    I have raised a complaint on 30th june with vodafone for the frequent call drops that i am observing since july end from my home. Request reference is[protected]. The request is still unactionised. I am frustrated with the frequent call drop that i am experiencing these days. I never faced this issue for the past 1 yr and this issue started from june end onwards. One person from vodafone visited my place and confirmed there is some displacement which happened due to the recent migration activty that they have done and will be addressed soon. Its been almost 2 months and day by day this problem is becoming worse

      Hello,
      I have postpaid connection of vodafone, my no. Is [protected]. I was not able to pay last 2 months bill due to financial issue, so i committed to you executive i will pay in 1st week of september 2017, but that girl was totally rude with me and threat me to pay bill today itself otherwise she will send a guy on my address to recover money, i have call recording of this call, if you want i can share with you. She called me from [protected] this number. Please take some action against her. I hope you will never disappoint me and vodafone customers. Thank you.

        My mother had been a victim of a fraud transaction from a caller mentioning he called from sbi bank on 18/08/2017. The fraud transaction was done at 16.24 pm from the card ending with number 0304 for rs.19, 999.

        The transaction details are below:

        Thank you for using sbi debit card 521xx0304 for a purchase worth rs.19999.0 on pos mpesa at mpesa txt# 559283

        Please block the mesa money and help in transferring back the amount to my mother's account.

        I have buy plan of 498/- rs. But bill costing showing is 974/-rs. from 2 months.. this is too much costing.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I am abhinav singhal and i am writing this email to bring to your notice the error made in my vodafone postpaid bill for the month of july. The bill amount i received for this month is rs. 5282.21 which is very huge. I am in houston, texas since last 5 months and i am not using your services since then. When i contacted on vodafone customer care regarding the huge bill amount they said that i have been using internet and since i am on international roaming the amount charged is huge. I informed them and i would like to bring to your notice as well that this is impossible because i do not use my phone at all. I keep my phone at home while i am in office for work. Moreover, the internet setting is also off in my phone. When i looked into the details of bill, it shows that i have been using the internet since 12th july but that is not possible and the timing of net surfing shown in the bill is also not possible because i am not even at home at that time to use my phone. To avoid any further false bill which can be charged by the company, i asked the customer care person to stop the internet services around 22nd or 23rd july but by that time the company has already falsely charged me for the internet services which i was not even using. I again contacted customer care and asked the person to look into the matter but have not received any response from him yet.

          Since the last date of payment was coming close, i have made the payment to avoid any interrupted services but that does not mean that i am accepting the amount charged by the company. I requested them to look into the matter and check the amount charged to me via email as well but they have not replied me yet. I also requested them to share the specific details of my net usage to me that at what time i surfed what site on internet. As a customer i am very disappointed.

              So why they cheat with people by provid­ing wrong information

                expiration of data pack before due date

                On 22nd july, I got myself a recharge of 352 rs data pack which had a validity of 56 days but on 21 aug, i received a message that my data pack has expired. On 22 july i recieved a message that your data pack is active and valid for 56 days so how this is even poaaible that the pack will expire before is due date.
                I tried calling the customer care many times they listen to the problem and after that they put the call on hold and then...

                  Date 20/08/2017 between 11.00 to 11.15 am i called vodafone customer care assam in order to know the offers available against mobile no [protected] from mobile no [protected] where i was informed that i have aoffer of rs347 where i will be getting 1gb data every day for 58 days and 300 local and national minutes every day for the next 58 days. Following her words i did a recharge of rs 347 but in return i got a main balance of rs 291 instead of getting the benefits explained. Then around 3.30 pm i called the customer care again from [protected] in order to enquire what is happening but its sorry to say you that your employees dont even have the knowledge of primary school kids as to how to behave with a customer. Instead of solving my problem and giving me a solution, she started arguing and when asked to transfer the call to her supervisor, instead of transferring she said to call after 45mins. If this kind of behaviour keeps on happening, i being a loyal customer of vodafone from the last 6 yrs is happily ready to do mnp to other network along with the friend circle i have.
                  Now my request is to kindly refund my money as it is a hard earned money and is not really ready to donate to anyone.
                  My complain no is[protected] against which i inquired i was informed that my complain has been closed as there was no offer against my no. Where as i clearly mentioned that i was misinformed.

I was going to vodafone store on 18 aug, friday for that and they processed and said that request for change in 48 hours but nothing happend since today. I was going to customer care but they weren't answer me properly. I want to know my status of my request. Was it processed or not.

                            My issue is that the employee of vodafone store is not entertaining my request. I have visited at store 5 times but every time she is ignoring me and my complain name that employee is swati mate and she is works at vodafone store telephone exchange square, nagpur, maharashtra. She is behave with me very rudely and just because of ignoring my request i loss 500 rupees. So you please tell her that she receive my request and until my request is not full fill. I will not pay vodafone bill

                              Iam not satisfy with your low network
                              Coverage... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                              To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                              But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 50 time...
                              By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                              1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
                              My mobile not less than 100rs.
                              2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                              3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                              Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

                                Which they said is for 84 days unlimited calling. 1 month data for 3g phone and 1 gb per day for 4g phone for 84 days.
                                I am using a 3g handset. And now after 35 days they have stopped my unlimited calling tariff. Now when i call its cutting from my balance. They are fooling people.
                                I want my money back.

                                  I have purchased a vodafone dongle device including 3 months plan in that, which costs 2500/- rs. The bill states that the cgst and sgst is 0.0. I am attaching the copy of bill with this, please tell me the exact amount of gst charged to me. As far as i know there is 18% gst on cellular connections and if it is, then please provide me a new bill of 18% gst. Our company does not accept 0 gst amounts from gst registered vendors. This is 3rd or 4th time i am following up. Let me know if this issue can at all be resolved by vodafone or not. If not, let me know accordingly to proceed with further escalations.
