I have receive one sms but i am not send any only the sms received on my mobile but amount is debited my main account. When i am receive the type of sms followed by

Vm-vsipay

Sorry! Yourpayment request of rs.10.00 for fortumo payments through mobile on[protected]:42 am has failed due to low balance. Please contact [protected]@163.com for any further queries.

But i don't know what is this and what kind of service this sms i am receive my main balance is debited for the reason of sms sending but i cannot send sms only receive that type sms.

The vodafone customer service officer ms. Shyamala and mr. Santhosh and so on can't resolve my problem.
So vodafone is a very bad customer service and it's a fraud network

    Hi,

    Subsequent to several discussions with your competent authorities (Mr anirban dasgupta, [protected], mr sourav, [protected], mr s roy chowdhury, sambit. [protected]@vodafone.com) to settle my billing issue, they have not acted enough to resolve the impasse, while they kept me assured that the matter has been taken up at the highest level for resolution. This has been going on for about 2 years now. On the other side, they have kept incoming and outgoing facilities on the number open and uninterrupted for couple of months now so that i don't make a noise. Such an attitude on your part is escalating my exposure/ risk in further usage, leading to an inflated and irrational bill that i am unlikely to pay and so i propose to terminate the service permanently. Please note that mr sourav came forward in april'17 to finalize the pending payment but discontinued his efforts soon.

      Dear vodafone team,
      I would like to tell you that i have been using this number [protected] (As a corporate postpaid number) from more than last three years. But if we consider it in present (After converting it to prepaid), the service is very poor and unsatisfactory. I would like to brief you that firstly your vodafone store executives (In batala store) simply refused to convert this number from postpaid to prepaid. But somehow it was finally converted into prepaid after so many arguments and discussions through e-mails. But the harassment has not stopped there.
      After that, it was not so easy to activate the number. I have visited three times (Vodafone store, batala) and submitted the documents three times required for activation of the number. After my third visit, my number was successfully activated and i thought my struggle has been finished. I have recharged my number with frc recharge of rs. 375.00 (Transaction id - pbh[protected]) and a talk-time recharge of rs. 10.00 (Transaction id - pbh[protected]) from one retailer (Shopkeeper) on 9th september, 2017. It worked only for two days and on the third day, all the services have been barred on this number by your company. The reason mentioned (In sms received on phone) was non-submission of documents. Please note down that i have submitted the documents thrice in your batala store whenever they demanded after which my number was activated.
      The harassment still not ended as i came to know that the number needs the reactivation from the very first step when i visited the vodafone store batala on 14th september, 2017. For this activation i have to wait for 2-3 days.
      Finally my number got activated by your executives in batala store on 18th september, 2017. But now i came to know that i have to get my number again recharge as frc after which i will be able to make any outgoing calls or use mobile data services. I have told them that i have recharged my number with rs. 375 and rs. 10 recharge earlier. They simply replied that the previous recharge will not work and i have to recharge again firstly with a frc and then other recharges as per requirement. I have requested them a lot but it was all in vain.
      My question is that is it fair whatever you are doing with me?? I am also a job employed person and my job suffers a lot whenever i have to visit your store. I have visited your store almost five times due to inconvenience provided by you and every time i have to take a leave from my senior for half day for which my salary will be deducted. One time half-day deduction is approximately rs. 300.00.
      So overall my loss is rs. 1500 (Half day leave deductions five times) + rs. 385 (Recharge done when the number was activated first) which is equal to rs. 1885.00. Also it completely wasted my time, money and this overall process completely harassed me. I completely feel that i have done my biggest mistake of my life by using services of your company by paying it in advance. I will never prefer anybody in my life to use the vodafone connection.

        I m sudeep das, my deactivated vodafone no is [protected] (Due to billing issue), i have already clear all pending dues with about 2 month ago now i want to activate my number, i went ur store they give me sim it about 2 month ago but my no not get activated. Please help me to activated my vodafone number help, my alternative mobile number is is-[protected].

          surrender of vodafone sim

          I had taken a vodafone sim from my local vodafone shop on 14/06/17. I had received a bill in the month of july 2017 which was paid by me on 21/07/17. I had surrendered my sim to the said vodafone shop on 03/06/17. After that i have not received any bill for payment by post or by e-mail. But today there was a call to the alternate number asking money for due bill/s. I am surprised to receive such call to the alternate number as the sim stand...

          I requested a port out from vodafone and i got a call from their service agent. I was upset on my very high phone bill of around 4000 every month, while my only expense was on data and people on vodafone were getting the same amout of data at much lesser price (One of my colleague was paying 499 monthly for 30 gb while i was paying 1999 monthly for 20 gb).

          I told her my problem and she assured me that she had activated a 30 gb plan for 499. But still at the month end i got 3898 bill, on checking with them they are saying the 499 plan got activated on top of your existing plan which was 1999, which she didnt deactivate neither told me to. Deactivate. Hence i will have to pay the full amount according to vodafone. I am really pissed off on the false committments given by these guys. I am since then asking them to take out that call recording and listen to what she had promised.

          Look at the shamefulness of these guys that when someone raised a high bill query to them, they instead of trying to reduce it, added 499 more to the billing amount.

          I really want to take them to court and its not about money, i was such dacoit companies to pay for their cheating. How to proceed, please suggest.

