I am using vodafone postpaid service no. [protected] from last so many years. On 12th august 2017 i visited vodafone gallery at thane west naupada to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. On suggestion on their customer care person ms savita i agreed to keep postpaid with new plan of - rs. 399/- (299 + 99) with 5gb data per month. However after a week i received message saying they have charged me bill for data usage more than rs. 1000/- on checking i get to know that no data pack was applied on my number.
On 23rd of august i visited same gallary again to resolve the issue and get to know from their customer care agent mr dipak that this was due there manual error. And the charges will be reverse after billing cycle. He registered my complaint with ref no.[protected].
But after billing cycle also neither my data plan was changed nor the excess amount was reversed. All time these gallary people keep all waited for more than couple of hours but do not resolve the issues. Please take the necessary actin on urgent basis

    I am writing this here as i have been harassed by vodafone since past 7 months with this pathetic service that they provide. When i use the term "service", it does not relate to call dropouts or distortions. This is purely related to their billing. Every single month they tend to activate tons of vas on your phone and you get a message of being charged for the same when you have not requested for the same. You can either call up 155223 / send "stop" to the same number and get this vas deactivated. However you will be charged for the same during the month.

    Then comes the worse thing, though its a mistake from vodafone servers, they will not call you to get your reversal done. Its you who have to call them every month post bill generation to get those charges reversed. You have to deal with their extremely terrible, senseless, robotic, pathetic, useless, clueless customer service agents and their extra pathetic thrash bag supervisors. One has to go through a mental torture every month wherein you do not even want to look at your phone for any other services when you have your normal rental covering all the basic things that you need.

    Guess what? They will not even know why you are being charged during the month as they claim there systems are so incompetent.

    I have been doing this for 7 months now but this month it took such a torture to be dealing with a bunch of fools who pretend to work in a telecom industry without even knowing why they are actually being hired.

    To top it, their customer service do not even take complaints and they will never arrange a callback for you no matter how much ever they screw your happiness. Plus if you dare to register a complaint somehow against your bill, you get a call in about 3 days asking you how they can help you in getting additional vas services installed? Simply awesome!!!

    I mean i have been a customer of vodafone for almost 6 to 7 years now but this kind of issues is been faced since last 7 months post the launch of the many better products in the market.

    I don't know if me posting my complaint here will reach their corporate, but if it does reach i would expect some kind of reply from those brains who actually are worried about competing with jio instead of resolving the in-house problems in the first place.

      My Mobile No. [protected] has got an add on number [protected] which has been charged Rs. 602 for a call of 43 minutes mentioning special number 51717.

      How can a special number be charged such high amount and when I have visited complaints raised many resemble my complaint .

      I hence request to act on my complaint and that necessary action to get me a refund for the excess charged.

          When i am want go in vodafone store in pratap plaja sanganer jaipur
          I am change to my vodafone registration no. From another person (My bro mr. Rajendra meena) to my name (Suresh meena)
          Than vodafone agent suggest to me with wrong information
          He suggest me if you want to change registration name than you will change to first is nessery to change preapaid to pospaid your sim card

          But vodafone customer care said that its not nessary
          Name change is preapaid to preapaid possible

          But vodafone agent
          He said that is not possible
          He suggest to me wrong information that
          You change your vodafone no in preapaid to pospaid is nessary with very costly plan
          He charge me security charge 250 for only one month
          And extra charge is also applied...

          Sir please help me sir i i am an student not a self employed and not a my bussness

            I have recharged net pack of 147 on my new vodafone sim number which gives 2 gb net for 28 days. I have recharged on 28 aug 2017. I cannot access net as it gives me alert that net service has been stopped as per regulatory norms. I have contacted customer care and after repeated pleas i have been blocked to access customer support.. This is the most disgusting company. Please starr my internet facility asap

              I was fed up with network problems im facing with vodafone. I raised a port out request on 23 august. I called vodafone customer care many times to check status of my port out request. Till it was rejected they told me it was accepted and the port out date is august 30. After it got rejected, they asked me to pay bill of 179 rupees just for 8 days o[censored]sage (Not sure how they calculated and my billing period ends by aug 22). To retain customers, this is a cheap trick played by them. Why did not they say if i have some outstanding? Anyhow that is not outstanding, that could be unbilled amount.
              I asked them to escalate the issue and they did not do anything. They are still saying same story that i heard earlier that i can get port out on sept 6th.

