I mrugesh prajapati do hereby complain that i am holding my vodafone number from last 5 years with postpaid connection with current plan of rs.590/- including gst and i have paid my all bills up to september-17 of rs.700/- with late fees also because i am working as legal professional and handling compliance and affairs of my client and sometime i forget to pay bill that i accept. But the thing is i am facing problem during calling like if i call someone the first call will blank without hearing any voice that will cover call charge and the second call will with clear voice it is also covered charge. Moreover company always cut my connection whenever i need for my business call and i am always making payment with late fees because i feel that company's service is good even they are charging more then others, now i feel that i am fool.

    Hi, am rahul, i lost my sim and tried to get duplicate, but they required aadhar card and i went with aadhar but my thump impression is nmot accepting. I went to akshaya center, it will take some time, is there having other solution to get duplicate sim, am ready ready to submit, 10th, aadhar card, licenece. Even if we call customer its not possible to coinnect, they have removed access to connect with customer, because they give back my 42 rs, they they have taken withme... I dont wot kind of servise they are providing,..

      What happened to my complains???
      As per my earlier complains, you have given maximum time that is 20th oct'2017 to improve your network services.
      I cant wait so more. Why should i corporate if i have been billed for 4g services and getting only 1g services or less than?

      Give me in writing if you are unable to provide me the services. What does it mean we are improving? How long it will take. I have already given you 4 months.

      If not able to provide services than from this week onwards than give me in writing. Will see after that.

        I am a vodafone cutomer my number is [protected]. I recharge my number with 396 rs for unlimited call and data but its totally waste for me. I cant even start my watsapp which take too much low load to open. Then how can i for the heavy site. I got 1 gb 4g data daily but its waste for me

            I wanted to port my reliance number to vodafone. When i called the toll free number they are transferring it to post paid department. They are not providing any information regarding prepaid plans.

            This happened three times.

            In the vodafone stores also they are refusing to port to prepaid plans. Trai should look into unethical practices of vodafone.

              I am using your prepaid mobile sim card no [protected] from so many years. Yesterday i recharged my mobile for re.263 (250for recharge+13for credit). I am sorry to say that your company converted this amount into re. 296 internet pack without my permission. Not only this again i recharged my mobile for re. 100 and they deducted some amount for bollywood gossip for which i did not ask. Please correct your mistake otherwise i will be left with no option except to go to court.

                Today i went to vodafone store which is located in akota, vadodara, gujarat. Our ticket no. Was 326. But found that only 2 representatives were present there. On asking if the person on the bill counter can take the bills & process for disconnection, the answer was that i have to wait till the ticket no. Comes, that also in a very rude tone. There were many customers waiting since long & no 1 was answering them correctly. Also there is no proper waiting area. It seemed that i have entered into a govt. Office where no one wants to work.

                  I received an automated call from vodafone number [protected] on 2/11/2017 at 10:37am. The call was regarding caller tunes selection from the songs they played. At the end of call without pressing button they activated a caller tune and deducted rs 30 from my main balance. I immediately deactivated the caller tune and called customer care to refund the amount but they refused to take the complaint and said that i pressed the button and activated the caller tune. As a proof i have all the call recordings where their is no sound of pressing the button

