I have applied for deactivation of post paid mobile [protected] connection on 21/07/2017 from my registered email id and paid all bill amount till 21/07/2017 and i got reply from customer correspondent (Reference number[protected] that i will not be charged any amount from 21/07/2017 onwards and my deactivation will be processed soon.
Attaching all the mail communication along with this complaint.
Vodafone maharashtra is now asking me to pay bill generated after 21/07/2017 to till date as they haven't yet deactivated my post paid mobile connection and keep on generating bill month by month.
Solution: please deactivate mobile ([protected]) post paid connection and don't charge me any amount generated after 21/07/2017.

I have already cancelled this number with following reference number[protected] and also paid all the remaining bill then how did you generated another bill???
I am fed up with vodafone, thinking to port all my numbers to another provider.

Updated by aamol.mane There are two reference number replied to my first deactivation mail Reference number[protected] and[protected], Don't know which one is correct and why they generated two reference number.