                Issue is mere mobile se koi message nahi ho raha ha. Mane apna number port krna ha mane iski complet vodafone customer care pr k unone mujhe complaint number de diya fir bhi problem solve nahi hui. Fir next day ma vodafone store pr gaya. Unone bhi complaint number diya bola 24 ghante me problem solve ho jayege. Next day fir mujhe vodafone store jana para bole aap new complaint number lijye problem solve ho jayege. Ek hi problem k liye har bar naya complaint number de rahye ha jab mane pucha aesa kyu vodafone store pe mrs nisha and one person miss behaviour me.

                  My vodafone sim was damaged and i had applied for another sim and they gave it to me another sim. But this sim is not working so i contacted customer care and discuss my problem. They said there no problem with sim and remove the sim and re insert it. I did what they said and my problem isn't solved. This was my urgent sim and i contacted them many times and that # have no idea about the issue. One # said to me that my documents are not submitted and another said that everything is ok. Now i again try to contact them in another phone but they won't allow me to connect the customer care service. Why the f...#k is that vodafone still didn't solve my problem and even they are not ready to attend my call. How should i solve my problem. Why vodafone always irritating their customer.

                    Hello sir/ma'm,

                    I am writing this mail in regards to my phone # [protected].

                    I have mailed several mail to vodafone from 10th of august 2017 to 31st august 2017 several times that i got cheated and looted by misleading sale of plan as mentioned below but till date they have neither approached through calling me neither changed my plan as mentioned or converted in to prepaid from post paid or else porting done to my earlier subscriber reliance. But till date it has not been done know i will not pay bill and request to file the complain against with compensation of 20cr for mental agony and harassment against vodafone

                    Now the playing mail - mail is enough, just let me know by reading all trailing mail that you are u able to provide the plan 299 with unlimited call/sms and 90 gb data per month as per your executive have convicted me to port my mobile from prepaid to post paid or else it is last request to you to transfer my mobile to prepaid as i am also not using your no for calls and surfing till i get solution... If it will not done by today eod i will file consumer complain online against vodafone in trai & consumer forum.

                    Great you all are playing with the lawyer, that what will happen to others, you never take effort to call customer from your end by seeing so many mail continuously for one subject only sending reply stereo type by copy and paste. Pls come up and give me solution or ready to face music of court. If i will enter the matter in court than i will go for compensation of mental agony and harassment to the customer by giving false promise of offer and misleading plan offer. Money will not matter for me i will go every court where i think it is required i will release in press and media my all emails from the time of activation till date, so for your and my better prospectus do some solution either give the promised plan or else convert my mobile in prepaid or else directly port to my earlier subscriber or else i am too much frustrated i will take hard steps and be ready to face media and court as i will not pay single penny till i get resolved and if i get 499 /- bill than i will demand for compensation of mental agony and harassment.

                    Pls accept my complain online and register my case under consumer forum and kindly provide me compensation of 2 cr with change in plan as mentioned earlier of 299/- unlimited call/sms and 90 gb data per month.

                    Dear team, I need urgent action for transfer of mobile no.[protected] from post paid to prepaid as I have activated today evening and get confirm about my plan . I was shocked and lost my trust from vodafone as I was earlier said that my rental plan will be 299 monthly with unlimited national calling/sms with 90GB data. Today when I was reconfirming my plan it was totally differ customer care exuctive said my current plan is 499 plan with 5GB free data. Which is huge missselling done from the telecaller who have called various time and said that I was one of the lucky customer whom vodafone is offering unlimited monthly rental 299 plan for call/sms with 90GB data.I have converted with porting my pin from Reliance to vodaphone. I hereby want to clear that my mobile I have activated mobile no [protected]on 10-8-17 I got a shocked that manor misselling have done with me Advocate Niraj Pandey. Therefore I hereby say that kindly convert my mobile in prepaid or ready for music from police station and courts.                     What reply you are copy and paste from other reply is not sufficient for my problem

                    I was mislead by miss selling from the your tell caller which I have informed on 10 August 2017 . she said that she have offer for me for plan of 299/- unlimited calling and SMS for local/national and also 90 GB data will free for 3 months . which is not showing as per her say when I got activate plan it shows 499/- plan which does not have 90 gb data free and traffic charges are also 200 high .. so pls short out problem to correction and amendment in 299/- unlimited plan otherwise pls feel free to transfer me in prepaid or migrate my mobile no to earlier operator. if it will not happen with in next 36 hours than I have to file consumer complaint and FIR against Vodafone

                      Hi, i was holding a bsnl sim since i was travelling to uk i wanted to get roaming since it was expensive with bsnl have ported the number to vodafone. This phone number is registered everywhere with my name and i am dependent on this phone number for all my financial transaction since i receive otp to this number. I have been told only to recharge the number regularly but never have been informed to receive or make call to keep the number active since its a life time free sim. They have deactivated the number without informing me even though there was regular otp generated to this number. Right now i am in uk and cant personally visit the store in india. I have sent an email to vodafone service and they have asked me to provide documents to the vodafone store and give an noc letter to provide the same sim to my friend. The email interaction number is [protected] by executive swathi.
                      When we approached the store executives they say they follow different process and if we need a sim with same number have to contact swathi on the same. After sending regular mails i have received a email from divya nancy with reference number [protected] saying they dont have the number itself and asked to contact bsnl.