                      I took below mentioned vodafone data connection from one of the vodafone stores in pune. The agent who gave me the connection told that the data card is already recharged for three months and after that i have to recharge it for further uses. I did not feel the need of internet connection so i did not recharge. Now i am getting calls and notice that i have due amount with vodafone. I am not even knowing that this is a post paid connection. The agent told me this is a prepaid connection. I am sure this is a spam email that i am getting from this amit. [protected]@vodafone.com.                         On 8th nov around 5 pm vodafone retailer prashanta mondol made a call to the vodafone retailer helpline from his no [protected]. He provided the executive my no [protected] and asked him to check if i am eligible for any 4g data plan of per day 1 gb valid for more than 1 month. The helpline guy confirmed that i can avail the offer o[censored]nlimited calling and 1gb/day 4g data plan for 84 days in just 399 inr. He even confirmed once more whether i am owning a 4g handset or not. Entire conversation was done in speaker so i have heard every bit of that. So i asked my retailer to do that recharge for me and paid him 405 inr including his commission. Within a few moment got the message as recharge of inr 399 successful with all the detailed breakup of that pack.
                        But after some time i was given the benefit of only 3 gb 2g data valid for 30 days only for that recharge!!!
                        So instead of 4g for 84 days i was given only 2g for 30 days and no calling plan was included in it. I am getting charged for each n every call from my main balance only.
                        As my previous plan was valid for another day so the retailer suggested me to wait and check the same on next day only. But on 10th nov. Also there was no improvement for that. So i have reported the customer helpline no [protected] and vodafone complaint only no 198 several times in between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Each and every time they keep on saying we don't have nay plan like that and different guys have provided me different excuses as following:
                        1. That offer is for 396 inr not for 399 inr.
                        2. That offer is for wb sim whereas i am having kolkata sim card so not valid for me.
                        3. That offer is for postpaid plans not for prepaid.
                        Then i asked them how that plan was informed to me even after checking with my number and i forced them to check the recording on 8th nov evening, they denied to do that and finally after severe arguments they told me to transfer that call to their senior but kept me in hold for near about half an hour.
                        In the mean time the retailer guy also contacted to their helpline for several times. There also he used to face the same denial but ultimately at the end one of the executive confirmed that wrong information was provided by retailer helpline no on 8th nov evening, but they have no means to compensate me.
                        Now my question is for inr 399 i have given only 3gb data that is even in a speed of 2g which is of no use to me. Most of the time network signals are vanished that is might be because of i have a 4g sim in a 4g handset. Moreover, for each and every call deductions are being done from my main balance. Whereas i was promised to get a 4g data plan with unlimited calling. This was the mistake of the retailer helpline guy then why i am being suffered for that. If service providers can't employ we trained and informative employees at their helpline numbers then what is the use of it and why consumer is going to face loss for them???

                          Dis is pooja, living in gurgaon, was using reliance number. Few weeks back, i got call from voda people to port the number to vodafone. I got trapped n paid d amount which was asked. It took two weeks to activate my number, nd i didn't asked for postpaid number... Without my consent, my number got ported to postpaid one.. I ws told i'l b having unlimited incoming n outgoing calls. Need clarification on this.. Customer service disconnects d call... Person frm verification deptt came.. I tried complaining him but he denied saying its nt his work n went. Deactivate my number... N m spreading dis to evryone... To close vodafone service

                            I couldn't send msgs from my mobile number [protected]. i called customer care and they asked me to change my sms center number as [protected] when i tried to update it in my iphone, it shows setting failed.please kindly resolve the issue.
                            Phone number [protected] is upgraded on 05 Nov 2017. I am using it in 4G supported handset slot 1. till now free data is not received which is promised to give while upgrade.
                            This is such a pathetic service from Vodafone- They are not bothered enough to respond to my complaint raised on 14 it's 11 days passed- It been a very bad experience being with Vodaphone for more than 10 years- I think it times to move on to another network.

                              I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But I cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.

                                  My international roaming planning has been activated since 11 november and i have reached china yesterday after noon since then twice i have been in touch with customer care that my out going is not working on rs5000 rental plan but the issue stands unresolved. Kindly do the needful as what is the point me paying such large amount and not getting service. I am here for work and can’t keep calling customer care for this. The resolution given to me is useless [protected] is my number

                                    I can not talk to conference call and can not use Internet speed is very poor and I can not talk to customer care executive. Very time try to talk customer care but not happen.
                                    I link my adhar no. to my sim but after two days my sim outgoing is gets closed.When i go to vodafone store they said me there is problem in your in phone, but when check my phone there is no problem in my phone.

                                      Please deactivate my postpaid number: [protected].
                                      I had applied for prepaid number by the same number.
                                      The vodafone gallery people told me that it will get activated within 3 days.
                                      They have still not activated the prepaid card.
                                      I wasted 2 hours in the line at the gallery.
                                      Vodafone people have called me thrice. But i want to now deactivate it.
                                      Please deactivate this number.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The network of Vodafone is very bad the range automatically goes ani come back it goes on repeting I m very tired of it
                                      We have scratched the card hardly so I lost my pincode so please send me the pincode to my mail [protected]@gmail.com and my serial number is 36564547

                                        This is regarding my two previous complaints regarding vodafone refusing to change ownership of prepaid number which is in my name to my wife's name (She has been using it since last several yaears) since this number has to be linked with aadhar.
                                        We have visited the store 3 times but the issue is still unresolved. They are insisting to change to postpaid for 3 months and then to change back to prepaid. What can be done to get this simple thing resolved.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