            Rs.100 balance has been deducted from my main balance on 16th september '17 by saying that i have requested top doctors online pack which i have never asked for. I am not able to call or message to deactivate this service. I do not require this service and need my balance back. Please do not initiate such services without prior approval of customer. I have been using this number from 10+ years. There is no consumer loyalty here. It is unfortunate that vodafone uses such techniques to augment their revenue.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that we have several accounts in your bank at yes bank, ashok nagar, c - scheme but your employees are troubling us from last one year. They are constantly denying to take rs.10 coins from past four months without any valid reason. A few days back they even denied to take rs.10notes. Being a banking authority, how can they deny to take indian currency? Which law gives them the power to do the same?
              Mr. Amit gupta ([protected]), an employee of above-mentioned branch is constantly ignoring our calls. The last time he picked call, he rudely ignored the matter. He even warned us to close all our accounts from your bank he told us that no matter to which authority you complaint, we will not take a single 10rs coin. Is this the kind of customer service to expect from an esteemed bank like yours?
              We are deeply disappointed by the kind of services provided by your bank. We are pissed off of daily quarrels with your banking employees and are even ready to close all our accounts from your bank but we need time for the same. Rs. 4 lakhs of rs. 10 coins are lying with us because of such deficient services.

              Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                I have made the recharge of 256 offer for 56 days... After some days whenever i try ot make call it come "*you are barred because you have no service*" outgoing service is off and i can't even able to call or contect the vodafone customer service person. I even tried to restart the phone and reinserted thr sim. Hence problem is not beling solved. Not even any expiry issues.. So kindly look over it. Thnaks

                  Hi,

                  I am getting network issue at my residence in pune wagholi area, and i had raised complaints many times but i am not getting any call back or permanent solution for my issue. If vodafone is not capable to resolve the simple issues then they do not have rights to give false promises about there network services and they have no rights to add the service tax (Gst) if they are not able to give proper services to there customers.

                    I have applied for deactivation of post paid mobile [protected] connection on 21/07/2017 from my registered email id and paid all bill amount till 21/07/2017 and i got reply from customer correspondent (Reference number[protected] that i will not be charged any amount from 21/07/2017 onwards and my deactivation will be processed soon.

                    Attaching all the mail communication along with this complaint.

                    Vodafone maharashtra is now asking me to pay bill generated after 21/07/2017 to till date as they haven't yet deactivated my post paid mobile connection and keep on generating bill month by month.

                    Solution: please deactivate mobile ([protected]) post paid connection and don't charge me any amount generated after 21/07/2017.

                    First please read through all mail chain carefully.

                      Yesterday morning i receive an sms saying some random www.Zone pack has been activated with a rental of rs90. Wth... How come u activate a service when i dont even ask for it and charge me for it. Enough is enough.. Stop cheating ur customers by pushing some services on ur wish and steal money from us.
                      I wan the company to return my money back immediately. Plz return back my money. Stop being so cheap, by exploiting ur customers you are only putting down your reputation.

                        Two months back my brother migrated to australia and was using a vodafone connection for long years ([protected]) and forgot to pay his monthly postpaid bill, and now suddenly we have started getting calls from vodafone on ([protected]) for legal action threat calls and also a threat that vodafone will inform the australian embassy against this for the non payment.

                        And story dosen't ends here they are asking for a huge amount more than the actual and saying aaj abhi dena parhega!!!

                        *really vodafone, is this the way you guys treat your customers for non payment of just 2 months and threat them legally, who hires these employees
                        Is this your customer service is?

                          My name is nitesh sutar last weak on 13th sept i had applied for my vodafone postpaid to prepaid migration at the vodafone customer care in kharghar navi mumbai they said it will be done by 3 days but it has gone 5 days till now its is postpaid yesterday i visited again at the stores they said it will take 2 hours to get in prepaid service but not yet. So please help me with this. I will no pay the bill if next bill generates ita getting delay from your side.

                            Hi, i requested to close my connection on 16th july, 2017 as i dont want to use it. I send mail to corporate. Wb and vodafonecare. Wb. But inspite of that the connection has not been closed yet and i am getting bills for it? Why this is happening? Why i am getting further bills. I told in that mail that i will not be liable to pay it as it was your negligency.
                            I want the response why this is not closed even i got a call ffom cc and i was told that cc is sjspending it. But not done. Why?

                              Few days back 90rs were deducted without my approval for wwe zone pack and I immediately SMS stop to 155223 but today again 45rs. Have been deducted..stop cheating your customers by such packs..i[censored] really wish to stay in the market be a loyal service provider and don't cheat your customers.

                                  My name is kunal from dhule, maharashtra. I have subscription of 1gb 3g per day. I have already complaints about lower data speed to customer care 5-6 time but they always told some rubbish tricks but problems not solve today is end of my patience, i got speed of 8-9 to 20 kb/ps speed then i told to costumer care about is they say buy a 4g phone and giving reason of traffic what should i do now

                                    Hello! Every time i recharge all my recharge is deducted as access fee and this is not the first time. What is this i have even called customer care but no usefull help. I have posted the snapshot and copy of message along with this do resolve and proper explanation for this. Thank you

                                      I am unable to send port message to 1900 for my mob no. Portability from gujarat vodafone to maharashtra cicle as it shows message sending failed & error1. I am trying to sending message from last two days. Also discuss the same issue with customer care but not given satisfactory answer. Customer care executive also told me that they will send me message of message service center but not received the message regarding that. For other no the messages are delivering problem arising for only this message.