                      First of all the vodafone executive have not been trained properly on the product. They don't give the proper information to the customers.
                      Secondly they have deactivated my sim without informing me. They should understand that i am out side india they should have atleat an courtesy to inform the customer over email or sms.
                      Thirdly even after following as per there process to get the new sim they are not responding and helping us.
                      All my transaction is on hold coz i could not get otp generated. I have to make loan payments which are on hold because of this. My number is deactivated on 14th august and still i don't have proper info if i get the number on not. Wherein they said they can provide me the postpaid number. All these interaction happend with email and i have the reference number for this. This is an very irresponsible and careless behavior of vodafone which gets its customers into deep trouble.

                      I am residing in uk and i need a resolution asap coz i need to do money transaction urgently.

                        I'm using vodafone 4g sim with redmi note 4 mobile. But i can't use 4g services on my mobile. I called vodafone customer care services many times but issue is not yet resolved...
                        Could you take actions on redmi note 4to get issue resolved.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have applied for porting my number from vodafone mumbai circle to vodafone andhra pradesh. But for the last 3 months nothing was happening.
                          They took a security deposit of rs. 750 which nor are they calling and following up with me regarding my porting.

                          I have again generated a unique porting code: vm276466 which is valid till 15th sept.

                          My request to vodafone directors is either port my number as per my request or refund my money. I have already personal trips to the vodafone store many times, and i can no more visit the store. Nor am i willing to talk to them which is at main road, kakinada, andhra pradesh.
                          I have, in this regard, talked to your personnel at the store mr. Ali khan, mr. Prashant, and ms. Prasanna.

                          Hope you will not treat my 750 rupees as a donation to your organization.

                                  I never asked for this pack but 90 rs were deducted from my prepaid sim. Please try to undo this error. I just bought this sim aa month ago and this is not the first time this happened. Earlier it had enrolled into some other pack. I bought vodafone cause i thought they provided quality but this is just plain harassment. Please also make sure such mistake doesn't happen again.

                                  WWE ZONE added without any confirmation and rs.3 were deducted, Gaana khazana pack was also activated which reduced Rs.75 of my balance on my prepaid phone
                                  I never asked for wwE pack but 130 rs were deducted from my prepaid sim.. i don' know you you are cheating like this... just irritating #######... i want my money to recover... this is not a first time... you activate some pack to ur wish... disgusting VODAFONE... I sad to you i was bought this service... worst service... i don't want to give even a one star...
                                  please recover my money... what can i do for recovering money...

                                  Rs.90 was deducted from my balance on account of wwe zone pack for which i had not asked from vodafone service provider

                                    Very good evening to you. This is sudip hati. I had one vodaphone postpaid number which was deactivated from your side not from my end. You have deactivated my number before my due date. I am not happy with your service, i had to face too many problems due to your deactivation, like bank otp, important calls etc...

                                    2nd thing i was not delhi and i am have not received any call from your side. Have you sent me any email regarding this payment?

                                    You have deactivated my number, i had to face inconvince for you guys now are you threading me?

                                    Everything is ok.... Thank you for service and your good response and your cooperation.

                                    Now i want request to provide some discount as i am jobless. My due amount is 3005 as per you, i am not in delhi now. Kindly provide me settlement price.

                                      I have a postpaid vodafone postpaid connection [protected],

                                      I am in sweden and before coming here i have contacted your vodafone ministore in mukerian and your vodafone store in gurgaon also to make sure that i can use this number in sweden becoz i have this number registered in bank and aadhaar card

                                      They told me to activate international roaming and a minimum rental plan was also activated

                                      But from last 2-4 i was not getting any signals over here and today i contacted your live chat customer care and i was surprised to know that my number has been suspended due to physical verification process...
                                      Now my question is that how can my number be suspended without any prior notification?
                                      And i am using this number since feb 2015 and got it ported to punjab circle in july 2017, if physical verification is pending then it was your duty not mine to do this on time

                                      And when i was contacting your customer care and vodafone stores in india no one told that this number is having some documentation pending

                                      Now you tell me how in the world i pay my bills without otps and how would i do my withdrawls from epf department without verifying my aadhaar otp details
                                      And who will pay the penalties for delay in payments

                                      Need you positive response on this matter asap and i need my number activated again
