more pack after portability request without my knowledge and showing it as pending payment.
            When contacted customer care they said its done by retention team. This is pure malpractice and wrong from vodafone.

            Note to vodafone: please find better ways to retain customers than cheating them with wrong bills

              Dear sir, i have a complaints against vodafone mini store sector 18 noida with the staff name pranav, i have loss my sim, more than 2 to 3 times i have submitted my document to mini store but that gys are very irresponsible and disgusting nature still my sim is not activated, i request you please consider my complaints against mini store employed sector 18 noida, rakesh was head of the employed.                 Hello
                I had ported my vodafone postpaid [protected] to prepaid on 12th march 12:45 pm and vodafone executive said it will be converted to prepaid within 24 to 48 hours. Next day 13th march till 10 pm my number was not converted to prepaid. I called so many times to customer care and they said there shouldn't be any issue to call televerification from abroad. I landed abroad on 14th and my prepaid activated on 15th march. As now i am not able to verify my number from abroad they said it will be deactivated within 30 days. Vodafone kindly help me to activate my number as i am here for long-term.

                  Sim got activated but getting no service. So can't able to register to any other networks
                  I reached customer care for 4 to 5 times. Every time i'm getting the same response that issue will be resolved within 30 minutes but still the issue is not resolved.
                  The customer service is very poor.
                  I am not happy with the vodafone services.

                    In my march-2018 m-bill, vodafone company has charged rs.20-00 twice on 10-03-18 and again[protected] in the name of vas charges for rozgar_sevs_ppu_10 which is neither requested nor operated by me. I have never either requested nor operated any type of vas services. Company may take notice of these wrong charges at the earliest and withdraw the same well before the last date otherwise i have to port my all 4 m-connections with complaint to dot.

                        I stay in kolkata. Want to port my aircel number to vodafone. But the vodfone outlet in girish park kolkata are not helping me and all the time they are making new stories first they were saying my porting number is incorrect and tried to sell me a postpaid connection when i said i dont want it they said they cannot help me. After few days they are saying my request for port has been generated and i will receive the sim in one week.
                        Now they are again saying that my porting number is incorrect.
                        They are haressing me from last one month.

                            The vodafone recharge pack of Rs 199/- which gives "Unlimited* local, STD, Roaming calls &100 SMS/day within India with 1.4GB 4G/3G per day for 28 days" is not working.

                            Details:-

                            Time of recharge: 5:34 pm, 02/04/2018

                            The amount of money (199 rs) has been duly deducted but the package never started and the money hasn't been refunded as well

                            So kindly refund immediately the amount of money deducted or activate the package duly mentioned. This is not expected from vodafone to con its customers by offering non-working packages and/or delaying refund issues.

                                Vodafone is harassing me by calling me at least 50 times a day for Number port. i told them i am not interest . but they keep calling me and when i say i dont want sometime they argument. even they also call on national holidays.
                                even my DND is registered with Airtel but i think vodafone does not understand about Dnd.
                                Pls take appropriate action against Vodafone.

                                  I'm complaining about the cellular network company Vodafone India.

                                  I'm not getting 4G network coverage in my area and I'm just getting 2G & 3G network.

                                  Internet speed is not good due to the 3G network.

                                  Vodafone customer care is not giving proper solution, they are just telling to select 4G network in Voice & Data option on my iPhone SE.

                                  When I selected 4G network in Voice & Data option on my iPhone SE, I just got 3G network symbol, but not 4G network symbol.

                                  I am currently living in Latur, Maharashtra where there are great availability of 4G network [Jio, Idea, Airtel, Vodafone].

I have a urgency to call plz take strict action now.. If this is going to happen then i been advuce to change my card from voda to jio it provide best offers among though..                                       From oct 2017, had been contacting vodafone to solve 3 issues on my connection:
                                      1. Debar incoming calls
                                      2. Activate outgoing messages
                                      3. Activate incoming messages

                                      In addition to contacting customer service, i visited vodafone service centre few times where i was initially asked to remove the incoming call barr on my own from the hand set, but later promised that if i changed the sim, they would "refresh"it and i would get the issues resolved. I got a new sim, but issue remained same. As the only service active was outgoing calls, i stopped using this number completely from december 2017. Everytime i contacted vodafone, i got the same reply all the time, but from different officers and no one could resolve the issue as according to their "system"" everything is working fine.
                                      However, vodafone, came up with unpaid bills for december, jan 18, feb 18, march 18 which they waived off partially after i explained the issues. Now i have given them an offer to resolve the issue first give me a working sim card, then i shall consider resuming with vodafone and clear 1 month pay of nov-dec, if at all. Its a pain to be using vodafone

                                      cant say about other networks, but folks if you are planning to take a new connection, then think twice about this company, especially, post paid service.

                                        Im recharging my vodagone number : [protected] using my kotak bank account. Then i received a message from vodafone

                                        Your request to recharge 198 inr cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is onr[protected].

                                        The amount debited from my account. Why this type of error happened?? How can i solve this problem and credit amount back to me??
