Dear sir,
Vodafone provided me wrong bill and already i escalleted this issue so many tyms and company executive told me that they will take care about it. Also i have the call recording. Still nw no resolution. If within 24 hrs if i will not getting any resolution i will go to the consumer court. Let u clear 1 thing i m enrolling 16 numbers with this company. So its not a small issue.

    We had corporate plan of airtel which we opted to port out and took the connection of vodafone and all papers were submitted along with port out request and all pending bills were paid of airtel as vodafone team asked. Vodafone had promised to hand over sim card 5 days prior which of porting out and all our phone were deactivated even before receiving the simcard and we were handicapped for entire day hence we need stern action to be taken against vodfone.

      My reliance choice no [protected] is not working since 3rd november and even the portability in any other mobile company is not accepted. Even after a lot of writing i could come out of this problem. On suggestion from a retailer i tried to recharge my no through all companies and to my surprise my no is getting recharged undress vodafone which made me stunned. Is it hacking the no?? Or transfer of my no to some other person as i had paid a handsome amount for it. Please help

          I have got a message on my phone number [protected] from vodafone saying that, if you recharge with 401rsyou will get unlimited calls +1gb 3g/4gdata for 70 days even in "roaming" on 07/12/2017.
          Since my sim belongs to kerala state and i am living in pune i have done the recharge but i am not getting the unlimited call service as it is mentioned in the message even in "roaming". Whenever i make calls they are deducting from my main balance. I have made calls multiple times to customer care they are telling some network issues & it will be solved soon, i have even called nodal office at kerala. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

              A man frauded my mother claiming himself to be the sbi manager and performed an unthorised transaction of rs. 19990 from her account to mpesa wallet on 10-11-17 after 16:00 hrs, ist.
              Inspite of mailing the customer support of vodafone for over 10 times, got no response from them.
              Please, look this issue on priority.
              Suggest, whom can we seek help from.

              A man claiming himself to be the bank manager of sbi frauded my father.

              Inr. 19990 was trasferred to mpesa, 9999 to ola on 10-12-17 after 16:00 hrs from her sbi account.

              But, inspite of sending many mails to the customer care of the respective compamies, we are not getting any reply for them.

              Please, help. Please, suggest how to get in touch with them. And how to recover the lost amount.

              A man claiming himself to be the Bank Manager of SBI frauded my mother and transferred INR. 19990 from her SBI Account to a certain MPESA Wallet on[protected], after 16:00 hrs.
              Inspite of repeatedly mailing the Customer Care, receiving no response from them.
              Please, help.

                Hi,

                I don't believe how Vodafone doing this kind of things, without sending any international SMS, they were charging for that. In my bill, it showing that I sent international SMS on this no (#[protected]. But I am confident that I didn't send any international SMS and I also crossed check my mobile also. In my mobile, i didn't find any SMS sent on that no.

                On this issue, I discussed with Vodafone customer care, but they were saying there bill is correct. So finally I decided to discontinue the Vodafone service. For that, I already placed the request for discontinuing service.

                I request Vodafone, please take this issue as seriously and resolve it asap if you want to make the customer happy.

                    Madam/sir,
                    I accepting the link available at my vodafone sim for the offer 30p per minute for 56 days by charging rs.32 and got 5 times debit and my balance in negative i. E. Dr. Rs.113/-. I contacted over phone with service centre from that date i. E. 01/11/2017 and ensured by them that your problem would be resolved shortly. But lastly i went to service centre at vashi which is situated near rly station vashi and my problem heard at counter no. A (My queue no.259) and told by them such type of problem would be sorted only by charging the excess amt. Of this negative balance. This loss would be beared by you. I ask simply that when i will recharge with excess amount than the facility of 30p per minute is provided me upto 5 times of 56 days i. E. 280 days. Then she replied in negative form. I again asked him this problem is due to your software lackness and this problem should be resolved at your end. If in future such type of debit amount may be raised and every time i will bear such loss again and again and also told her that this will better to us to switch in any other service provider. After hearing my thought she told me you are free to switch any other service provider. This problem will not sort out at our end.
                    We wish to continue with you but such type of services compel me to get any other better istitution.

                      I am using vodafone postpaid last 10 months they activate vas then called to customer care to deactivate vas and they no service in account .but amount will increasing and icalled every day same answer only repeat no step can be taken for that but bill amt will generated for this readon i can not paid bill they put illegal against me after manager called me they pay 1000 rs i pay that amout after they call pay 2674 rs i said why ipay this much amount they that for using mobie they cancel my mobile number [protected] but bill is generating pls take action for that

                          Worst service given to customer by vodafone executives of vodafone care center... Which is situated in trimurti pavan nagar road, cidco, new nasik, 422008.
                          The employees name mehul who is not treat to customer helpfully... He has not sense about talking.. And every time there is a problem for system.. Very slow process of work... Customer face lots of problem and executive don't helps much.. He never think about customer age.

                            I received a sms saying if i charge with rs. 29 before 7th dec i would be getting a data pack of 500 mb. I did the recharge on 6th dec, but i received only 150 mb as per regular package. When will be the rest of 350 mb be added to my data pack.

                              I did recharge of 509 rupees on as per your prepaid plan 84 days free calling & 4g/3g per day, but i received message of 2g service. So i called customer care about this fraud and reply back to company with message received from company. But still i didn't receive single call from company to correct my plan, so now please take this complaint seriously other wise there are many different ways to compensate for this lose.

                                As per the notice i had received from vodafone.. They had requested me to contact a person called biswanath whose contact number is ‭[protected]‬.. Upon calling he is using vulgar language and abusing me.. I have lodged a complaint against vodafone and will make sure min of 20 vodafone numbers related to my family and friends are ported by the next bill cycle

                                  My local outgoing calls are being charged 3 times the usual charges since few months without any notice. On contacting, customer executive registered complaint and said extra cut balance will be refunded in 24 hours and in future normal call rate will be applied. I didn't receive any balance, called them again and they said it will be processed in 48 hours.
                                  It has been 5 days already and i did not receive any amount back. They did not even give me the request id even after multiple requests. My call rates are still high. Also they barred my number from connecting to customer executive so i am not able to speak to them anymore.
                                  This is highly unethical behaviour.

                                    Had activated a i_roam international pack for 10 days after payment of fees for roaming in israel which was fees was received & acknowledged by the company. Inspite of information carried on the company website listing israel as one of the countries, the customer service representatives denied the same & applied standard roaming charges.
                                    Bill for november 2017 in dispute remains unpaid.

                                        When i saw my call rate charge it's automatically increase 1 to 1.32 without any attention to me. For this issue i called customer care in gujarat and first time pickup called by "manshi" and i asked my call rate to her and told me your rate charge is 1:00 rs and i asked to her what will be charge for 0:00:48, she told me 1:00rs so i asked to her please check in your system and she checked her system and charge was 1.0560 so i raised issue and she cut down my phone.

                                        Once again i called in customer care and pickup called by "vikaram chauhan", i don't know who is he but his answer very rude and he told me your rate charges 1.32 and company didn't send any notification sms for increase charges.
