Sir i would like under your consideration my issue of being charged rupees 1260 on account of vip calls at an number newer being dialed by me the number is 571717 for the same i contacted customer care [protected] but was surprised by attitude of team manager at vodafone cust care satyendra tomar after a long discussion he said hes giving me complaint no but then declined towards the same when asked about senior contacts he refused it seemed...

I have been charged extra amount twice for wrong billing and after complaining they are saying that you have used these services and you have been charges for it, in the 1st issue i ignored it and paid the amount but they have repeated it again, they say i have been charged for roaming whereas i haven;t went outside
My place since past 1 month, they have also said that i have send international messages but i haven't send any still they are not listening to my complain and pushing all charges on me and forcing me to pay that charges.
These company thinks that who's going to check the bills even if they charge extra also they have thought that common man cannot reach till them as they have huge networks but please remember your company is in the top position only because of common peoples, keep this in your mind vodafone...

    I stay in shiv om tower, chandivali, mumbai.in our flat/building there is very less range, because of which the call gets drop frequently and half of the time, we could even hear properly what the other person is trying to speak. Please set up new tower near our area, so that people residing in our building may use vodafone network with ease. Being in metro city like mumbai and having very low network for years is very tiring and irritating, so please expedite this matter and try to get some us really good network.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Still no response from Vodafone :(

      I was lied by vodafone staff that i would be getting 20gb data for the first 6 months and 10gb data lifetime. However after signing up i find that im getting only 15gb data. After following up with them continously on this matter, i have now been informed that i cannot get 20gb data on my plan. This after following up with them continously. So now im stuck with them for 3 months. I have been properly lied to at all levels including the vodafone verification cell. I was so happy with the plan that i got both mine n my father's number shifted to vodafone only to find out that i was completely fooled!

        I am siddharth from lucknow, up and i have used two vodafone numbers, [protected] & [protected], for two years almost. I mailed in july 2017 to close both these numbers and made excess payment in [protected] against the bills. I received the final bills in august of 1003/- in [protected] and extra payment of 2172/- in [protected] exclusive of security deposit of rs 500/-. I have attached the images of bills and other details.

        Till date i have sent several reminder mails and several telephonic conversations regarding the deactivation of both these numbers with bill of [protected] to be cleared from the excess payment in the other number. However, till date in october, i am receiving monthly bills and they are putting late payment charges each month. They have not yet closed the number. This month for september bill, they have sent me bill charging 1503/- for [protected] and they have charged 118/- on [protected] by activating the number for two days in september without telling me.

        I have attached july bills, sept bills, emails, for your verification. Kindly do justice and ask them to close the numbers and give me noc without charging any penalty for late payment as i had made all payments in advance and the delay has been entirely from their end even after several mail reminders and telephonic conversations.

        they have not resolved it at all. They have instead sent me legal notice to make payment. the delay and fault is entirely from their side, yet they force me to bear all penalty charges.

        please find attached the mail i received today regarding refund amount. as you can see, they are paying Rs 382.08/- after deducting 117.9/- for some dues from Rs 500/- security deposit. This is very much unfair as i have made no use of the number at all since my last payment of excess amount of Rs 2172/-. if there were any dues, it would have cleared at that point of time.

        Also, i would like to mention that they are not refunding the excess amount of 2172/-. nor are they adjusting it with the other number. As per provided bill at the time of payment and bill generation for july, the vodafone company had Rs. 2672/- total of my money extra in [protected] and i had to pay 1003/- for [protected]. It is clear that they should refund me 1669/- without any deductions. I have made absolutely no use of either number since the night of July 31. All delay has been from Vodafone's side in adjusting my bills since then even after continuous mails and several phone calls. Therefore, there should be absolutely no charges levied on me at all.

        Kindly ask them to refund my 1669/- complete without any deductions.

        Today i have received a legal notice from their side forcing me to pay 1504/- for [protected]. This is an incorrect action to take. They have excess money. yet they demand more instead of adjusting me. If i make this payment, then vodafone should payment back the entire excess amount they have for [protected], i.e., Rs 2672/-. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. I do not want to be harassed any more by them for making payment when they already have all the extra money.

        Till date, no refund has been made against my complaint. I am heavily disappointed to see that Vodafone is not acting even after the consumer complaint i have filed here.

          On behalf of my village-benipur, post - barera, bisalpur dist-pilibhit, (Up) i am trying to make complaint regarding very poor network coverage in my village. There is one tower approx 4 km away from my village. But we villagers unable to get proper network. Even from last one month in phone coming like emergency services. We are unable to make a single call.

          Please help us.

            We are 75 or more vodafone mobile holder at bakrol-bujrang nr. Kujad ahmedabad indore highway... And we have mobile network problem at my location i have many complain by phone, social network and email but no response from vodafone... Due to network problem all incoming and outgoing call drops problem... Temporary we are using jio but we want vodafone so please resolve network issue as early as possible... Hope quick response...

I gave a complaint in customer care they said i have to register in trai as a telemarketer but iam not a telemarketer i usually send an sms only to my well known friends.                     I upgraded my sim to 4g at my home town mathura up. I was told it will get activated within a week. I called the person name pn singh - [protected]. He said number will be active. It's been a month. My documents are still pending and number inactive. What a hell vodafone is harrasment customers by giving defective sim cards. I am away from home because of work. Cannot call my old parents, cannot do bank work as my number is registered with bank. But ship. I regret for being a guy customer for 8 years postpaid.

                    Very difficulty in hearing on call as voice is interrupted and unclear..plus no 3g network properly working at my home.i am using vodafone for more than 10 yrs and problem is same as before no improvement is seen. Plan to change to other company finally. less than half signal strength is caught by mobile.kindly urgently do needful.

                          Iam unable to send messages from my vodafone sim from many days. I recently called customer care and they told me that they blocked sms from my sim for bulk sending. I have never used my sim for commercial messages. I have sent only to my friends and family. They asked me to register in trai website and i registered. Still, iam unable to send messages. Please give me proper procedure to activate my outgoing messages again.

                            I m shocked to see that i had gone abroad 18 months back after paying all dues n closing my previous visa number [protected] at south extn delhi voda center in march 2016. I kept two numbers [protected] n [protected] alive so that wen i come to india for 7-10 days every six months i may use them. I m regularly paying for these numbers. But wen i came to india this time on sept 25 shockingly voda closed my number claiming i had not paid dues of [protected]. Also visa heavily overcharged me approx rs 800 pm for several months on [protected] despite the number not being used. Despite my requests to start my numbers voda is refusing n asking me to produce receipts of 18 months old final closing of old number. I have decided that never again in life i will have a visa number. If my numbers are not started in 24 hours without problem i will surrender them n make sure that no one in my office keeps a voda number. Can't write much but i m shocked at such an unethical unprofessional n cheating behaviour o[censored]r company. I m sure u will still find a reason to deny me my rights as consumer n i have no time to reach u a lesson by taking u to a court. Trust me u try this in us n see wat happens to u. Thank u for all the trouble u have to an 8 year consume. Incidentally i have already ported all my family numbers to airtel n i will surely take another number if my problem is not resolved in 24 hours.

                                  I have been using my vodafone no since 25 yrs with postpaid connection. Now i am retired and want a reasonable plan, as my bill comes too high. I requested them to change my plan to 199 rs, which offers 600 mins. But they denied, according to them its not available now. I told him i want to port my no in that case. The customer care happily told the procedure to port my no.

                                  Today vodafone is running good in the telecom industry, that is the reason they don't bother at all to retain the customer. Its so much surprising, a old customer is not even valued.

                                    I have done a recharge rs26 via amazon pay for mobile no. [protected].
                                    In return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs 26 on 30/09/17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs0.08, gst rs3.97, accessfee rs21.95, new bal rs3.08. Transid onr[protected]. Dial *111# for a/c info.." now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the gst of rs.4, why was additional amount of rs.22 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee".
                                    This is a small amount but last time when i recharged for 100 from paytm that time too it deducted 3/4th of amount (Around 87).
                                    Plz return my money and explain me on what basis vodafone deducted this??

                                    I have the same complaint. I got a recharge of Rs 55 and an access fee of about 45.54 was deducted, excluding the GST. I was unaware about being charged falsely in the same way in past. Kindly make a note of the aforementioned, and solve the problem; else I feel I will be forced to change the service to customer friendly network company.
